Atlantic fish sandwich.
Mike C.

Great fish and great price! I order food two days in a row it was so good. Atlantic Seafood is a small place with a huge menu of seafood, with a huge delicious taste. Plenty of parking. Very clean inside and menu is posted. As I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile. All the workers were happy to serve. The food is made fresh and quickly. We ordered a fish sandwich, chicken sandwich, curly fries, Mac and cheese, cabbage salad, Mac salad, fried mushrooms, and rice pudding. All of it was superb! The fish sandwich has a delicious generous batter. They cook it the way fried fish should be cooked, crispy brown on the outside and delicate, flakey, and tender on the inside. I will put this fish up against any of the seafood shops. They are a top contender. The fish tasted fresh. The fried food sides were very tasty, they were all fried to perfection. Mac and cheese was great more on the creamy side, so not dried and over baked. The cabbage salad is some of the best I've ever had it is put together with the correct amount of ingredients. The mac salad was so good, I'm going to see if I can order it in bulk for summer parties. The rice pudding was good, I kinda like the way they only put cinnamon on half. Everything was 5star. Lastly I'd like to thank everyone that helped with my experience here, because of them and there fish fry skills I will visit here again. (Probably tomorrow) If you want good fresh fish this is the place.

I'm a huge fan of fried fish and wanted to try this place for months. SO glad I did We ordered 2 fish sandwiches with a small order of curly fries. This place is very small and it's hard to social distance, I recommend going during down time or ordering before and picking it up. The fish was perfectly breaded and the curly fries were delicious! They have regular fries too but if I know a place has curly fries, I HAVE to get them! Definitely coming back to try more of the menu, see you soon!

honestly confused as to why people are leaving five stars for this establishment. My husband and I ordered the chicken and shrimp dinner. The fries are very unsalted. The shrimp is very bland. The chicken is a glorified chicken tender. The Mac and cheese, save the extra charge, cause it doesn't even taste edible. Overall the food was not seasoned properly. Very much similar to any concession stand food. This place reminds me of those frozen banquet dinners. 10/10 do not recommend.

Food is great, customer service is great, and ambience is enjoyable. Usually pretty crowded on Fridays but the line moves swiftly.

They chose…read morethis spot, I actually had eaten during my work meeting so I had a shake and watched them enjoy lunch. Parking is in back, no issues there. It's a cool spot- restaurant on the ground floor, and upstairs they sell different things made locally, and also clothes. It was fun to walk around while the food was being made. Our server was Kara, and she was awesome! My nephew has a peanut allergy so she was checking in on the entire order and sides to be sure we were in the clear! She was so helpful and friendly, even when there was an issue it wasn't a giant deal. My nephew and I started out by looking at the protein shake menu. I chose the green goddess protein shake, and he went with the cocoa Berry. Let me just say that mine was so good I finished it quickly. Nephew ordered the garlic sweet chili hummus appetizer to start. It came with freshly cut pita quarters, carrots, and strips of yellow and red peppers. Fresh, crunchy, hummus was absolutely addictively delicious and more than enough to share! He then got the pesto panini, my older brother ended up landing on the Italian panini (they sold out of the corned beef). He also got the soup special, stuffed cabbage soup and that looked really delicious and piping hot. Lots of cabbage and meat along with the broth. I had FOMO for sure. One panini came with a side salad, the other chose the tomato, onion, and cucumber salad that came with balsamic. So tasty I tried it later bc we took it to go, and I ate it all! Really great atmosphere and concept. On our way out we had a conversation with the manager/owner, and it was really pleasant. The weather was awful, but our stop here was a bright beacon and a memorable stop. Support small owned businesses!

My favorite part of Persimmons is that the service isn't super fast. It so nice to just sit and enjoy conversation and not feel like you are being rushed. One time at brunch our server told us to just flip our table topper upright when we were ready to order so that we didn't feel rushed. Food: I love the menu! My husband loved the catfish. Truffle fries are amazing. Brussel sprouts are delicious. I have not tried the calamari yet but have seen several people order and rave about it. It looks amazing. Super odd but I'm obsessed with the grilled chicken on the salad. It's literally cooked to perfection every time! The house salad dressing is amazing. Ooo and the wings. The Georgia bbq has just the slightest peach flavor. It's so good. Compliments to the new chef! I'm really excited to see what else he brings to the menu. Drinks: probably the highlight for me. The bartenders are amazing!! Charlie, Sienna, and Azalea are amazing! Overall: how about that manager!!! I just love him! He works so hard to make sure every guest feels special and taken care of. So thankful to have such a nice welcoming place to spend a Friday evening at.

Ambiance: nice atmosphere Results: I will not return and will recommend the restsurant to "no one".

There is a garlic allergy in the group so they are usually fine of mix a special dressing for salads (just oil and seasonings) etc. We had a new waitress though who was a little rude about it, and seemingly tried to make the mom in law guilty about the allergy. It was especially awkward being mother's day and their history for accommodating. The back of house had no issues though as per usual, but the comments were uncomfy so it knocks off a star for me even if its not the usual. The bread and butter were a hit for me, as well as the mimosa. For my entrée I got the broiled seafood platter-- it was really tasty. I was really impressed with the flavor and texture of all of the kinds fo seafood. The mashed potatos were also delicious. Especially mixed with the garlic butter from the bread (there are some bonuses when others you eat with can't have garlic like I can! More for me.) I would easily reccomend this dish. Plenty of parking.

The dining room was spacious and clean and bright as were the servers and the bartenders who expertly served us. They have a happy hour from 5 to 7 that varies each day so on this Thursday was half price on selected appetizers as well as $2.50 domestic select drafts. We got there about 10 after five and the bar quickly filled up, which seemed to be regulars, which was a good sign. We decided to linger a little bit over our first drinks and ordered deep fried cheese curds with a delicious margarita type tomato sauce. I had never had fried cheese curds and they were plentiful and came out steaming hot topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, unfortunately I did not take a picture as we were hungry and dove right in. When it was time for our second drink, I pondered over their wine list, but decided that with my Reuben and mac & cheese dinner a cold draft would suffice. My husband ordered the Philly cheesecake sandwich and onion rings. The mac & cheese and the onion rings were up charges of $2.50 and they were worth it. The cheesesteak sandwich was not shaved beef, but wonderfully thick pieces of beef on a perfectly toasted bun type with cheese and peppers. The onion rings were generous as well as crisp and not overly breaded. My Reuben was perfectly toasted on a delicious rye bread with just the right amount of sauce to not make it soggy. The star was their mac & cheese served in a steaming hot crock! It was creamy, not too cheesy, but cheesy enough to know that you were digging into a delicious bite of mac & cheese.. well done kitchen! All in all the meal was so large we could only eat half of it and brought it home for another day. We would certainly return as we enjoyed every bit of our evening. The patio looked invited and will be opening soon. They also have live entertainment to enjoy.

On multiple occasions, I've received a notification that my order was ready for pickup, only to arrive and be told it would actually take another 25 minutes. That's frustrating and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. If the app or online ordering system says an order is ready, it should accurately reflect its status. Otherwise, it gives the impression that orders are being marked as "ready" to satisfy internal performance metrics or timing goals rather than because they're actually prepared. Accurate communication and realistic pickup times would make for a much better customer experience. This issue could be resolved with better communication and more accurate order tracking. If the kitchen is running behind, simply updating the estimated pickup time or sending a notification about the delay would set the right expectations and save customers an unnecessary trip. Most people are understanding when delays happen, they just want honesty, timely updates. Being transparent about wait times builds trust and creates a much better overall customer experience than marking an order as ready before it actually is.
