I was impressed straight away by their attention to making sure we had the experience we wanted, whether that was listening to live music or having a quieter dinner. You order at the counter and are given a pager to let you know when to come back and pick up your food. So while there are no servers, we found the staff at the counter to be very helpful and attentive. All of our group ordered the pulled pork, which I found to be good. Their vinegar-based sauce (they have a couple of different options) I found to be good, though I would have preferred something a bit more on the acidic side. Sides were also quite good. The waitress said that the ticket got lost. As we were the first people there it is amazing that the ticket could've been lost. Very disappointed. Will never return.
