Music is fun and makes you shoulder shake while you're at the table. (Ignore the wankers that say it's too loud) 2. Margaritas. Presentation is delightful. Next level for a Mexican joint. We had an ice ball that was the shape of a rose! And what other margarita at a Mexican place has berries in the glass. 3. Food: well wow. So fresh, the meats were elegant, and delivered on an 8 person table of hungry tummies. 4. Location: you're right at the Walmart shopping center. Great for before or after grocery pit stops. 5. Service? They wrote the book. No one stands around. The manager, the servers, the bus people, they do it all! I've never seen anything like it in all my travels. The food is even better! Food in the mountains should not be this good outside of Mexico. They also have a salsa bar that has multiple salsa and they have the best white salsa I've ever had. Our first time trying this restaurant. We haven't been out much due to C19 and were looking forward to a nice meal. On the plus side, they were well-staffed and the staff was very attentive. Much appreciated! I had steak fajitas. Was expecting great fajitas but no, not to be. They were served on a plate, not on the usual cast iron pan that keeps them hot throughout the meal. Not sure why they did that because the people at the next table also ordered fajitas and theirs was served sizzling on a pan. The steak was somewhat overcooked, with the tips of the strips black. Yet they were bland in taste. My husband had the beef nachos. The portion was huge, so that was good. But several chunks of the ground beef were red or pink inside. Ground beef should NEVER be served undercooked. This isn't a difficult dish to prepare. Disappointing and a bit gross. Another downside was that the music was so loud, it made it difficult to have a conversation at normal volume. This wasn't live music, just recorded Mexican music really blaring over the speakers. We noticed it as soon as we entered the building, how could you not? We did not mention the issues with the food to the staff as I'm always uneasy sending food back. Not sure if we'll eat there again. I would consider something more basic but really, what is more basic than nachos? 3 stars only because the wait staff were really good. read more

The food here is good. If you ever get what you ordered. The wait staff cannot understand or speak English. Today was the third time I've been there with problems. Orders have been wrong or just not submitted because of the communication problem. Today they tried to pass off what was clearly bottled coleslaw dressing as tartar sauce. It was super sweet and you could pour it out of the cup. They insisted it was tartar sauce I've given this place too many chances already. Never again!! read more

The waitress could not enunciate clear English. Both orders came out wrong, she did not write anything down, when she took our order. There was a rock in the bean dip that was brought to the table. When we told management about the rock. They played it off, because it has happened before. The supplier of the beans doesn't clean them, so they have rocks in them. Obviously this place doesn't clean them either, elst I wouldn't have found a rock in my mouth. The food was the typical Mexican food, and was not good at all.
