Hamed, the owner of the dealership said it had loud mufflers on it. Turns out a couple of weeks later when we went to get it inspected here in Pennsylvania, there was a big hole in the rusted out muffler and we had to replace most of the exhaust system $700. Now that it is getting warmer, in mid May, my Daughter tried to use the air conditioner and it blew out warm air. We took it to our mechanic who found that the Compressor is seized up and in need of replacement, another $700. Hamed had promised that they had gone through the truck before the sale to check for problems and that there were no issues. I've been trying to reach AMA Auto Sales and Hamed, but they conveniently never answer their phone. My advise to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, is to stay Hell and gone from this dealership. They are crooks and will lie to your face with a smile and pat on the back. Joe Redondo

This dealership attracts customers by having people write FAKE reviews. 1- my husband and I purchased a used 2014 dodge journey from this dealership in March 2023, we paid the "dealer fee" yet and still had to go to DMV to file our own paperwork, the car had no inspection. We were given a temporary license plate (which I felt was given so our mechanic wouldn't realize it was a Lemon during the inspection process), AND then the lien wasn't even placed on the title, so we huge issues with the bank after the fact. This dealership ONLY cared about the money. 2- ONCE the car was taken to NY to a mechanic for the inspection within a week of buying the car, we were given a laundry list of issues we needed to fix just to get the car inspected and safe to drive. The car kept not starting(with the push to start), all of the tires were rotted, the shocks were rotted, the strut was literally hanging and were broken(mind you we could've died with our child in the car driving from NJ to NY), when we called the dealer multiple times all of a sudden they did not speak English and was unable to help. 3- fast forward to 3 months later and the car STILL doesn't start when we try to start it and is now STALLING while driving. Again several attempts to contact the dealer because who sells cars they know have issues. 4- Best advice is for you to RUN!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!! The worst part is the car was SMOKING the day we looked at it and both salesmen came out with the mechanic and started to speak in their language, they asked us to wait and they sprayed some kind of spray on the engine to make it stop smoking. Guess what it stopped smoking just long enough for the lemon law to be passed the date of complaint.

When I arrived and asked about the pricing, I was not given a clear explanation or a detailed breakdown of the fees and charges. As I reviewed the paperwork, I noticed nearly $4,000 in additional charges that were not clearly disclosed upfront and were never adequately explained. No one forced me to sign anything, but it felt like my questions about the final price and extra fees were being avoided rather than answered directly. Transparency is extremely important when buying a car, and unfortunately that was lacking throughout this process. I would strongly recommend that other buyers ask for a complete breakdown of all fees and carefully review every document before making a purchase.

The only real progress was made when I drove an hour and a half to deal with it in person. My temporary tags expired, and I was left driving on expired tags for nearly two weeks with no clear timeline for my registration or permanent tags. At one point, I was even told to just "get a ticket and they would cover it," which is an unacceptable solution to a problem they created. There was also an issue with the car that should have been caught during their "extremely extensive" pre-buy inspection, and getting reimbursed took nearly four times longer than what I was originally told. Dealing with them was frustrating from start to finish. Would not recommend.

At first, we were planning to just take a look and then head back to enterprise after they picked up the car. And I was almost ready to leave after a seemingly cold welcome from Junior. But my mom and brother insisted on a test drive. Junior came along with us and was a really pleasant guy. I definitely had a rough first impression, but Junior quickly turned it around for us, letting my brother do another test drive as he got the paperwork all setup. By the time we got back, Junior didn't waste any time trying to get me with the typical sales tactics "activation fee on a certified car, add-ons, etc." When I told him where I was starting, he immediately went straight to a more realistic number. Within an hour, we had agreed on an OTD price and he looked into the financing and Honda cash incentives that were available to us to help make it work. I paid a little more than I wanted to, but the great service and kind approach that Junior had was worth it. One of my top 3 fastest car negotiations (I've done more than 50 in the last 10 years). Junior was incredibly kind and patient, helping my brother navigate the paperwork and what was needed since it was his first time buying a car. What was really great was how he treated my mom and brother with respect, always answering their questions and asking if they needed any water or coffee as we waited for financing and terms to come through. Dave, his manager also came out to shake my brother's hand and provide us with all the certified pre-owned paperwork and Junior got us in and out of financing with George within 30 minutes. I was very happy that George didn't push when we said no to the extra protection packages (that's how they get you!). I was holding off to post a review until we got our mats (Junior got us the all weather CRV monogrammed ones), worries that they wouldn't honor it. But we had all the paperwork in a USB drive that included the IOU and free lifetime oil changes that came with the car. A week later, we got an email that the mats were in, but we had a new problem - the battery was dead after only 110 miles. We had to jump start the car each time we got in. My brother sent Junior an email, and he texted us back within an hour on July 4th. Despite the holiday and him going on vacation over the weekend, he got us setup with service and informed Dave Bradley (his manager) for the next morning. I stopped by to talk to Dave first thing in the morning, and he kindly helped us out, setting us up with a new battery from service. Maegan helped me out and checked in with me about the status of the battery test when she saw me after finding another customer. I addressing me by name. I thought there was going to be a fight to get service to talk to Dave over in sales, but to my surprise, they had already worked it all out. I just had to hop in the car and go home. Even though there were some bumps along the way, Dave and Junior put all my worries to bed. My family's always been skeptical about buying used cars, but we definitely will feel better about it if we can buy from Junior and Dave!

Regarding Vehicle Purchase from The Car House LLC…read more I am writing to express my concerns regarding a vehicle I purchased online from The Car House LLC in New Jersey on July 25, 2025. Unfortunately, the vehicle has proven to be unsafe. After the dealership replaced a cracked windshield, I discovered that the wiper sensor was faulty. During a service visit to Valvoline Instant Oil Change on August 7, 2025, an employee informed me that metal shavings were found in the transmission pan. Additionally, the dealership had agreed to replace a damaged front grill before delivering the vehicle to my apartment; however, they only glued the existing grill instead of providing a new one as promised. Moreover, the driver's headlight is not functioning. On August 9, 2025, I visited Mavis Discount Tire, where I was informed that all four tires are worn and dry-rotted, and that the car shakes when exceeding 40 miles per hour. The technician also noted that the brake pads are nearly worn out. When I returned to Mavis to replace the tires, I learned that the rims are fractured and must be replaced before new tires can be installed.

Both times I specifically asked for an out-the-door price. I was told that they could not provide one over the phone and that I needed to come to the dealership and see the vehicle in person. I made the trip and met with the salesperson, who was professional, courteous, and genuinely tried to help. When I asked for the out-the-door price, the conversation kept shifting toward monthly payments instead. He did work to see if I could purchase the vehicle with little or no money down, which I appreciated. I wasn't comfortable with the numbers at that time, so I told him I'd come back with my deposit. The following week, I returned with my deposit ready to purchase the vehicle. That's when I was finally presented with the out-the-door price, which included nearly $5,000 in dealer add-ons, plus another approximately $500 package. I'll attach a photo of the breakdown so others can see exactly what was included. While the salesperson was excellent, my interaction with the sales manager completely changed my opinion of the dealership. I found him to be arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than respecting that I wanted time to review the numbers, he used high-pressure sales tactics, including telling me he had turned down another deal for me and asking whether the person I had on the phone helping guide me through the car-buying process was going to co-sign for me. I found those comments unnecessary and disrespectful. Because of that experience, I will likely take my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate because the salesperson did a great job, but the manager's attitude and the lack of transparency regarding pricing left a very negative impression.

Once we arrived, we found out the "dealer fees" were nearly $5,000 and completely mandatory. We were told the fees covered things like reconditioning, detailing, tires, etc. -- basically the normal cost of preparing a trade-in vehicle for sale. I have bought many vehicles over the years and have NEVER seen a dealership tack on almost $5,000 in surprise non-negotiable add-ons like this. Josh, the manager, told us this is "what dealers are doing now." If that's true, consumers should run the other direction. I do want to say Javian, our salesperson, was fantastic and handled everything professionally. The issue is clearly dealership management and pricing practices above him.

In March of 2023 I brought my 2019 Ford Escape into Route 23 Automall for an engine failure. This repair took 2-3 weeks and I was not given a loaner.
