Bought a Mercedes(2012) DID not haggle on price. Pd sticker price of 17 grand! My son left their w/ less then half a tank of gas, 1st of all. A month later it needed a strut total cost 700 bucks. Called 2x for the 2nd key. got the run around. On MY 3rd call I was told by Ms No Personality That that was it. no 2nd key BUT she would give me a name of a dealer to get a discount price! Can u believe that?? Every dealer gets u 2 keys! Never again will I go oR recommend ANYONE to this place. Not friendly. no personality. and to me...not a good dealer who will go above and beyond for their customer who bought a MERCEDES fr them! For a car that lasted a couple of months. The car was leaking oil like crazy, so many problems I couldn't even list them all. The car would then shut off on me as I was driving. You can act like this won't happen to you but that's poor judgment in my book. Stay away. Gave them a chance to somehow make it up, even an "I'm sorry" would have done. Not a word.

That was completely untrue. By the time the car was shipped to me and arrived the day after Christmas, the battery was dead. That seemed minor at first, until I learned they had already installed a new battery before shipping it. I replaced it again, and within a week, a Chrysler dealer had to install yet another one. The issue? A faulty hands-free device causing a constant power drain. The replacement part is unavailable, and now nearly April (!) the car just sits in my garage on a charger. As for "only needing tires"? That's far from reality. The vehicle has severely rusted brakes, control arms, rotors, and more ( PLEASE see photos). To make matters worse, I paid cash and still have not received a signed bill of sale, IT'S ALMOST APRIL. I've requested it at least four times, AND TWICE IN THE PAST TWO DAYS SO I CAN GET IT WHO REGISTERED. I was told by MERO, in December that the paperwork was only for internal use. Now he won't respond and I feel bad that Karly, who is super sweet, has to take my calls THIS is unacceptable, I need a signed copy for my records and the DMV. To date, I've spent nearly $8,000 on what has turned into a non-drivable vehicle, AKA PAPER WEIGHT with missing documentation and undisclosed mechanical issues. I chose US-1 Auto due to its proximity to me: it turned to a better choice than I thought. US-1 Auto is a small family owned business which still does work in the time honored way of labor intensive thoroughness with a meticulous attention to detail. With a late model Audi, it not just about repairing a door. The drive systems, safety systems, even the emergency braking are integrated into one AI unit. Essentially the car had to be partially rebuilt. US-1 Auto complete rebuilt the door - right down to it being able to swing completely closed with a single finger push. The paint work is literally flawless even under differing light. They worked with Audi to purchase and install authentic Audi parts and had the systems reprogrammed at an authorized dealer. When this tiny repair shop was done, the car performed BETTER than before. There is something to be said about the "old-fashioned" way of performing a task with exhaustive attention to detail. US-1 Auto understands this and the apply that principle with fervor.

However, the truth is-- I purchased the identical model of MB (pre-owned and certified) from an MB dealer and love it. I have been driving it for the past year. The problem started because US 1 Auto sold me a Canadian car built for the Canadian consumer which was paid for in cash. The two MB dealers in my area said that they could not accept any warranties on the car nor fix the recalls. The owners of this place were never honest about anything.
