After evaluating my Ford I was told that there was a Technical Bulletin that came out from Ford several years ago. I am impressed that they did the research to evaluate my car. They told me I did NOT NEED A TRANSMISSION. I only needed an update on the vehicle computer. Here's the numbers. Ford wanted $3500 for a rebuilt transmission. A new transmission was $6000. Final cost at Scotty's $150 to evaluate $250 to upload the new software Total $400.00 Can't say enough good things about this place. Talk about trusting a Mecanic!!! Went in for 2 front bearings pressed and a wheel alignment…read more One bearing was bad, bit I wanted both replaced. I was charged for 2 front berings and labor. Apparently they only changed one, because the other went 1 month later, I was told it was never changed by a new mechanic. Also, my BRAND NEW snows were badly worn on the outside passenger side, which means they either didn't do the alignment at all, or was WAY out of spec. Now I am out the full cost of a half-assed job, 2 snow tires AND the cost of someone else doing the proper repair. I absolutely abhore places like these.

The car served us well, however in May of this year we decided to look for a newer vehicle. I received a letter from Milford Chrysler promising me a good trade in value for the Buick. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and to our surprise drove out in a 2015 Chrysler 200S. We were offered a fair trade-in for the Buick (it wasn't in the greatest shape), and good financing. Dave and John (the floor Manager and Sales manager worked with us to get a car that we really liked at a price we could afford. I've had several trips to the service department, once for a recall notice, and once for a mechanical problem. Both times we were treated very well. Chris the service manager goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service. I can highly recommend Milford Chrysler Sales if you're looking for a new or used vehicle.

When I went there, they then have you "spin" a wheel on their laptop (even though the flyer says if you get a match you already a winner) and then give you a coupon for an oil change, This is a total scam, and there is no way am going to risk my car getting an oil change when they damaged a costumer's car with their awful service from what I see on the reviews. Don't bother going there if you think you going to get a prize, is just a way to get you there so they can do their "sale pitch" on you.
