He was also kind enough to let us wait for the towing company and let us use the bathroom. They were so kind then you so much.

The owner, older guy was pissy and said my guy is of age with a nasty attitude. the secretary apologized for the attitude... she proceeded to charge me and told me there was no copy of the alignment work. I said fine as long as work was done. I did tell her I woud not return because of the attitude. I noticed the next day truck was still pulling to the right and took it to another shop and the dealer for more opinions. Both told me the alignment was not done on my truck even tho I PAID this service station to do it. I then realized why they didn't give me the alignment report that comes witht the work . After evaluating my Ford I was told that there was a Technical Bulletin that came out from Ford several years ago. I am impressed that they did the research to evaluate my car. They told me I did NOT NEED A TRANSMISSION. I only needed an update on the vehicle computer. Here's the numbers. Ford wanted $3500 for a rebuilt transmission. A new transmission was $6000. Final cost at Scotty's $150 to evaluate $250 to upload the new software Total $400.00 Can't say enough good things about this place. Talk about trusting a Mecanic!!!
