The "mechanic" came out and he was a younger kid, so I joked with him because this is who I am. I said he looked 15 and he laughed with me then I told him I needed a wheel alignment.... he said ok. I left my truck and went to have breakfast with my children. I returned about an hour later and was told truck is complete . The owner, older guy was pissy and said my guy is of age with a nasty attitude. the secretary apologized for the attitude... she proceeded to charge me and told me there was no copy of the alignment work. I said fine as long as work was done. I did tell her I woud not return because of the attitude. I noticed the next day truck was still pulling to the right and took it to another shop and the dealer for more opinions. Both told me the alignment was not done on my truck even tho I PAID this service station to do it. I then realized why they didn't give me the alignment report that comes witht the work .
