Their communication regarding the project and the expense was clear and direct. They were responsive, on time, professional, courteous, fairly priced, and very knowledgeable. The job was completed efficiently and exactly as discussed with no surprises. They even left the work area cleaner than they found it, and they answered all of our questions at a level that we (non-electricians!) could understand. A reliable electrician is hard to find, and we highly recommend Mid Atlantic Wiring--we will definitely use their services again when the need arises.

They responded almost immediately, scheduled a remote evaluation, quoted a fair price range, and came out to perform the service 2 days later. My home is a bit older, so when we discovered that the wall wasn't going to support the clearance needed to run the wire, they walked me through several alternatives, gave me time to decide, performed the service extremely well, charged me the lower end of the quoted price range, and were on their way 2 hours later. Extremely satisfied, and I'll be using them again if the need ever arises.

I had several additional requests which they accommodated such as adding an extra drain line and additional return vent and all the work was done as requested. Since completion of the job, they have come back on routine maintenance visits to keep the system up and running and the cost of which was included with the original work. I therefore. have been very pleased with after-installation service. Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. Obviously, overall, I'm very happy with their services. I will be using them again and highly recommend.

On top of that the work was unbelievably good. They showed up on time. They showed me where they were going to work. They covered my floors to make sure there was no dirt or dust and spent the whole day doing an expert job. I couldn't be more pleased, and I am looking forward to the future to dealing with them and THEIR warranty!

I…read moreknew that VA's Right to Charge law allows any resident to install an EV charger and after reaching out to the HOA, I found out that a neighbor in the same HOA had an EV charger installed a few years ago. The neighbor told me he got his installed by HavePower and so I reached out to them along with a handful of other companies. After several email correspondences, I eventually decided to go with HavePower. Although it was not a simple process to get the HOA's approval, Jason was extremely patient and helpful in getting all of the paperwork for the approval. I myself was not present during the installation, but my parents were around to observe the whole process. The installation started at 6am and finished around 5pm. According to them, HavePower did an amazing job and my parents found them reliable. The end product is exactly what we were hoping for, and the charger works flawlessly. My parents couldn't be any happier! All in all, I highly recommend HavePower for EV charger installations. Even if you live at a place without a garage, HavePower will do a impeccable job. And if you do have a garage, I'm sure they will get it done even more quickly!

Miquel also was conscious of cleaning up, and he wore booties over his shoes without being asked. Definitely would recommend Jab & Sons, from scheduling to installation.

He spent about 15 minutes looking at everything. We also had John C Flood give us a quote... He spent over an hour looking at the job, and discovered today there was a code-compliant way to do the job without replacing the whole panel (saving us multiple thousands of dollars), and that an HVAC panel removal would be required to do the job (which JAB had not seemed to notice). We hired John C Flood, so I don't know for sure--maybe JAB would have done a good job, but I certainly got the sense that they were a lot less thorough.

I already had 2 switches on the wall already and unfortunately the wall cavity was very tight to add a 3rd horizontally. Luckily they had a solution to keep my current setup and still add the switch. They even added a switch with a night light which was a nice touch and the light only turns on if the lights are off. I also needed a fan box replaced as the old ,probably original 1950s box was not attached properly anymore to the joists. Unfortunately they had to cut into the drywall due to the lack of space available but understandable. Price for the job was reasonable and completed within the day. Asked and received a invoice so that I can properly make the tax deduction later for improvements. Super responsive. Highly recommend.

I'm actually having fun watching the deer, foxes and other night-time wildlife that wander the neighborhood. Autumn Electric was punctual, efficient. They even encouraged me to call-back should I want the camera angles shifted to provide different coverage. These guys are book-smart and street-smart when it comes to anything electric. Darrell (the dispatcher) is easy to deal with & always reconfirms things via email or phone call. One reason I chose Autumn Electric is because Dave (the owner) provided 3 different estimates each of which had different capabilities. I was very at-ease with Dave's electrical knowledge as well as his familiarity with various brands. I especially liked the way he trouble-shot issues along the way such as giving me the option to replace a rusty electric pipe that had been powering the motion sensor in the back yard. I would easily trust Autumn Electric for any other electrical needs.
