I recently went to look at a property through Zillow, 2003 Avenida, Unit 2, and I cannot even put into words how rude and disrespectful Sarah was during the showing. Her attitude was completely inappropriate. First of all, she was late. Second, she had somebody else there looking at the property at the same time, which can be quite uncomfortable when you are trying to view a home and have a conversation about whether it is going to be a good fit for you and your family. When you're making an appointment to see a property, I expect the person showing it to be on time and to treat the appointment with some level of professionalism and respect. Instead, I felt rushed and uncomfortable throughout the entire experience. There was also an issue with an additional $35 fee that Sarah brought up, even though I had already paid the Zillow fee associated with arranging the showing. I found the entire situation extremely unprofessional, particularly given the way I was treated. At that point, I decided to leave. I did not feel comfortable continuing with the showing under those circumstances. Additionally, I was not even able to properly see or walk through the garage because there was no garage key available, which meant I could not get a complete understanding of the property I was supposedly there to view. I am not writing this simply because I was unhappy with the property. My concern is specifically with the way I was treated by Sarah and the way the showing was handled. There is a major difference between a property not being the right fit and being treated disrespectfully by the person representing it. I would appreciate speaking with whoever is above Sarah so that I can make a formal complaint and explain exactly what happened. Thank you for your time. The community is impeccably manicured, feels safe & the few times she has needed assistance they have been responsive and very helpful! The landscaping throughout the community is being improved, and we noticed painting being done on the carports recently, etc. She isn't at all tech savvy and prefers to call vs emailing, and there is always someone who has promptly answered the phone to assist her. She had some standing water gathering near her garage and within TWO days the landscapers(/maintenance?) were quick in clearing the drain to ensure it didn't attract mosquitoes. She loves using the hot tub and has been anxious to get back to the pool area and they happily answered her questions over the phone regarding re opening procedures as we come out of COVID.
