His knowledge, professionalism, patience, commitment, and dedication made us feel supported throughout the entire process and gave us the confidence we needed as first-time homebuyers. He was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and truly had our best interests at heart. Conrad exceeded every expectation and did far more than what was required of him as a real estate agent. He guided us through every aspect of the home-buying process--including the loan, homeowners insurance, HOA, home inspection, and more. Even after we closed on our home, he continued to check in to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed any additional help. We are incredibly grateful for all of his hard work and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Conrad, for making our dream of homeownership come true! We had a long wish list but a tight budget, but that didn't phase Heidi. She found a good selection of homes within our budget - and we ended up selecting one of them - a home in Los Altos, once of the most family-friendly, safe and beautiful areas of Long Beach (and coincidentally, the area that I grew up in). She helped us negotiate the right price that would allow us to do the necessary remodeling (full kitchen remodel plus master bath) within our tight budget, and throughout the escrow process, she was always available for assistance as needed. We closed on the house in just over 30 days, moved in and over a year later, we still love our home and are so pleased with the way Heidi was able to help us find a gem of a home. I would highly recommend Heidi and Jack for anyone interested in buying a home in Long Beach or neighboring communities.

Short Story: David…read moreGazarov's property management services is like a parasite that'll bleed you dry. He offers different programs that are supposed to cover the property management obligations but then bills every action separately with numbers he pulled out of his @$$. The entire time I paid for his services, I never saw the full monthly rental income because he would deduct more than half of it with made-up fees before charging me to send me what was left over. Long Story: I hired David as my property manager at his $49 monthly plan. What he did not explain is that the management fee only covers collection. Any other item is chargeable at whatever fee he deems fair. He charges to open emails/texts, to respond to messages, to communicate messages to the tenants, to speak with the HOA, to forward mail, to file any reports, to process the Financials, to send the rental income over, and the list goes on. I had his service for 4 months, which should've been $12,760 gross rental income. However, I only received $4,865.26. That means he charged $7,894.74 in random fees that should be part of his duties as a property manager. On top of all the fees, he penalizes you for wanting to terminate early. For instance, you can't get out of your contract without paying off the remainder of the contract plus more fees. David requested that I pay $897.80 just to get out of my contract. I told him I was only willing to pay the remaining contract amount for the year $392. He agreed to those terms only to go back on them, claiming I still owed him more money. He then took it out of my reserve funds return and said, "Not worry about the rest." As if he was doing me a favor for not charging me on services I never approved of. All in all, I would avoid David's property management services like the plague because he will bleed you dry and feel entitled for more.

No one else offered this level of bespoke customization. David and his team took great photos and videos of our property and had it rented within two weeks and everything was quick, efficient and most of all taken care of for us as advertised. We waited to write the review after 3 months of our property being rented to make sure we could give a through review of the entire experience. David has gone above and beyond, sound us great tenants and has already assisted with several items that needed to be taken care of including a broken kitchen disposal, and a planned wall construction that was set before the property was rented and delayed until after the tenants moved in. David & Company has taken the time to make sure we got the right price, the right tenants and have taken care of everything we needed with payment dispersals on time and no issues. We couldn't recommend him more highly. Thank you David!
