I just had a viewing of a house in the west valley. I was a bit late, and a bit dishevled from rushing to get there. Sarah was at the door waiting patiently when i pulled up and hopped off my bike. Although she had anither showing and needed to get there, she allowed me all the time i needed and actually let me go through the house twice. She was running late now because of me, but didnt show any anger or cause me to feell at fault or stressed in any way. Even when i wouldnt stop nervously talking, she was very nice when she reminded me that she needed to run. She then took the time to text me the application link and made me feel that i possiblky had a chance to finaly live in a great house of my own. I truly hope this works out. I am a veteran that recently moved from my sublet and find myself as one of the thousands of homeless veterans in los angeles. When I arrived and nobody was at the listing, I called and was snapped at on the phone, saying that I got the times wrong and everyone was gone. Sarah set me up an appointment to view a rental house at 4:30pm today and upon showing up there is a line of other families waiting to get in. I approach this heavy set lady that turns out to be Sarah. I tell her we have an appointment at 4:30pm and she response with a condescending and authoritarian tone, "SO DOES EVERYONE ELSE" really? What's the point of setting up a time when you do it for everyone else? And to respond with that tone and aggression/attitude. I'm glad I wouldn't be handing my hard earned money to someone like that. Sarah you represent your company with that kind of attitude. I'm surprised you guys are in business. During these crazy times to be so irresponsible and make appointments with multiple families with kids by their sides is shameful and unprofessional. I tried to reach out about an available unit for rent I found on Hot Pads. I never got a response back. I reached out through their website instead. When Sarah messaged me back with a date to view it unfortunately I wasn't able to see it that day. I responded back with my availability and never got a response. I followed up again and again and it was the same thing. She would give me a date that wouldn't work but when I would ask about other dates she wouldn't bother to respond back to me. The lawns were not being taking care of so I asked her if they will let me do the lawns myself and just deduct what they are paying the Gardner of the rent. She said they wouldn't and if anything changes she will get back to me. I tried following up with her a few times then on Sunday I asked her if she had a minute to talk she called me went straight to attitude and started attacking me and said who calls on a Sunday to follow up and was very unprofessional and rude just saying the dumbest stuff. if you don't like to be bothered on a weekend Megan most people don't work then put in your ad dont contact me on weekends she is the most unprofessional and rudest agent I've dealt with. i see there's a lot of reviews of her being nasty to others as well. im going to report it to her business license as well and show them the condescending text she sent me after the phone call on Sunday. very unprofessional as an owner. read more

I'm not sure who all of these reviews are talking about...my experience with Sarah and her team is awful. First and foremost, good property management companies are supposed to keep your good tenants happy. Sarah's heavy handed tactics were detrimental for us, and drove away good paying tenants. Secondly, after learning about an upcoming vacancy after receiving notice, they didn't begin finding replacements for weeks. Valuable time and money lost.
