Von Keith Real Estate Agent Justin Worsham patiently helped my husband and I navigate the…read morechallenging Los Angeles market as we set off to purchase our first home this year. We chose to work with Justin, specifically, for two reasons: a) his personal experience with residential real estate investment in L.A. and b) he laughed at our jokes! :D We especially appreciated Justin's thoroughness in drafting contracts, as well as his caring communication during each phase of the process. From carting us around to multiple open houses in a day, to supporting us emotionally while we waited to hear back from sellers, Justin listened to our wild ideas and made sure we closed on a house we LOVE. We are so very grateful for all the attention, insight and guidance he gave us. Thank you, Justin- you really made this experience so enjoyable......maybe we'll do it again!

Leah knows a lot, and moves quickly, which we found very helpful. During a streak of low listing activity in the off season, her focus seemed to wane a little, and we felt that she wasn't patient enough for our needs. If we had found the right opportunity within the first few months of working together, I think we would have been quite pleased with the outcome -- she seems like a great negotiator. Not as patient as we needed in the search phase though.

At the time we listed, there were two other comparable homes for rent in our area -- and those are still sitting on the market while ours was quickly rented out. That's a true testament to Ailine's work ethic, professionalism, and expertise. She went above and beyond in every way. Whenever I needed someone to have access to the house and couldn't make it myself, Ailine was there to open the door, letting them in, and locking up when they were done -- no hesitation. When my cleaning crew forgot to bring a broom, Ailine brought one to them. When she noticed the trash bins out, she would ask if she should put them away. She was with me through every step of the process, clearly explaining all the lease details and making sure everything went smoothly. Beyond her professional skills, Ailine is a joy to work with -- helpful, responsive, always upbeat, and genuinely caring. If you're looking for someone who is not only experienced and knowledgeable but who truly cares and shows up when it matters, I wholeheartedly recommend Ailine. Thank you!
