She worked hard to look for the right home for me. She carefully listened to my needs and what I was looking for. She stayed within the price range and she narrowed it down for me in the exact locations I was interested in. She was honest and passionate. She does her homework on the details and history of the houses we looked at. She was never pushy with me. We were at the process of bidding and going back and forth with the seller. In the end I decided to withdraw completely as I didn't feel right about proceeding with a counteroffer. It wasn't meant to be for me. And you know what, Jennifer remained professional about it and carried herself graciously and gracefully. I always think back if I ever made a mistake but I have no regrets in backing out. But what stands out most from my experience with house shopping was the class and professionalism that Jennifer had when I withdrew. I hope to do business with her in the future as I would only trust Jennifer when it comes to being my real estate agent!

It was a frustrating process due to issues with the seller, but Dave did his absolute best to make the mortgage side as smooth as possible. He got the deal closed and we were very satisfied with his services. 23 years and 3 homes later, we found ourselves in the midst of a new construction home purchase and highly dissatisfied with the builder's lenders. Having reconnected with Dave after casually seeing his name on a newsletter, I contacted him and asked if he would review the deal and give us his opinion, which he happily did without hesitation. Ultimately, we dropped the builder's lender and went with Dave. Needless to say, he was just as professional, kind, attentive and tenacious as we always remembered him to be, and successfully closed our transaction last week! If you need a mortgage professional, I strongly encourage you to skip the rest and call Dave immediately. I was at first skeptical to "mix business with pleasure" but i would not be disappointed. I've bought and sold 5 houses over the past 10 years and have never been more impressed with the level of professionalism, industry knowledge, and work ethic of JoAnn. She represented us for the sale of our house in Porter Ranch and the purchase of our home in Agoura Hills. I would recommend her to anyone and I would use her again. Real estate transactions can often be an emotional roller coaster ride and JoAnn was able to navigate though our concerns and still stay level headed and objective for us. I'm a bit of a "high maintenance" client. I have way too many questions, want to verify everything for myself, and need an agent I can reach nearly 24/7. JoAnn is highly knowledgeable with the real estate market as well as the buying and selling process. I felt completely comfortable with her guidance and had great discussions with her as we strategized our transactions. She is also a workaholic - always focusing on her clients and making sure they are well represented. If you are moving to or from the Conejo Valley (or even another area), JoAnn Kepler is a great resource to have by your side!

At the time we listed, there were two other comparable homes for rent in our area -- and those are still sitting on the market while ours was quickly rented out. That's a true testament to Ailine's work ethic, professionalism, and expertise. She went above and beyond in every way. Whenever I needed someone to have access to the house and couldn't make it myself, Ailine was there to open the door, letting them in, and locking up when they were done -- no hesitation. When my cleaning crew forgot to bring a broom, Ailine brought one to them. When she noticed the trash bins out, she would ask if she should put them away. She was with me through every step of the process, clearly explaining all the lease details and making sure everything went smoothly. Beyond her professional skills, Ailine is a joy to work with -- helpful, responsive, always upbeat, and genuinely caring. If you're looking for someone who is not only experienced and knowledgeable but who truly cares and shows up when it matters, I wholeheartedly recommend Ailine. Thank you!
