So it was time to make a move, run for The Hills, and become a first time homeowner. I had a few things in mind I was looking for and needed someone to help me reach for the stars and join the "Hollywood Elite." Or you might say, someone that'd be "Selling Sunset" to me. Cue the music and enter realtor Becca Liang! This is the part of the movie where they play a montage consisting of all the pivotal moments in my home buying process climaxing with the ultimate triumphs of getting the offer accepted and closing escrow. *Home Search: Becca took the time to determine the specific features I desired (high ceilings and a roofdeck, for example) and just as importantly, what I wasn't looking for *Showings: Once we identified a few properties that checked the boxes and seemed up to my standards, she scheduled all the appointments to maximize the best use of my time *Offer: when I was ready to pull the trigger, we collaborated on the best approach to make an offer that'd be accepted, without risking the seller countering or another buyer swooping in (spoiler alert: it worked) *Paperwork: when you don't have a printer at home and there's 80 million things required to sign as part of any real estate transaction, no worries, Becca geared everthing up for me to easily do online via DocuSign. She was also extremely responsive when I had a question, or 2, or 3 about some of the items Normally I prefer to handle a lot of things on my own, but I needed a dedicated professional that I could rely on and trust for this huge transaction. With her performance and results, I'd have to nominate Becca for an Oscar (if they had Award shows for real estate agents). Since they apparently don't do those (yet), hopefully my 5 star review and strong recommendation is an acceptable substitute.

Then I realized the most meaningful way to thank you and your team was to write a letter you could show to potential clients that would explain why Denise Fast Realtors is the best choice one can make if selling a home in Los Angeles. What you and your team did for my family was more than incredible. Selling the family home of 62 years was both important and emotional. Honoring my parents' legacy as we disbursed with their worldly goods was of greatest priority to us. You and your team took on the project as if it were your own family home. You facilitated every step of the way, perfectly project-managed to maximize our potential return and turn our home into something a new family would want and cherish. Your coaching on what works in today's market was invaluable. You and your entire office made the process pain-free, expedient, and heart-felt. We cannot thank you and your team (and your family) for all that you did. Working with you daily from 400+ miles away, I am convinced that your expertise, insights, and creative flair made all the difference in the world and that is what you bring to your clients. You enabled me to run my three worlds simultaneously: handling my parents' estate, caring for my family here in Phoenix, and maintaining my full-time job that spans 50-60 hours a week. No one could ask for anything more. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, your dedication to your clients is second to none and I would highly recommend you and your team to anyone considering a real estate transaction (buying or selling) whether it is a modest home or a multi-million-dollar estate. May God bless you all and bring you the prosperity you so graciously bestow upon your clients. Feel free to have anyone "on the fence" call me, so I can throw them over to the Sold Fast Team at Denise Fast. With warmest regards, Nanette Kryske Towsley

As co-executors of my parents Trust estate, my sister and I along with the assistance of my husband…read morewere in search of a professional seller's broker and real estate professional with whom not only had knowledge of the local real estate market but also knowledge and experience in execution of trust sales. While we had given consideration to a local realtor that we had worked with in the past as well as a 'high volume' realtor we had seen on many marketing campaigns and For Sale signs around the neighborhood, we were referred to Debbie Pashkoff & Associates by a long-term neighborhood friend of ours and we could not have been more pleased. Our neighborhood friend recommended Debbie based on his own experience in a recent home sale and informed us that Debbie not only provided him with direct one-on-one support but also executed the process with the highest level of professionalism and integrity possible. When we heard 'one-on-one throughout the entire process' and 'highest level of integrity,' we were sold! We contacted Debbie and we were excited to learn that she lived in our Westchester neighborhood of Loyola Village and in fact during our pre-listing introductory meeting, Debbie walked over to meet me and my husband. Debbie was extremely enthusiastic and anxious to help us work on this sale as demonstrated by her bringing us a folder that contained her CV and contact information, a fully detailed report of neighborhood 'comps', and a set of client referrals for whom she encouraged us to contact. This demonstrated to us that she was serious and was indeed going to provide us with that one-on-one support throughout the process that we were seeking. In the weeks prior to listing, Debbie worked with us and her home improvement team to make some repairs at the front of the home as well as some landscaping improvements that she suggested would greatly assist with curb appeal. The results were outstanding and the property was ready for showing. Debbie listed the property on the MLS and scheduled open houses for which she was present each time, not relegated to an office associate. There was a lot of excitement from prospective buyers following the initial open house. In fact, following each open house, Debbie presented us with a number of well over asking price offers and a detailed spreadsheet of the primary features of each offer beyond just the offer price. Some offers were from investors/developers while others were from prospective family owners. Debbie had extensive experience working with both types of prospective buyers and thank goodness because it took a few iterations and numerous on-site home inspections that Debbie had to schedule and attend for each buyer type over the course of several weeks. We had a feeling that the trust sale of my parents' home was not going to be easy. This is because there were numerous additions made to the property most of which were not permitted and many that included additional gas lines to support laundry equipment, wall heaters, and ranges. Indeed, our concerns about the unpermitted additions turned out to be realized after we went 'live' and although a couple of the initial offers were retracted due the state of the property and inspection results, Debbie did not falter; her perseverance continued and she went the extra mile to contact all past investor/developers with whom she had worked in the past. And it paid off! Debbie found us a buyer and at the highest possible sales price possible that our family was hoping to secure. It is without reservation that we recommend Debbie Pashkoff as a top-notch, professional real estate agent with the highest level of experience, professionalism, and most importantly integrity possible. She will not relegate her work to others and she most certainly will not let you down.

These traits were evident upon first meeting her, we knew right away we could trust her. In 2024 she successfully sold our home of 14+ years, it couldn't have been easier or more positive. Recently she sold my late mother's home. The home was very old & in bad shape, mom lived there 46 years & had dementia. When I hired Debbie, I'd just gone through 3 years of caregiving, mom's death, then 5 months cleaning out the house: I was exhausted. The home was attracting very aggressive buyers who played games, so to have someone like Debbie come in to shield & guide me was a lifesaver. Debbie was able to get a very good price and a relatively painless escrow. She made the experience MUCH better than it would have been with any other realtor. I'll always be grateful! Debbie has the perfect mix of strong confidence & empathetic kindness. On one hand, she's your advocate & protector, pushing back on unrealistic buyer demands & low-ball offers. On the other hand she's your wise friend, patiently talking you through options & helping with decision-making in unfamiliar territory. Debbie doesn't phone it in by any means, she's always "on it" throughout the process. You won't find a better realtor, I promise you!

I reached out to maybe 20 real estate agents and of all of them Amy stood out immediately. She was friendly and supportive, and most importantly, she actually read my message in full. I had a lot of specific requirements. Cheap. Not run down. In the San Gabriel area. Available soon! Pets! All in all it took us probably less than a week from when we started looking--in other words, Amy started looking for us--to finding a place that was nice (I've moved in now, it's nice) and cheaper than anything on the listing sites, which were difficult to navigate at best. Except for keeping in touch and saying yes and no, I had to do almost nothing. Amy managed the relationship with the property owners, got us a lease, and was super helpful the whole way. Due to the time difference, we could only talk at certain times of day and she must have been waking up at 6 am to email me with updates about our apartment. The point is this: she got us everything we wanted in a difficult situation and was super nice about it. Would recommend her to friends and family without reservation.
