I received a response via email from Amy that she would be able to show the property at 8.30 am. However, since the time didn't work for us, I responded via email if there is any availability to show later during the day. Since I didn't receive an email response (which is okay), I called her back next morning at 11 am curious to know if there was any other availability to show today afternoon. Amy was very rude in her dealing and not only ignored the request for availability, but also asked to email her since she already had many applicants for this property. The simple answer to the request for viewing availability is a yes/no and rude behavior is not expected from someone who is looking to help in real estate and claims "to elevate the standard for real estate professional by acting as a consultant and not just an agent".

So it was time to make a move, run for The Hills, and become a first time homeowner. I had a few things in mind I was looking for and needed someone to help me reach for the stars and join the "Hollywood Elite." Or you might say, someone that'd be "Selling Sunset" to me. Cue the music and enter realtor Becca Liang! This is the part of the movie where they play a montage consisting of all the pivotal moments in my home buying process climaxing with the ultimate triumphs of getting the offer accepted and closing escrow. *Home Search: Becca took the time to determine the specific features I desired (high ceilings and a roofdeck, for example) and just as importantly, what I wasn't looking for *Showings: Once we identified a few properties that checked the boxes and seemed up to my standards, she scheduled all the appointments to maximize the best use of my time *Offer: when I was ready to pull the trigger, we collaborated on the best approach to make an offer that'd be accepted, without risking the seller countering or another buyer swooping in (spoiler alert: it worked) *Paperwork: when you don't have a printer at home and there's 80 million things required to sign as part of any real estate transaction, no worries, Becca geared everthing up for me to easily do online via DocuSign. She was also extremely responsive when I had a question, or 2, or 3 about some of the items Normally I prefer to handle a lot of things on my own, but I needed a dedicated professional that I could rely on and trust for this huge transaction. With her performance and results, I'd have to nominate Becca for an Oscar (if they had Award shows for real estate agents). Since they apparently don't do those (yet), hopefully my 5 star review and strong recommendation is an acceptable substitute.

Shannon Casey hit it out of the ballpark for us and I must share our experience!…read more We were fortunate to work with Shannon as she sought out a property for us. With her knowledge of the marketplace and property values, she was able to find a spectacular and highly sought-after property. She worked hard to make this happen in today's competitive environment. Once in escrow, she assisted in selecting amongst best lenders, gave us timely management of meeting timelines, and was always a phone call away when we needed her or had questions. Finding the best property and taking the process to completion is critical and to be taken seriously. Having a professional like Shannon made it appear seamless and a wonderful experience. Thank you Shannon! We are forever grateful for the professional guidance you gave us. Looking forward to working with you again in the future! JP
