How many great things can I say about Alexis? She was our broker when we sold our home in Culver City, and the process couldn't have gone more smoothly. She gave us great advice on what upgrades we did (and did not) need, helped find the professionals to do the upgrades as needed, and worked with us to make sure we stayed on budget and on track for the sale. Also, she was always available to talk to us with any questions, concerns and worries we had, which was so reassuring in a nerve-wracking process. (Also she's funny, friendly, and down-to-earth, which helps.) Bottom line: we had an offer on our house 3 days after listing, over asking, in a tough market. Her advice was spot-on and we can't thank her enough. Plus she is a delight. Hire her! read more

Alexis has a great understanding about dynamics of homes and suitability to clients. She has a loving spirit but a fight for her clients' best interests. Her communications through the entire home buying process was incredible with ability to pick up the phone, text, or e-mail all times of the day. For a place we thought may not work out, she kept us with positive spirits and fought with us until the end. Now we are living in our dream place! read more

We had a great experience working with Alexis on the sale of 4367 Globe Ave in Culver City. She was communicative, professional, and a true team player throughout the transaction. It's always a pleasure working with an agent who is collaborative and solution-oriented. Alexis helped make the process smooth from start to finish. Looking forward to working together again soon! read more

I was so impressed with Alexis and her team! We recently sold our home with Alexis and she made the process incredibly smooth and easy. As this was a home in our family for many years, she was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process. She was always there for us when we had questions or if we needed referrals along the way. Not only is she a great agent, but I can honestly now call her a friend! I look forward to future transactions with Alexis, both as a seller and buyer! read more

Alexis was a true professional. She made all the hard decisions easy and had a solid game plan from day 1. Couldn't be more pleased with the selling price and how quickly she was able to find a buyer. Thanks Alexis!!! read more

Just closed on the second home buying/selling experience with Alexis and she is simply the best! She's organized and thoughtful and isn't afraid to be a little bullish when it's warranted. We were always happy to have her in our corner. She also has amazing attention to detail, is readily available and never judged us for asking dumb questions throughout the process. Buying a house is stressful and she makes it easy (and fun)! read more

Alexis is an incredible agent. I got referred to her through a friend of mine who successfully leased her house, and I also saw that Alexis sold a house in our neighborhood at well over asking. I figured, this person knows what she's doing. Alexis advised us about marketing, list price, and prospective tenants, all the while keeping us in the loop through every step--even on Sunday nights. We've been reluctant to work with a new agent after working with our original one for nearly ten years, but we were so pleased with Alexis. She's now our family's go-to for all our real-estate needs henceforth. Honest, dependable, reliable, and knows her stuff. read more

Alexis is amazing! As a first time home buyer (and extremely type A person), I wasn't sure what to expect. Alexis made me feel comfortable at every step of the way. She is extremely responsive, organized, and thoughtful. She took the time to get to know me before we started to search for the perfect home. She went through the process step by step and answered every (probably stupid) question I had. She always responded to texts / emails within an hour, and made sure I truly understood every aspect of this major life decision. Her organization was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. While we were viewing condos/houses, she made sure that calendar invites were sent & that I knew exactly what to expect / ask. During escrow, she had a very detailed timeline & made sure I was prepared well before deadlines, reducing a lot of the stress that comes with home buying. She even stayed in touch after escrow to make sure I had all of the support I needed - suggesting several contractors to compare prices and helped coordinate with the Seller on other items. I highly suggest working with Alexis - she's a wonderful person & will make sure the home buying process is as smooth (& fun!) as possible :) read more

We feel very lucky to have found Alexis on our way to buying our first home. We recently closed on a condo in Culver City that we're excited about and wouldn't have been able to do it without having a teammate like Alexis helping us every step of the way. We got connected with Alexis through P+H and Associates after sending an email to Scott Price. She's fast, efficient, a great communicator on email and on the phone, and available when you need her. Best of all, she's your greatest supporter and will help you make good decisions. How do I know these things for sure? We teamed up with Alexis to take on the absurd fun/challenge of trying to buy a place from six hours away in NorCal! We emailed Alexis with a list of what we were looking for and she got us set up with MLS listings the same day. Every day, we'd review the listings and send things Alexis' way that we were interested in and we'd check in on the phone as well. Alexis would quickly find out which places were still available, which ones we should avoid (safety, unforeseen costs, not what they looked like) and get back to us on the same day. We actually had as much fun emailing with Alexis as we did hanging out with her in real life. On our one day and only day we were in LA to check out places, Alexis lined up a bunch of places and let us know how our day would go. On a fun-filled day with snacks, laughs, and delicious sandwiches, we got incredibly lucky to find a place that we wanted, in the location we wanted, right in our price range. Alexis knew exactly what we were looking for, from 400 miles away and we went after it. She helped us put together a bid, then a re-bid when we got into a "best and final offer" process and our offer was accepted. During the escrow period (the hard part), Alexis was there with us every step of the way. We moved extremely quickly and did everything we could electronically using Docusign (signing docs on my phone! amazing!). I'm a really efficient, task-oriented person and could not have had a better partner than Alexis to buy our place. She let us know when we had to get something done the same day and kept us in the loop on when we had some time. She answered my questions that HGTV and the Google didn't answer for me and of course, we got the place after a fast and furious escrow period with a moving target close date by the seller. Buying a house with Alexis was the most grown up purchase I've ever made and also the most efficient buying experience I've ever had. After we closed, we fought traffic driving down from NorCal and Alexis met us at 11:30PM with our keys, congratulatory champagne, and her general delightfulness. We'll do it all again with her soon! read more

We found Alexis through the awesome Yelp reviews. She is really friendly and passionate in helping us buy our first condo on the Westside. Alexis is very knowledgeable on the Westside real estate market. She is patient and very organized in her approach. She is always prepared for our open houses, supplying us with all of the information we need. Whenever we have a question, she is ready to answer or will follow up with the leasing agent regarding our questions. When we decided to put down an offer for a condo, She was quick to pull comps and rental information. She really guided us through the process every step of the way. In the end, we have decided not to pursuit for a condo on the Westside due to budget constraints. However, we would highly recommend Alexis to our friends and family if they ever decide to look for a place on the Westside. Thank you Alexis!!! read more

Alexis is not only a great real estate agent, but such a wonderful person to spend time with. She is able to translate the tricky real estate industry to someone who is fairly clueless like myself, and help navigate our game plan every step of the way. Alexis really gives it to you straight, which I love, and offers solutions or back-up ideas to any roadblock we have run into. We found her to be immensely valuable, and someone you definitely want on your side headed into a classic LA housing showdown. read more

I met Alexis when researching real estate agents in Santa Monica. I met with a number of the big companies but really liked what Alexis presented in terms of vision and her strategy. She demonstrated incredible creative insight, local property market expertise, a passion for her work (and this property) and quickly indentified the type of buyer we should be targeting. Not only did Alexis go that extra mile by helping me stage the property, get small repairs done, but kept things moving (in the midst of a pandemic) along and came up with creative ways (eg. virtual tours) to show the property. She found a way to get it done, taking on the role of designer, realtor and property manager and I couldn't have been happier with the result! Great job and awesome person to work with. read more

Alexis and her assistant Shayla Paxton are real estate bosses! Since writing my last review I've had a couple friends use and love Alexis. I also just used them again to sell my current place (from the last review) and buy a new place. Alexis sold my current place for over asking and then helped me buy a place for BELOW ASKING PRICE. The 2021 housing market is insane and all over the news. Alexis helping me buy a place below asking in this market is unheard of and only speaks to her boss status. I can't rave about her enough. Although she lists westside areas in her Yelp bio, she's now helped me buy/sell on the Eastside and in the Valley, so I'm confident recommending her for anything in greater LA. read more

At every step along the home-buying journey, Alexis was absolutely wonderful to work with. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about the LA real estate market, she thoughtfully helped us navigate the many ups and downs of finding our dream home. Always positive and encouraging, Alexis went out of her way to be available for showings and offered valuable feedback on every house we saw. Additionally, once we had an offer accepted, Alexis guided us through inspections with keen insights and useful suggestions. I can't recommend her highly enough! read more

The absolute best. Kind, fair, professional, thoughtful, patient and invested. For the average human it's tough to get this package, for a realtor it's unheard of. Good values and genuine kindness is so refreshing! Thanks Alexis! read more

I can't recommend Alexis enough for finding a home in Los Angeles! Always very communicative, knowledgeable and professional, she made navigating the extremely difficult NELA market a breeze. From obtaining viewings at listings before they hit the market, to making competitive yet reasonable offers, to negotiating our contingencies once in escrow, we always felt like we had the inside track by working with Alexis. The current market can be very frustrating, but Alexis managed to keep our spirits up until we successfully purchased the perfect home for us at a price we were very happy with. As first-time homebuyers, this could have been a painful, intimidating experience, but Alexis expertly guided us through the entire process. Would work with her again in a heartbeat! read more

It is no surprise that every review is 5 stars. Alexis was so easy to work with and went above and beyond our expectations. She was always a text or call away and happily answered every question we had for her. Her style made our place so beautiful and market-ready and I'm sure if it wasn't for her taste and guidance we would've stayed on the market longer during this crazy year! I really can't stress enough how lovely Alexis is. She is a genuine, caring person who wants to make your home dreams come true. I'd love to be able to work with her again. And if she ever takes up interior decorating I would absolutely hire her. She is an absolute GEM! read more

I met Alexis at a listing that she was covering for another agent, she was so sweet, friendly and knowledgeable about the area that we decided to reach out to help with the home buying process. We're first time buyers and Alexis made us feel extremely comfortable, informed and like a true partner. She educated us along the way and made us feel like no question is a stupid question. She was extremely responsive and accommodating to our crazy schedules. She understood what we were looking for and also helped with neighborhood tips. Truly could not have had a better experience with Alexis. I wish we could buy another house just to spend more time with her!! read more

Alexis is the ideal person to have on your team when searching for a new home. She aided me and my family in finding a condo in the Santa Monica area. At every step of the way, she displayed an extraordinarily high level of professionalism, reliability, and knowledge. Not to mention, she is incredibly wholesome, patient, and wildly hilarious, which proved to be extremely entertaining during the house-hunting process. Being first-time home buyers, Alexis was prompt and efficient in answering our long list of extensive questions, and never hesitated in asking her very capable and experienced partner, Scott Price, for assistance and advice regarding our specific needs in order to offer us the most detailed information possible. She has proved herself to be an irreplaceable teammate in our real estate project, helping us locate reliable contractors for renovation and even going as far to offer us creative and helpful design possibilities for our new condo. Above all, I can say with great confidence, that Alexis is the kind of person you can grant all of your trust to and are guaranteed to receive the most personal, expert, and gratifying house-hunting experience. She goes above and beyond not only in her work, but in making her clients feel important and respected. She encouraged us to take our time with finding the right home that fit our needs and never once undermined the importance of making such a huge financial decision. I can't imagine working with anyone else, and I look forward to the ongoing relationship I will have with her for any future home purchases. read more

It was an absolute delight to work with Alexis on buying our first home in Culver City. She is on Scott and Janice's team as the Buyer's Specialist for P+H and Associates, and I must say, we couldn't have asked for a better person to partner with! Alexis had her hands full as we were relocating and hoping to move quick on a place and get it all done remotely. But, she was patient and responsive to every single question we came up with. She took her time to make sure we understood all of the real estate jargon, she steered us clear of anything sketchy, and in the end she found us our (first) dream home! I have already recommended Alexis to many of my friends who are beginning their own house hunts. I highly recommend her to the Yelp community as well. We will definitely be using her again in the future! read more

We loved working with Alexis. She was thorough, honest, flexible, and knowledgeable -- all critical traits for a realtor working with a family just moving to the area. The best part was seeing her advocate for us as clients, especially under tricky circumstances. We feel so grateful that we worked with her and we love our new home. Thank you Alexis! read more

If you are looking for the best realtor in the Los Angeles area, look no further - Alexis is THE BEST. We were first time home buyers during a very wild time in the housing market, and Alexis was there to patiently guide us through it all! Buying a house can be an emotional roller coaster - Alexis was our rock who held it all together and kept us on track which led us to ultimately land the perfect home for us. Her communication is clear and response time is unreal! She guided us through the entire process, from touring our first house in a non-open house/pandemic process, to guiding us through inspections and connecting us to great vendors who gave us honest, detailed insights, all the way until the close of escrow, and the end of a 30 day leaseback. She is honest, fair, competitive (in the best way) and transparent - we could absolutely feel that she genuinely cared about getting us into a perfect home. Her assistant, Shayla, is also lovely to work with- extremely responsive, quick to get on a call and schedule tours, and even joined us on house tours to make sure we were taken care of. This is the dream team right here - we can't wait to work with her again! read more

When I was first recommended to Alexis, my husband and I weren't feeling too great about our chances. We'd been through it all before with no home to show for it. But Alexis was so great and optimistic - but also honest about the state of the market. And given how stressful it is looking at properties, she actually made it really fun. We couldn't believe how smoothly escrow went. I can't recommend Alexis and her team highly enough. They were so thoughtful and informative every step of the way and I can't imagine working with another agent. Though hopefully it'll be a while before we need a realtor! read more

If you are looking to purchase a home, there is no better person to help you, than Alexis Bernacchi. When my husband and I started this journey, we didn't know exactly what we wanted, but we knew we wanted more space, recent updates, and a comfortable price. She must have taken us to 40+ places ALL OVER Los Angeles. At each place, she would help us notice the details such as a new roof, or copper plumbing and then would give my husband and I enough space to talk about if we wanted to pursue an offer. Alexis drove us around each of the neighborhoods, so we could get a sense for what living there would be like. Riding in her car provided us the ability to "take it all in" and continue the conversation after each one of the houses. Not to mention, she always had snacks and water for us :) As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and Alexis was always happy to provide us with answers. She worked with Scott Price at Keller Williams and with the two of them, we had a Dream Team! We honestly felt like there was not another client in the world. We spent many Sundays going to houses with Alexis and no matter the mileage driven, nor the time spent, we were never rushed, and always treated with the up most respect and professionalism. I highly recommend Alexis Bernacchi to help you find your next home! read more

Alexis helped my wife and I find our first home. She was working in coordination with Scott Price out of the Keller Williams office and was the agent that showed us homes around the Los Angeles area. As first time home buyers, my wife and I went through the process of trying to find the proverbial "right fit" for us and through every step of the process Alexis was patient, informative and a calming influence. She set up appointments and took us around to countless homes while giving us the pros and cons that her trained eye picked up on each property. She always showed up prepared and with a well thought out game plan. She is personable, friendly and a great person to help ease the stress of finding a home that is right for you. I highly recommend her and know that she will be helping many more people find a home that is perfect for them. read more

I wanted to dedicate a big thank you to both Alexis and Geoff for making my experience with buying a home so pleasant. Being a first time home buyer I was nervous and had a set of questions. Both Alexis and Geoff were quick to respond to all my questions and very patient with me. Overall, I highly recommended them if you're looking for a new place to call home. read more

This was not our first home purchase or even our second, with Alexis we were in great hands and have never had such great service like this before. In our previous experiences we have felt that the Agents were only looking out for themselves, more interested in making any deal rather than the "Right Deal". Alexis was not like that, she was on our side from beginning to end helping us find the right place at the right price, in other words making the "Right Deal". She also managed the transaction so efficiently, answering all our questions and always working around our busy meetings and travel schedule. 10 stars ********** this is what she deserves, not one star less! read more

Just moved into my first house after working with Alexis and I can't recommend her enough. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with, but every single other person she recommended along the process from lenders to inspectors was just as professional and helpful. What an experience! We're finally in the home of our dreams, and we could not thank Alexis enough for helping us achieve what we've worked so very hard for. It was an absolute pleasure working with this beautiful person, as she made our family feel loved and supported throughout this very long process. In the end, we not only landed this incredible home, but also someone who we can call a dear friend. Alexis is literally the best thing that ever happened to us! We listed with another agent and couldn't sell our place. HIGHLY recommend Alexis Gallardo to assist you in selling your home. We knew we were in capable hands after the first meeting. As first time buyers, we had no idea what to look for in an agent. After interviewing several agents, we randomly met Alexis at an open house and were so glad to have found her! We were BLOWN away at how attentive and knowledgeable Alexis was. She really took the time to figure out what our needs were and we genuinely felt that she was truly invested in US and OUR needs vs. getting another sale. She's extremely attentive and was able to come up with creative strategies for us to stay competitive in this crazy seller's market. We are first time home buyers and had no idea what we were getting into... thank goodness Alexis helped us take the wheel and drive us to our home! She took the time to sit us down and go over the process before we began shopping. When looking at homes she was able to point out pros and cons (things I just would not even think to look at) and when we were ready to buy she built a relationship with the owner's realtor to make the process as seamless as possible as well as give us tips to give us a leg up on other buyers! If you're looking around - Compass is a great company in general (their app to view homes was awesome and had better listings than Zillow or other competitors). High marks all around! read more

Alexis just helped us purchase our first house in LA and we couldn't be happier. My family and I were looking for a condo in West LA and were fortunate to connect with Alexis for our search. She is a consummate professional: enthusiastic, rapidly responsive to our many questions (whether over phone or email), and straightforward in providing recommendations and ideas (including her honest opinion of various listings). She understood our preferences, budget, and needs, and was a consistent advocate for our interests as buyers. As a bonus, she is also a genuinely warm and friendly person, and she made the process of condo-searching quite pleasant! Due to our many specifications and a limited time frame, the market timing ended up not working out for us. However, we would absolutely work with Alexis again for more home searching, and we would enthusiastically recommend her to our family and friends. read more

My partner and I were just starting our search for our first home together when I was lucky enough to meet Alexis at a meet and greet at WeWork in Santa Monica. My partner and I didn't know where to start! We were so intimidated by the process of buying our first home, but Alexis was instrumental in guiding us through the whole process. I was immediately impressed by Alexis's professionalism and knowledge of the real estate industry in Los Angeles. We worked with her from the very first step of getting pre-approved through closing (on our very first home)! We were all over the place when we first met Alexis - we wanted to look at condos, townhouses, and single-family homes from the Mar Vista to Culver to West Adams. Alexis immediately felt like a best friend who was looking out for our best interests and making sure we found a home we loved. She listened to what we were looking for, learned about us and our family so she could find the perfect match for our new home. Once we had an offer excepted, we spoke with Alexis almost daily (we were little bundles of stress the whole time). We'd start off each call totally intimidated and confused, but Alexis walked us through every detail, helped give us perspective, answered every question, and really made us feel like we had someone on our side. When you work with Alexis, you also get the rest of her team's support too - everyone at P+H was super knowledgeable and friendly and jumped in with advice when we needed them. Buying your first home is such a special part of your life, and we're so grateful to Alexis for helping us find the perfect match for our family. We'll be working with them again when it's time for us to find another home, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next home. read more

When we found out my company was relocating me to LA from Sacramento for a promotion, I had reached out to several buying agents. Alexis' engagement initially caught our attention. Prior to even being ready to seriously look for homes, she picked us up at our hotel when we came down for a weekend visit. She showed us around LA, several homes on the market that matched up to what we were looking for, and all of the areas that would be great for a new family (we have a 9 month old daughter). Fast forward a few months, she stayed completely engaged and personally toured homes we were interested in, answering all questions we had as well as constructed video tours she made for us. We finally sold on our home we purchased in Valley Village which has been almost a 6 month venture together. She always had our best interest and could not have found a better agent in LA. We will 100% be using her and only her when we are ready to sell and purchase our next home. read more

When we were planning on moving down from the Bay Area, we knew we wanted to buy since we heard that rent was crazy in West LA. We loved our realtor in the Bay Area and were not ready to compromise this time around. We interviewed a few different realtors and knew that Alexis was the one after our first meeting. She was the only person we met with who asked us what we want and expect from a realtor(versus all salesmanship)! Within 2 months of searching we found a place! Alexis smiled through all the weekend open houses when it was pouring and storming. As we found houses we liked, she would advise us on pricing, comps, and area but always let us take the final decision without being pushy. Also, we LOVED the fact that she never hesitated to just call and ask the listing agent when we found something of interest. She would get us all the insights and history of all the properties directly from the source so were armed with information as we moved through hte process. We both love data and loved her readiness to dig without cutting corners. Lastly, we learned from our last buying experience that having an agent that is known and well liked in the area is important. Everyone who knew Alexis and their extended team always had amazing things to say about all of them. This was true from other listing agents, contractors, the escrow team, etc!! We highly recommend Alexis!! You will actually enjoy the buying experience with her by your side!!! :) read more

My husband and I were moving from New York to LA, and knew absolutely nothing about LA. Feeling pretty overwhelmed at deciding on neighborhoods, types of homes, all the different websites out there, we were almost going to call it quits... enter Alexis! We were referred to Alexis by one of her prior clients who actually said she was sad when she finally bought a home because that meant she wouldn't be able to spend time with Alexis anymore, and now I know why! From our first phone call, Alexis was professional, direct, informative, patient, and asked all the right questions to truly get to know us and what we were looking for. Alexis was great at reading between the lines and highlighting elements of homes that we didn't even know to think about, based on what she knew about our family. Alexis was incredibly communicative, thorough and followed up with every request and question we had along the way. After a few intense weeks of back-to-back open houses, Alexis helped us to find our first dream home in LA. Alexis has the rare mix of being incredibly personable and hearing the softer side of the story as well as having quantitative comps and data points to help you triangulate around the right offer. She is an absolute dream, and I have NO reservations in recommending Alexis -- you won't do better! read more
