Both of them were actually involved. Paige and Emma personally ran the broker's open and the public opens, personally handled every offer, and were reachable whenever I needed them. I never once had to chase anyone for an answer. They were also honest with me when it would have been easier not to be. The market was slow this fall and they told me so instead of feeding me a number I wanted to hear. When our buyers came back after inspections with a large repair request, Paige and Emma walked me through every line of it, gave me their honest read, and told me where they thought we had room and where we didn't. They held the deal together. The attention to detail was something else. Every document came with an explanation. Nothing ever sat waiting on their end. I run a company, and I came away taking notes on how they take care of clients. If you're selling on the Westside, hire them. We felt taken care of from the first call to the day we closed.

He is clearly someone who finds meaning and purpose in his work. We felt right away that he was genuinely interested in matching us with a home where we could flourish. We had lost our home in the Palisades Fire, and having Matthew by our side meant so much. But he wasn't just compassionate and thoughtful, he also has incredible expertise with respect to Westside real estate. The house we ended up buying would have slipped under our Zillow radar without him. Finally, Matthew was an effective negotiator. He would go to bat for us even when he could easily have done less just to close the deal. House hunting can be an emotional experience. Matthew made our experience fulfilling and even fun!

Terry went over-the-top in communication and finding us exactly what we were looking for in a new home. He was always there for us, no matter how late we've called him. There were so many things that he took care of behind-the-scenes, like finding the best inspectors, negotiating contingencies, and dealing with escrow which kept us stress-free during the process. We are so happy we chose Terry as our realtor, we could not be happier with the entire experience of purchasing our home!!

My guy & I were looking at property to lease for a second home in Marina del Rey. Unfortunately,…read morethe weather was a big deterrent, it was cold and very rainy, which curbed our hunt. 1 day before returning to Texas we walked into ReMax. We were greeted by Sandra, (Sandy) Lew, who took us to the conference room & asked what we were looking for. We gave her our wish list & she immediately went to work trying to find our "dream" home. We drove to one location an hour later which had a lot of our preferences. Sandy stayed late to scan her data base even tho her mom was visiting from out of town. She sent us emails later that evening to confirm we had 2 appointments for showings the next day. Both of the showings were great. Each offering different perspectives of living in Marina del Rey. We were extremely impressed with our choices & filled out applications within hours of departing to LAX. Sandy is an absolute gem. She's personable & a very hard worker with attention to detail. It's obvious she loves her work. She's eager to please & will go the extra mile to accommodate her clients. Not like other brokers/Realtors we had contacted during our search who were less enthusiastic and actually challenging to connect with. We highly recommend Sandy Lew for your Real Estate needs in Marina del Rey & surrounding areas.

I didn't realize when I first signed on that Keybox is off-property management only (they don't personally meet with tenants or inspect the property themselves). I'm sure Melanie disclosed that initially but I overlooked it. Aside from my slight disappointment at not having an on-site manager, I was very pleased with how quickly and thoroughly Merry addressed maintenance issues, how accessible financial transactions were on their portal, and how professional they were in all our interactions. For those who don't require a manager involved in tenant face-to-face interactions, but looking for excellent, reliable service, I highly recommend Keybox.

We've worked with other agents, but Scott is truly head and shoulders above the rest, and we found our perfect home because of him. He guided us through every step of the process, taught us what to look for, and helped us with all the paperwork and procedures. At first we felt overwhelmed. The market was tough, and we couldn't find a house that met our needs within our budget. Every week Scott picked out the best options for us, and he met with us every weekend. He's smart and very attentive. He took notes on all our comments and preferences and remembered every detail. He's also completely honest, never afraid to point out problems, and always ready to fight for us. By the end, we knew we could trust him fully. During the negotiations he fought hard to get us what we asked for. He put together a detailed list of repairs, worked with the inspectors and other professionals, and followed up on several items the seller hadn't delivered. He has a great network and was able to recommend a specialist for every issue. In the end, even under pressure to close on schedule, he secured the credit we needed to add vents to the crawl space and extend the gutters. Since being introduced to vacation rentals back in 2012 I refuse to stay in hotels when traveling…read more I came across Globe Homes through a recommendation from a friend, who had stayed in one of their downtown properties for about a month for business. I was happy to hear this vacation rental company had homes to rent in Anaheim near Disney. I wanted to plan a weekend getaway with my family so I contacted Globe and spoke with a representative. I couldn't believe how affordable the prices were for a two night stay, compared to a small hotel room, for a house with a pool, game room and kitchen privileges, not to mention walking distance to the actual park. After making our arrangement with reservation's I was able to speak with the Guest Service Manager, Nicole, who answered all my questions and eased any worries I had. Since I have a little one she offered to put a portable crib (pack-n-play) in the unit and make sure there was enough towels for both the bath and the pool. The amount of follow through and updates that I received before I actually arrived was so refreshing through a customer service standpoint. Once my family arrived we had a tad bit issue with the air conditioner and cable box (mainly because I don't watch much TV at home) but as soon as I called the office they sent a guest service rep, Nick, over to help. He was able to walk me through the steps and show how to reset the cable box and wifi router if any issues happened in the future, which they did not. The AC did have trouble and needed a tech which was unable to make it during our visit. Honestly though Globe provided several floor fans and the house already had ceiling fans so the temperature was really not an issue. Not to mention we were at the Parks all day. Long story short....my family had a blast and are already planning another Disney trip with Globe Homes. I wish they had properties all over because after our amazing experience I don't want to stay with anyone else. Thank you guys for the memories!!!
