If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. The worker at the counter was rude and uninviting. I approached the counter and stated I had never been there and asked what was good. The worker said honestly depends what you like, I said what do you like and he replied, someone else other than here. So I took his advice and left. Not much to base a review on, I ordered a basic loaded baked potato, as it comes, nothing special. I also ordered a sweet tea. Although $11 is on the high side for such a meal, they have the right to be proud of their items, I guess. Service was fast. The tea and potato were perfect. read more

I've been ordering from this location for the past year and they always get my order right. Using their website makes it easy to place an order or reorder favorites. I normally get the club on white bread and the bread always tastes fresh like it's right out of the oven. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is very quick. Their unsweet tea is amazing and the cup sizes are huge. The cookies are freshly baked and amazing, as well. Pros: the sandwiches were literally the best I've ever eaten Cons: the order wasn't correct and the prices are insane. Is this Beverly Hills or Edmond, OK? For a triple-decker sandwich, a kid's grilled cheese sandwich (which fit into the palm of my hand), a small drink and a crumbling sugar cookie (that I didn't want; I wanted another kind but was too disgusted at how much this cost to go back) it came to nearly $20.00 dollars. I was flabbergasted and I will not be going back. Horrible. My wife and I see city bites all over the place, so we decided to give it a go. We both had the California Club 6" sandwiches. I had a bag of chips and a drink and my wife had a cookie. At subway that would run you around 10-12 dollars, but here it was a whopping 21 dollars and change. Which is fine, we aren't afraid of paying extra for good quality food. But we expected good quality food.. When we got our sandwiches, they were hot, which was nice. Cheese melted. Tasted good. But my god, can you put more sandwich in there?! I've really never seen a sandwich as bare as this one. And for the price you made away like bandits. Not to mention there was a long black hair in my sand which. They made another one, which was cool, but my appetite was kinda shot after that. The sandwiches are so good, but is was the service that really made this spot stand out. I had an Italian on Jalapeño Cheese bread, my wife had the tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich. Both were really good, and the cookies are excellent too. We came in on X-Mas Eve just before closing time, and they were so nice. Good food makes places good, great and friendly service makes one great. We will definitely be back next time in Edmond. read more

I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a pickle on the side, I waited 10-15 minutes til it came out (I was in the drive thru with no other cars and no one in the restaurant) Once I took a look at my sandwich, i saw it was drenched in butter (which made the bread soggy) and the presentation was awful, cheese was spilling out and the bread on top was sliding off, I also saw a little container containing pickle slices not a full, uncut pickle like I normally receive. I went inside to maybe get a new sandwich, since this one was un-eatable. When I went in the employees were helpful enough and offered to make me a new one. As I was waiting, one employee in the back was visibly and audibly annoyed at my request. The manager came out and apologized and took a look and confirmed they would remake it. After waiting a little bit and seeing the employees (not the manager- she was really kind) get progressively annoyed I was getting progressively uncomfortable, so I just asked if I could get a refund, which the manager promptly gave. This is a great place for lunch or dinner. The drive through makes it super convenient to grab lunch and head back to the office. Everything I have tried at this location has always been outstanding! I love city bites, but I just sat in the drivethru at this location for 20 minutes. 15 of that was spent sitting at the window without being greeted or told that my order was going to take a few minutes. I used to love city bites but I think the staff at this location is bringing it down. They do not care about customer service or trying that hard at making orders correctly. This is a horrible place to work. If you like working with crackheads,alcoholics,and drug addicts this is the place for you in the 9 months that I worked there I had to file 2 witness reports. The first time one of the employees took 2 Xanax pills and literally almost died the managers told me there was blood everywhere the next morning cause he had hit his head on the cookie case. The next one was when one of the managers showed up drunk and one of the owners had to come pick him up. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
