If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. The worker at the counter was rude and uninviting. I approached the counter and stated I had never been there and asked what was good. The worker said honestly depends what you like, I said what do you like and he replied, someone else other than here. So I took his advice and left. This place is not inviting and the worker needs reprimanded.

Set back from the road, you might miss it!

Not much to base a review on, I ordered a basic loaded baked potato, as it comes, nothing special. I also ordered a sweet tea. Although $11 is on the high side for such a meal, they have the right to be proud of their items, I guess. Service was fast. The tea and potato were perfect.

Very disappointed at how little was put in my sandwich. This is the California Club.

Great location with drive through window. One of the best sandwich shops (salads, baked potatoes and cookies) in town!

We ordered the chicken Philly cheesesteak and the ribeye Philly cheesesteak. The staff was friendly, and the food came out quickly after a short wait. Unfortunately, we weren't very impressed. The Italian bread was a letdown. I think it would have been much better toasted, as it lacked texture and structure. Overall, nothing about the sandwich really stood out. I've definitely had better Philly cheesesteaks elsewhere. I also wish the ribeye hadn't been chopped up so finely. The texture almost resembled ground beef rather than sliced steak, which took away from the experience. I ordered fries with the meal, and they were just average. They honestly tasted similar to standard fast-food fries -- nothing bad, but nothing memorable either. Overall, I'd describe it as an average meal. It wasn't terrible, but it didn't stand out enough to make me want to return.

The meat to toppings ratio was horrible, the pasta salad was just ehh. Now for service I've never had an issue at the downtown location, but it was mainly lousy teenagers who were messing around, laughing and doing everything except make my food today, while other customers clearly hadn't had their food yet. Whoever is running the store needs to step up, awful business, awful food. Do not recommend.

The entrance has had a light refresh as well. Gone is the big glass dessert display case but the additional walking space is nice. Sadly we learned that the cakes are being discontinued, RIP the wonderful carrot cake. Fortunately we snagged one of the last pieces. It's my understanding that cookies and other sweet treats will still be available. The menu is loaded with new and exciting choices. Deciding what to choose was a great problem to have. We started with the Trio Dipper with house made chips and balloon bread, which is like pita bread on steroids and just as delicious. The dip selections were terrific and we were brought more chips when ours ran low. Two of us ordered the Tuscan Chicken. They were exceptional bites. They were parmesan breaded chicken fritters stuffed with the tomatoes and cheese. It's an inventive take on a traditional recipe and a tasty home run! My husband ordered the Chicken Piccata, looking for a lower calorie option. The lemon butter wine sauce was delicious and it's a terrific option. The last guest chose the fried chicken which is an old and familiar favorite. You absolutely cannot go wrong. We ended the night sharing a piece of carrot cake and a salted caramel cookie.

Gage, our waiter was very professional and helpful. He guided us through the menu and helped us make good choices. We started with three mule cocktails. We had the Oaxacan, the Moscow and Kentucky Mules. Everyone enjoyed the cocktails. One thing that stood out to me for my Oaxacan Mule is that the Mezcal's smoky flavor really shown through and it was not overly sweet. A very clean cocktail, which I highly appreciate! We ordered the Chef's Salad Wrap with Onion Rings, French Dip with the tomato soup, and the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich with seasonal side of grits. I enjoyed the Chef's Salad Wrap but I would probably be a little more bold next time and get the Cortez or the Reuben. I craved a lighter choice and was more sinful with the over the top delicious onion rings! Wowowow! Hubby enjoyed his soup and French dip and son enjoy his Philly cheesesteak and grits. I would definitely love to revisit and try more of their items.

The bacon and cheeses seem to do the heavy flavor lifting but wasn't quite enough. The rest of the entrees were fine (cheesesteak & caprese sandwiches, the spinach salad).
