Wanted to try this spot as I have not had Jersey Mike's in Oklahoma. We ordered three sandwiches in hopes of an easy dinner as we had just got with a family event, and the sandwich tasted great at first. The flavors were on point, and everything seemed to be going well... until I took a bite and noticed something unexpected. Unfortunately, that bite came with the added surprise of a hair in the condiment, which caused me to immediately spit it out. While we do appreciate that Jersey Mike's can be a convenient choice for those looking for lighter options, this experience was certainly off-putting. Given the situation, we can't recommend this location without advising caution--if you do decide to visit, make sure to ask them to hold the hair from the additional toppings! Worst experience at a Submarine shop. I ordered 2 sandwiches, sounds easy to me. But it wasn't. To make a long story short, what I ordered I didn't get. They basically told me I never said anything about the 2nd sandwich but I was charged for it. In the end I was overcharged an extra sandwich. Mistakes happen but the way I was treated was wrong. Wow this place has really gone downhill. Talk about not paying attention to orders or deliberately not making the food correctly. I'm going to go with the later. Asked onions, pickles, vinegar and oregano... received four tiny slices of onions and oregano... nothing else. Don't waste your time with online orders, they will only give you the minimum. Not only that, but you can't just pick up your food that you ordered online - they make you wait until the customers in the line are served first. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. My office ordered 12 sandwiches from this location for lunch. We paid for it and got confirmation email/time for pickup. After letting them know what order I was picking up, the manager there began to berate me saying "I've told you guys multiple times not to do this. When you order this many sandwiches, it takes away from our bread for other customers, and it takes 3 hours to bake bread" and continued to make me feel bad for ordering 12!!! Sandwiches. I was baffled and confused considering this was my FIRST time ever walking into a Jersey Mike's. My manager called them to discuss the issue, and the Jersey Mike's manager accused us of shorting them money in a previous order. My biggest pet peeve with a franchise is inconsistency. We first visited Jersey Mike's when we heard that they did gluten free buns. My daughter is gluten sensitive. The first time we went to a Jersey Mike's in north Dallas and we are with no problems. Today we visited this location in edmond and we were not able to order a kids size because according to one of the employees, only the regular and giant sizes can be made with gluten free bread. ... "what??? It's an allergy." I didn't get a response so, I ordered a grown up size sandwich which doubled the size of my daughters sandwich and increased the price by $2. The sandwiches were good, but really I cannot stand "policies" which seem made up. The sign didn't say that there was a limitation on the sizes. All I want is consistency.. read more

While my food was decent and nothing to complain about the staff was incredibly unfriend. These are the most authentic subs you can get south of Delaware. they are sliced fresh meat and cheese right when you order. the roll is as close as you can get to an "amaroso" roll. I placed an order this afternoon online. I arrived to pickup the order and noticed the order was being prepared incorrectly. Upon receiving my order, I asked if the sandwich was prepared as requested online. The employees were very rude, and said that whoever placed the order online messed it up and not them. The receipt I received on my phone was as requested, the in store receipt showed something different. I explained the situation, and the person the sandwich was intended was lactose intolerant and could not eat cheese. They said they would remake sandwich but would charge full price for the remake. I explained that the order was placed correctly online was was called a liar. The employees at this location are completely unprofessional. I made a comment that I would not be back to this location, I was laughed at and told to have a blessed day as I left the store. This is hands down the worst Jersey Mike's location in Oklahoma. Update: I received email from the owner in regards to sending free sub coupons for my inconvenience. A month later and I never received, doesn't surprise me. Poorly managed and owned. read more
