It was my first time here. You have to order at the counter which is never my preference but it was okay they do deliver it to your table. A young woman help me get what I needed as far as silverware and all that because it's my first time here and I don't know that you're supposed to get your own. I got the brussel sprouts and organic kale salad with chicken it's very good I think I mistakenly said it had cranberries but I don't think it does what it does have is red grapes organic apples pink grapefruit and white cheddar smoked almonds and apple cider vinaigrette. It's delicious. I also had the iced tea there is a choice of three drinks I got the iced tea that was passion fruit black tea there's another one that is mango green tea. And then some other drink. I love that pretty much everything in here is healthy including the desserts. I brought my dog Romeo as he keeps me calm and he can tell if I'm going to not be calm. They kind of gave me a little bit of a hassle about him at the beginning but then they let him be with me which was good and they brought him a water bowl which he appreciated. I also gave him some of the chicken from my salad. The place has a really nice vibe there are live plants in here and the only thing I can say right now is they need to fix their air conditioners I think some of them are not working. I don't like being in a place that is hot when it's super hot outside and you want to get in to a cool place to get some relief. I'm impressed with the food and the vibe in here is very comfortable except for the aforementioned black of coolness in temperature. They do have Wi-Fi which is nice and I was going to do some work here for a little bit but it's so warm I don't know if I could concentrate it's not sweltering but it's just not that cool relief. The food is good enough and healthy enough that I would definitely come back! I have wanted to come to this place for a long time now and I'm not disappointed. My husband was craving something lighter and healthier. Fast casual dining. Order at the counter and then seat yourself. Food will be brought out to your table. Condiments, napkins and flatware are by the juices at the end of the counter. Ordered Carolina BBQ chicken, Mediterranean chicken kebab, shishito peppers, sweet potato fries, chocolate chip cashew cookies, lemonade too. $50.67. The lemonade is kind of weak and bland, but still tart. We switched to the green tea with mango, that's more refreshing. Carolina chicken wrap is good, even better with the shishito peppers and yellow habanero sauce added to it. The slaw inside the wrap is yummy. The Mediterranean bowl is just okay, small portion, it's better with the shishito peppers and the yellow habanero sauce. The meat in it should be trimmed a little better or more. I had fat and gristle pieces all over the place. I am quite sure we have had this yellow bird habanero sauce as a breakfast spot in Utah in Park City. The shishito peppers, snow peas and green onions are good. The sweet potato fries are good, crispy. Dip is a veggie dip, would have preferred a different dip with these fries. Maybe a chipotle ranch? It felt like the dip made the fries quite blah. The chocolate chip cashew cookie is pretty good, has coconut flakes in it. read more

The inside is clean and large. So you can bring a big group or just come by yourself. The menu is wonderful because each meal has the caloric content. The salads are amazing. They have some low calorie food items, so if you're trying to eat fewer calories this place has good options. You can add protein of your choice to any salad for an additional fee. The cashew cookie is so good. It's chewy, yet had some different textures because of the coconut flakes and dark chocolate inside. It's gluten free too. It doesn't taste too sweet. My salad was so good! After a couple bites the ginger starts to be a little spicy and I love that! The dressing was so fresh and flavorful. I added chicken to my salad and most of the pieces were moist. I did have one that was a little dry, but with the dressing it was great! The service was good as well. There was a little line when we arrived, but it goes by fast. The tables were clean and we got our food pretty fast! The only thing that's not the best is the price. I know it's more of an upscale place compared to similar salad places, but it's pretty expensive for a salad. read more

I absolutely loved Flower Child and was surprised to learn it was a large chain since I'm not from the area! The menu is vegetarian and very health conscious. The ladies at the register were welcoming and happy to answer all the questions I had. I ended up ordering the spaghetti bolognese that was made with zucchini noodles, veggies, ground tofu, and tomato sauce. It was both delicious and surprisingly filling. I also tried the seasonal blueberry kombucha and had a cookie to-go. The restaurant is very cute with lots of open space. My picture below will show you I ABSOLUTELY loved it. I have a very unique personality, this dish is very much like myself. First I loved the crunch of the peas, celery and onions! If you don't like crunch, please don't let that discourage you. Not sure if they can add it on the side, it's worth a try. This dish is super flavorful I squeezed the lime loved the citrus it added. What a great vibe for vegans or vegetarians. I decided on the Glow Bowl and added chicken. First bite alittle crunch with the sweet potato noodles, it was bad but not what I expected. I omitted the jalapeños and glad I did. Full disclosure on ingredients for Glow Bowl spicy sweet potato noodle, bok choy, zucchini, onion, jalapeño, shiitake mushroom, coconut milk, sunflower butter, again it has a fresh take with all the vegetables. I'm not opposed to the veggies but the crunch was throwing off my palate. I also ordered the rosé lemonade and it was delicious. Always a great experience here. I veered off-course from my beloved Turkey Kobb salad'to try the Pot Roast. Fantastic!! Its tender and super flavorful. I love this place! Incredibly tasty food that doesn't leave me feeling gross after cleaning my plate (which I manage to do every single time! ). The menu is clearly marked with nutritional and dietary info (vegan, veg, GF, etc) which I appreciate! All of the servers are smiling and courteous. They're quick to be helpful and correct any mistakes, which are rare. We love sitting on the patio! In the spring and summer it is nicely shaded and in the winter it's enclosed with heavy duty plastic with overhead heaters. It was actually quite toasty out there today but the server was nice enough to turn down the broilers before we roasted. read more

Flower Child sounds like a local health food cafe, but is actually a large chain owned by The Cheesecake Factory. They currently have 31 locations in 11 states. The menu is indeed healthy, featuring primarily fresh produce, clean protein, and plenty of vegan and gluten free options. I placed a delivery order from this location after a long day of travel, which arrived quickly and carefully packed. The Avocado Caesar was okay, but the portion was tiny. I expected an entree salad for $12, but it was more of a side salad. The avocado was ripe and the greens were fresh, but the dressing had an off putting bitter aftertaste. I also ordered a Kids Plate, in the interest of getting 3 sides. I knew the portions would be small, but 2 singular pieces of unseasoned steamed broccoli was laughable. The Gluten Free Mac N Cheese was gummy mush, and the Tofu was passable. Surprisingly, the saving grace of an otherwise underwhelming meal was the Chocolate Chip Cashew Cookie. It was one of the best cookies I've ever had, and I was shocked to read after the fact that's it is gluten free. 10/10 cookie, 3/10 meal. read more

I went with two friends who have been vegan for several years. We had a very nourishing and fulfilling meal! The avocado hummus was tasty and I liked it paired with the red pepper.
