Came in because Eyad was getting hangry. Hungry? Yes. Angry at me? No. But it would've been if we had not had come in. Eddie and I came in for the holidays and were in the area for some good eats. Cava is definitely on the pricier side compared to chipotle and their other competitors but this tastes so much better and has nicer employees! Because we came in during the holidays and after a rush, this place was a little on the messy side. Trash were full, they didn't have any more Togo bags, and the employees were running on fumes. But why so positive you ask? Because they were amazing the entire time. They took care of everyone and had that hard reset after everything happened. They worked as a team and in unison but I can tell you corporate isn't doing enough for them. The entire place needs a day off, paid. Alongside bonuses and a pay raise. Get to it cava. read more

After a short wait in line, I was greeted by an employee who explained the process and the ingredients. We choose a chicken wrap as well as a side of hummus and pita chips. The pita bread and chips are very good. I also sampled a lamb meatball, which was good but quite spicy. The restaurant was spacious and very quiet. First time I had this it wasn't so good. It was in PCB Florida. When I had it in Gainesville it blew my mind. Can't say much about inside the place.. haven't been inside except for in OKC.. which in OKC was terrible. Trash, dirty tables, messy. But the food is fire. My first time visiting this location was a huge disappointment. The employees were wearing gloves but touching their phones and utensils with them, which completely defeats the purpose of food safety. They were also out of forks at both the drink station and the to-go area, and even after I mentioned it, no one restocked them. The food quality was just as bad. The cucumbers were soggy, and the lentil pan hadn't been replaced in hours. One employee even told me, "I wouldn't get those if I were you, they haven't been replaced since I clocked in at 4 p.m." It was 9 p.m. at the time. That's a serious health code violation. The floors, both front and back of house, were filthy. I was disgusted with my meal. Couldn't even finish it. Still, I decided to give this place a second chance two months later since it's the closest location to my house. Big mistake. At 7 p.m., there were no pans of rice or lentils on the main line. They were serving from the backup line instead, which made me question how long that food had been sitting there. When I ordered, I was given one small scoop of rice and one scoop of lentils. The employee told me that's the "standard amount" because they got in trouble for food waste. Apparently, this location loses around $700 a day--about $21,000 a month--in wasted food. But honestly, maybe if they served proper portions and gave customers what they're paying for, that wouldn't be an issue. I've had much better experiences at other Cava locations, both out of state and in Oklahoma. This one doesn't compare. Between the poor hygiene, lack of fresh food, skimpy portions, and terrible customer service, I won't be back. Do not waste your time or money at this location, it's absolutely not worth it. read more

Excellent CAVA location on the outskirts of the Classen Curve plaza in Nichols Hills - features a great selection of healthy Mediterranean bowls with feta, olives, hummus, Greek salad ingredients, gyro/steak/lamb/chicken, and more. Also awesome beverages like flavored lemonades and teas. Service at the counter is fast and efficient, and the ambiance is actually rather spacious inside. Highly recommended! read more

It was our first time trying Cava. I've heard people talk about how good it is. We walked in and didn't know what to do. The first worker was very sweet and patient. Luckily it wasn't busy. Then Micah and Jay helped. They were also both friendly and kind. The food was delicious! We had the shredded lamb, like barbacoa / birria. The saffron rice was wonderful. We were able to try several of the dressings which was very helpful. We had: Saffron with lamb, hummus and corn. Pita chips, all the dressings. Other bowl was saffron with lamb, tomato and cucumber, broccoli, tahini, red pepper hummus and their spicy hummus (?). The restaurant was clean and the music was the perfect volume. You could hear it in the background BUT it wasn't overwhelming. I would definitely return. read more

They always give me the smallest amount of EVERYTHING!! i went and she poured me a scoop of chicken and she thought it was too much so she literally took some out of my bowl. the girl who has piercings on her face and lip is super rude. i asked her to extra sauce and she rolled her eyes at me and gave me a cup of sauce literally overfilled it and handed it to me all aggressively. she doesn't look like she enjoys her job or enjoys being at work because she has such a ugly attitude. this CAVA location needs to do better. and everytime i come there is no silverware left and i have to ask them to restock. read more

No lettuce sub rice and then got a bunch of toppings on both. The food is different than other options in the area. So this is a great place to try if you want to curb away from your norm it's a good but safe choose. Flavor and quality wise it is fine. At the core of it Cava is typical fast casual aka cafeteria or buffet food. It's a safe choice. You're unlikely to be wowed or disgusted by the food. It is likeable food, not amazing not terrible just likeable. Service- was good accounting for the obstacles of noise and staff being pulled in multiple directions to handle multiple duties at once. They did well. Ambiance- very functional and clean. 100% they had tables with chairs. They had plenty of both. read more

I love Cava, but this location is terrible. Something is always broken like the ice machine or one of the juice/teas. They are always out of some type of utensils, cup lids or bags for Togo orders. Lines are long most of the time because there aren't a lot of line person. The last couple times I've gone, I've gotten a Togo order through the app and each time I show up PAST the time for pick up and it hasn't been completed. Also, the floors are disgusting and there's left over food on the isles and they clearly don't wipe down the food service area. You can see left over wrappers, napkins, overflow trash cans and food everywhere. It has gone down a lot in the last year or so. read more

Rachel, Robin, and Parker were so fantastic! My mom left her purse and phone in the booth. It was after closing, and we called and, without hesitation, they all stayed after to wait for us to come back and pick it up. They were so kind the entire time. Our food tasted so good too. The food at Cava is always spot on!! The garlic sauce is yummy and the chicken is always so tender and seasoned well. I love all the veggies!! I ordered to go and the food was ready on time. This location is pretty busy, so even at 11:30 there was a line. A little noisy inside with a Chipotle like vibe. Two complaints -- my order was wrong, got lettuce instead of the basmati rice like I asked for. Also although the lamb meatballs are delish, for a half chicken half meatball order, I only got two small meatballs!! For an extra couple dollars, I was disappointed because they were so good but maybe not worth the cost!! read more

I have never tried CAVA & since I was home visiting I picked up lunch for my family. I ordered the Greek Chicken, Harissa Avocado & Tahini Cesar. (Not pictures are the salads). This place is so freaking good! I get the green and grains bowl and just start adding away! I love the tzatziki dip, the hummus, roasted red pepper hummus, and feta. I love to add the pickled onions they're so crunchy and delicious, cucumbers, olives, feta cheese, pita strips, and corn. Garlic dressing, yogurt dill, and lemon herb tahini are my go to dressings. You absolutely have to add pita crisps. They are crunchy and soft to chew with amazing flavor. My meats were lamb and harissa chicken. I didn't care for the lamb it was kind of chewy and the chicken was somewhat spicy. This added about an extra $5 to the total. So now I just order grilled chicken and then it's no extra cost for that meat. Prepare to drop a good $20 if you come here and want pita crisps and a delicious lemonade, I recommend original. Service was amazing, the lady in line was the best! read more

When you walk in, you're always greeted with a smile and each of the servers down the line(ours were Robin, Des, and Jack) are working to make your meal the best for you. There a pre-made options that are delicious, but (like chipotle) you work down the line and can make any changes you like - or you can build your own from the get go.
