First time I had this it wasn't so good. It was in PCB Florida. When I had it in Gainesville it blew my mind. Can't say much about inside the place.. haven't been inside except for in OKC.. which in OKC was terrible. Trash, dirty tables, messy. But the food is fire. Healthy and helps me to stay on track.

My first time visiting this location was a huge disappointment. The employees were wearing gloves but touching their phones and utensils with them, which completely defeats the purpose of food safety. They were also out of forks at both the drink station and the to-go area, and even after I mentioned it, no one restocked them. The food quality was just as bad. The cucumbers were soggy, and the lentil pan hadn't been replaced in hours. One employee even told me, "I wouldn't get those if I were you, they haven't been replaced since I clocked in at 4 p.m." It was 9 p.m. at the time. That's a serious health code violation. The floors, both front and back of house, were filthy. I was disgusted with my meal. Couldn't even finish it. Still, I decided to give this place a second chance two months later since it's the closest location to my house. Big mistake. At 7 p.m., there were no pans of rice or lentils on the main line. They were serving from the backup line instead, which made me question how long that food had been sitting there. When I ordered, I was given one small scoop of rice and one scoop of lentils. The employee told me that's the "standard amount" because they got in trouble for food waste. Apparently, this location loses around $700 a day--about $21,000 a month--in wasted food. But honestly, maybe if they served proper portions and gave customers what they're paying for, that wouldn't be an issue. I've had much better experiences at other Cava locations, both out of state and in Oklahoma. This one doesn't compare. Between the poor hygiene, lack of fresh food, skimpy portions, and terrible customer service, I won't be back. Do not waste your time or money at this location, it's absolutely not worth it.

Excellent CAVA location on the outskirts of the Classen Curve plaza in Nichols Hills - features a great selection of healthy Mediterranean bowls with feta, olives, hummus, Greek salad ingredients, gyro/steak/lamb/chicken, and more. Also awesome beverages like flavored lemonades and teas. Service at the counter is fast and efficient, and the ambiance is actually rather spacious inside. Highly recommended!

It was our first time trying Cava. I've heard people talk about how good it is. We walked in and didn't know what to do. The first worker was very sweet and patient. Luckily it wasn't busy. Then Micah and Jay helped. They were also both friendly and kind. The food was delicious! We had the shredded lamb, like barbacoa / birria. The saffron rice was wonderful. We were able to try several of the dressings which was very helpful. We had: Saffron with lamb, hummus and corn. Pita chips, all the dressings. Other bowl was saffron with lamb, tomato and cucumber, broccoli, tahini, red pepper hummus and their spicy hummus (?). The restaurant was clean and the music was the perfect volume. You could hear it in the background BUT it wasn't overwhelming. I would definitely return.

They always give me the smallest amount of EVERYTHING!! i went and she poured me a scoop of chicken and she thought it was too much so she literally took some out of my bowl. the girl who has piercings on her face and lip is super rude. i asked her to extra sauce and she rolled her eyes at me and gave me a cup of sauce literally overfilled it and handed it to me all aggressively. she doesn't look like she enjoys her job or enjoys being at work because she has such a ugly attitude. this CAVA location needs to do better. and everytime i come there is no silverware left and i have to ask them to restock.

Food - tasty, quick, different Service - did well despite obstacles Ambiance - functional and a tad noisy I ordered the honey chicken and grilled chicken bowls. No lettuce sub rice and then got a bunch of toppings on both. The food is different than other options in the area. So this is a great place to try if you want to curb away from your norm it's a good but safe choose. Flavor and quality wise it is fine. At the core of it Cava is typical fast casual aka cafeteria or buffet food. It's a safe choice. You're unlikely to be wowed or disgusted by the food. It is likeable food, not amazing not terrible just likeable. Service- was good accounting for the obstacles of noise and staff being pulled in multiple directions to handle multiple duties at once. They did well. Ambiance- very functional and clean. 100% they had tables with chairs. They had plenty of both.

The service was poor but the food was decent. My order was prepared minutes upon my arrival which was great. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to be checked out while my food didn't have a lid on it. I asked for forks and napkins and the associate pointed in the direction of the drinks. The workers were more than willing to make sure customers of lighter pigmentation had everything they needed before me. I will not be returning to this location. read more

What!? This place is delicious! In Indiana / Chicago we have naf naf ; this place beats naf naf in freshness and flavor! Hummus, falafel, baba ghanouj (roasted eggplant) absolutely perfect; all the meats were on point per my family! The gold of the entire place is in the vinaigrettes - the flavor is outstanding, bold, and slaps you in a good way! OKC DOESN'T UNDERSTAND what they have! After 3 consecutive messed up to-go orders, I'm over it and I give up. No dressing, too much dressing poured directly onto the salad and boxed up. There was no pita bread, no silverware, and half an avocado thrown in (not even cut up). I can't even cut it up because I do not have silverware... You're paying for better ingredients but the service at Chipotle is better. I will take my business there. read more

I visited a few days ago after having an awful, and I mean awful week. This location is so welcoming. Every person there is just nice. Miss Larissa must have seen that all over me. She asked how I was doing and really paid attention to me. I felt seen after a week of feeling invisible. She offered to cover my meal which I refused, I just needed to spend my own money that day. While she was so cheerful and attending I could just feel she was experiencing something herself. I visited again Tuesday asking for her but I was informed she was off. Larissa I just want you to know that I prayed for you last weekend and have this week. You will overcome whatever it is you are dealing with. Fresh and flavorful ingredients. Friendly staff. But what I learned from this visit is finding the right combo to order since the concept is like Chipotle. I did the build my own bowl. For a Mediterranean place, there was no gyro meat. So, I chose the braised lamb. It was well-seasoned but so salty. My bowl did not have enough salad, so it was primarily toppings and sauce. The pita chips were hard and salty. The boyfriend got the Harissa Chicken Bowl. And we both have the same issue with our bowl: with all the ingredients mixed in, it became messy and not appetizing. The only thing I enjoyed was my strawberry citrus juice, which was so refreshing and not crazily sweet. If I return, I will get their Chicken Greek salad but tried to substitute for the grilled meatballs. read more

Went here for the first time on July 26, 2024. One of the worker's didn't change gloves in between checking out customers (handling cash, touching the screen, etc.) AND assembling the food. Yikes. And the food was extremely underwhelming. "Crispy falafel" was actually mushy as cat food. I don't even think it was cooked. We ate 1/2 our food and then dumped the rest into the trash can and left. read more

Excellent food as always! Sometimes they are out of certain ingredients I'm sure that a supply chain issue. Their soda fountain also sometimes lack the sweetness and taste different I'm sure something needs to be turned on. I usually opt for the bowls but even the kids meal Pita is filling and it comes with a small drink! read more

Love Cav,a love the food, but this location isn't getting it done. Ordered online to pickup. Arrived 15 minutes later than my order was supposed to be finished and waited another 20 minutes to receive my to go order. 5 other people were there waiting for their to go orders and the line to order and eat in the store was about 7 deep. Once I got home I was disappointed to see how light the Chicken + RightRice bowl was as compared to other Cava locations in the OKC metro. The food is good as always but service has got to improve to keep this place going... bummed. read more

First time trying Cava and it was so good! I did not get the lentils because i did read the reviews before I came. I got the spicy lamb meatball pita, and it was just the perfect ratio of all the fillings and flavors in my mouth. It was not too spicy at all (level spice 2.5/10) It was SO filling. I will definitely be coming back! Customer service was 10/10. The hummus and pickles just added the perfect flavor !! read more

I love the cucumber mint lime lemonade its so fresh and refreshing! I'm hooked on the half scoop lamb & half lamb meatballs over brown rice. If you get full scoop its extra extra! You can add every Topping if you want. The fried pita chips are amazing when fresh! Each bowl comes with a slice of regular pita bread. I haven't tried the half rice and greens in a bowl, but it seems to be popular. read more

My salad itself was huge, and they gave me a ridiculous amount of gyro meat! I mean a TON. They also doubled up on the pita bread, even though I'm not a carb eater, I had to go ahead and knock all that out too hahaha. They paid attention to my request for utensils, which was nice. A lot of places don't. They gave me extra of that hot sauce, plenty of Tzatziki sauce, I just wish I would have been able to ask them for extra salad dressing. It's probably enough for the normal bloke, but I like my salad like soup hahaha. I wasn't in love with the salad dressing, but it was good. I wasn't even able to eat everything I ordered. So I have a nice little snack in a couple hours! I know GrubHub gouges you, so my order was a bit expensive, but dining in, you're definitely getting your money's worth, and then some. Walked me through the whole process and even let me sample to find what I liked. The place was spotless and the food was hot and delicious.
