I did a build your own bowl which included 1 protein, 2 bases, 3 sauces, and almost unlimited small item vegetable style options. The cost was under $12. Good tasting food. My husband is Greek, so we wanted to try this place. Looked over menu and confusing so just watched the pictures as they flashed up. Garlic Chicken Bowl was the winner. This is a fast casual Mediterranean style bowl concept that can be a bit confusing and overwhelming the first time you come but don't be afraid to! The food is fresh and tasty and worth trying. Made my own bowl and I highly recommend trying the braised lamb. The bowls are BIG! I could not finish. The meal is pretty pricey for lunch though around $25 with a drink. It wasn't too busy. There was only 1 person working upfront making all the orders while 2 people were working over by the pop machines and a someone in back cooking the meats. With that being said service was kind of slow & the line was starting to build up. The food was good and flavorful. I'd for sure try it again but I don't think it quite lived up to the hype. Customer service is lacking. Austin was unfriendly and wasn't listening to us about what we wanted in our meals. He was giving very small amounts of the items wanted for our bowls, not a full spoon of anything. I asked for extra steak and said I know it's an up charge and he refused to give me the one extra scoop in my bowl. He said it's two scoops not just one. I explained I only wanted one scoop and I know it's an up charge. He still refused to give me only one scoop. He mouthed off to me when we asked for the complimentary pitas also. He kept asking what we wanted ahead of where he was getting our food and then when we moved to that section we had to tell him again what he had already asked us what we wanted, not sure what that was about. Pickles and pitas aren't a good mix, IMO, so skip the pickles or put them on the side. I'll definitely be back. Tried this out today and must say I am impressed. Med food is often hit or miss with me. But this is flavorful and delicious. Place is brand new in a newer strip. Looks like the strip is going to be loaded with eating spots soon. Service was good. Set up is similar to Qdoba. They do not have regular name brand soda. I love the steak and feta pita (with added olives). It's easy to order online. I use the drive through to pick up. Is it always perfect? What is? Sometimes it seems spicy? But it is my comfort food place and the people are nice. I can eat a whole pita and feel sickly full or share it with my husband and be satisfied. I think the pickles are a love it or hate it... The rice was barely cooked and very crunchy, I got barely any meat, the bowl wasn't even 1/2 full, and adding more meat meant an up charge. for $16 I'd like to at least have a full bowl. Well I normally have a good experience here. I arrived at the DT pickup window 8 minutes after my app told me to be there. Order wasn't ready, which was more than fine. So I thought id ask her to do me a favor which was put those yummy little pitta crisps that go on top of your bowl on the side instead of on top (yes it was on my order). She voiced the she wasn't sure what to put them in and I said oh maybe one of those little bags. So she said ok.
