CAVA - Salad Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

normally this location is on point, but unfortunately i think the busy holiday season and understaffing seem to be pushing the quality down the drain. i spent $60 today to get watery rice, wilted lettuce, and the driest chicken i have ever eaten. truly an inedible bowl, wasted money on both me and my partner's meal. both of us are still hungry, and very very disappointed in a wasted $60. go elsewhere for high quality mediterranean food, the workers here are never helpful anyway. read more

I tried this restaurant and to be honest I'm not into this type of dishes. Maybe for someone who is more into Mediterranean. I'll probably try it again someday and order different dish. But as for now I'm good! Great people and nice restaurants settings. For those who is into Mediterranean style and low carbs diet this place will fit you style! read more

Very good food and better for you than some places. This is a weekly staple! Staff usually nice and helpful.

Currently on a Cava kick! Or maybe it's an addiction I just can't kick! Whether it's a pita or a grain bowl, the harissa honey chicken is the way to go! You can build your own or order one of their creations. I also love their pita chips(crunch outside, soft inside, perfection) and I usually do the red pepper hummus with them. I just can't get enough! They also have Maine root sodas in the fountain and some delicious lemonades as well. Give it a try! read more

BE CAREFUL! They knew it was my first time but failed to mention the meats I'd chosen costs a bunch extra. It's probably a rule management has lol. Bowl was double the price. Food was good otherwise. read more

When I moved to Oklahoma I was sad to realize that it's difficult to find healthier food options in some areas. But when I heard about Cava I was so excited to try it out and it really hit the spot! I got the spicy falafel bowl and it was absolutely delicious. The falafel was crispy and flavorful without being dry and it came with a load of toppings included with lettuce and rice so it filled me right up. The hummus seems legit homemade. Thick and creamy just like it should be! With just a touch of lemon tang to it. I also tried the blueberry lavender lemonade which I would drink every day if I could! I wish it was closer to my house because I would be there all the time if that were the case. Can't wait to come back. read more

The food was fantastic; the ingredients tasted fresh. With each bite the flavors exploded onto my palate like the Mediterranean boss they know themselves to be: bold, complex, and subtly spicy. I ordered a greens + grains bowl and built my own. I loved the crunch of the pickles, the tartness of the kalamata olives, the sweet and spicy flavors of the grilled chicken, the crunch of the pita crisps, the creaminess of the garlic married with the spiciness of the skhug wrapped up into each and every last bite. Oh, my bowl was a heavenly experience. I can't wait to go back for another Mediterranean flavor party in my mouth. I just had a hard time overlooking the lacking options of their tea/juice situation which they tout as above the rest. They were out of multiple options just before prime dinner time. Also, there wasn't a chance I was going to use their silverware provided for those dining in, I just couldn't find any that appeared to be adequately clean to my (very basic) standards. I was thrilled to find plastic ware available otherwise I would have been taking my dine in order home. All and all, I'll be back as the Mediterranean food experience was top notch. CAVA has earned its spot on my regular to-go carry options in the metro. April 2022 read more

I am so happy Cava opened up near me. I was never a fan of Zoe's so, I was happy for a change. I decided to do a build your own bowl with greens + grains. I opted for the arugula and lentils. I'll admit I had no idea what I was doing, and the employees aren't necessarily helpful. I thought when ordering the greens + grains that there would be a set mixture so, I was kind of just standing there taking up time confused. Anyways, after I chose my base I was able to pick 3 dips/spreads. I chose harissa, red pepper hummus, and tzatziki. I loaded up on veggies since it was unlimited amount, and then chose the shkug? for my dressing aka green sauce. Everything was delicious, and I can't wait to come back and try a different base haha. read more

First timer - I'll be back often! After starting a new job I was invited to join my coworkers for lunch. I was not disappointed! It was refreshing to see a nice variety of options to choose from. I went with the Green & Grains bowl and then selected some of the tastiest options to me. I don't want to list them all but they were all good! I'm giving a 5 Star rating because I was very impressed! Another visit is already set for next week! I also downloaded the app and ready to collect rewards. read more

Do you know what I love more than Cava? Nothing absolutely nothing. It always hits the spot, anything related to harissa and avocado will always have my heart! I have a healthy obsession with Cava. I wish their falafels were gluten-free and they brought back regular meatballs that weren't spicy, but besides that everything is great. Their harissa is so damn good and so spicy. I love that they rotate with the seasons, so in the winter I get white sweet potato and that's my new favorite. I love a bowl with salad and grains. read more

CAVA - Kids pita $6.95 - Salad Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Woah, welcome to flavor city, population: me! CAVA is a like a Chipotle with different food. This was a dine-in experience for me and my bride. They have all kinds of food and it's fun because you get to see words that you've never seen before. Don't get me wrong, they have words you know like onion, spicy, and chicken but they also have words like harissa, skhug, and slaw. Don't be intimidated by the words or the process. The line will be long so you'll have lots of time to google what stuff is before you tell the very kind and very young staff what you want. I got a salad and it was amazing to make a healthy meal for 1,300 calories. I feel so strong!! The booths are all wood but my bottom did okay since we weren't there for too long. Great experience, better than Zoe's, no coke products. read more

I'm so glad this place came to Oklahoma City! We need more places with build your own salads other than cool greens. CAVA is fresh and flavorful! I did hear before we went that it can be very busy and we weren't wrong when we showed up we actually placed the order on the website to go. Took about 25 minutes to get our food so keep that in mind if you're coming during a popular time. The food is so fresh and great. It's so nice having another salad or bowl healthy option. Their app also offers $8 for every $88 you spend which is you're like me it hasn't even been a month since I've discovered this place and already have a reward. Best Mediterranean food I have ever had!!! Omg their bowls are fantatic. I am in love with their greek salad dressing (and this is coming from someone who doesn't love greek salads topically). So fresh and tasty! Will be back for sure! read more

Looooove love CAVA! I've been to once in LA and remember absolutely loving it. It's fast, easy, and more importantly- delicious. I haven't had a bowl from Cava that I didn't love. They always have the freshest ingredients, and they're always flavorful. We got a grain and greens bowl! If you're new to Cava, they have an alternative to rice called Right Rice and it's made of lentils and vegetables. It tastes great and it's a great carb alternative! I love their saffron rice too so that's another grain I get. Protein wise - their meatballs and the chicken is a must. I have yet to try their braised lamb but I'm sure it's great! I love the red pepper hummus, harissa, and tzatziki too! Lots of great dressings to complete your dish with too, but my favorite is the garlic dressing and the tahini Caesar. I absolutely love the food here, and will 100% be back! read more

Tried Cava for the first time today and I was really impressed. The food was fresh and and the bowls are loaded! They do not skimp on the toppings. I came w some friends around noon, and it was very busy. Since it's new, they were kind of slow... but they are super friendly. I got the green and grains bowl w the harrissa honey chicken and everything on it. I also had two dressings on the side and did not have to use it at al bc the food was so flavorful and tasty. Such a shock bc I am a sauce gal! They also have a few good drinks that I didn't try but my friend got it and it looked pretty refreshing. Overall the place was super clean, and the food was fresh. I enjoyed it so much, I can't wait to go back to try something different. read more

Okay, BOMB! First time trying and wow I am impressed with the amount of flavors there are in these food items. I did a "build your own" and just wing'd it. The protein I chose was the spicy lamb meatballs & Harissa honey chicken & I will forever get those two together now. The portions were fair.. could maybe add a bit more for the "up charge" price but I did finish my bowl and feel pretty full. The cucumber mint drink is a MUST. Will be coming here often. read more

I'll be honest...not that I'm not always but I was less than excited when my client suggested we go here for lunch. Previously it had been some kinda super healthy restaurant (Maybe Zoe's Kitchen). And we all know that good is most enjoyable when the four major food groups are included...sugar, salt, fat and alcohol. We got there and I looked at the menu and it confirmed my worst fears...weird standard menu items and a "make your own" option that quite frankly is a challenge when you don't know half the flavors. I had a spicy lamb meatball wrap served in a naan like flare bread. A holy sweet mother! Fantastic...there was some kinda chopped pickle and it was to die for. Wonderful combination of flavors. Definitely will be back and explore the menu. read more

My adult son ordered the Spicy Lamb Meatball Wrap. He liked it, except it had too much green sauce for him. I ordered the Grain Bowl choosing my own toppings. I loved it!! There was plenty of food! I will definitely go back at least weekly. We ordered online to pick up for lunch. It was ready as expected and the order was correct. The service was friendly at pickup. It was easy to get in and out of the store and parking lot. read more

I had heard great things about Cava from friends before, so I went with high standards, but wow, I was still impressed. I got a mixed greens and rice bowl with pita, grilled chicken, lots of sides, and the yogurt dill sauce. I loved the eggplant side/sauce. It was so smokey and reminded me of baba ganoush. The hummus was only okay, but the rest of the sauces were great! I loved all the toppings you can choose from, and the chicken was flavorful! The pita was nice and soft. Honestly this felt like a healthy, affordable option ($11 for a bowl), and I still have leftovers for lunch tomorrow! I would honestly get this over a chipotle burrito bowl anytime. read more

I actually really enjoy the food at this location, but I was having some issues with the overall service. Can't get better than this! I love their food. Everytime I've been, I would say I'm pleasantly pleased with my meal. It's like a mediterranean version of chipotle/qdoba style. I usually do a green + grain bowl and build my own (which includes basically everything). The protein of choice is usually chicken. My sauces I get are lemon tahini dressing and crazy feta, hummus, and tzaiziki. Bowl is a great size and always prepared and packaged well. Love how you get a side of pita to eat with your bowl. I've taken my kiddos here and got them the kids platter. It's a good sized kids meal. I believe it comes with a protein, side, pita, and drink. My kiddos shared the meal w/ meatballs and pita. Definitely swing by and build your own bowl! read more

Nothing they just kept going about their business doing whatever they're doing, I stood there like a moron not one person not one customer they never even asked me what I need and what I want anything I finally just turned around and left.
