I got my nails done here less than 2 weeks ago and all my nails with out being funny fell off. Also, I went there with an specific picture and idea of what I wanted and the guy that did my nails didn't follow at all what I wanted at the beginning my nails ended up looking animal print and were supposed to be more like a pumpkin as we were on spooky season. I went to this place because I usually go to Citris on League city but they were full already, but I never before had all my nails done and week later most of them falling off and rn I don't even have nails and I'll be a week in Saturday, I wanna add that I work in a computer so it's not that I'm doing anything that could possibly cause them to fall that quickly.

i just wanted a simple set of acrylics, and the guy cut me on 8 of my ten fingers. i'm in excruciating pain and didn't get a discount. don't recommend

the foot board injured me because the nail tech was using it too hard and too fast they should re evaluate their product so nobody else gets hurt or infection Still sent me to the front to pay ! Are you kidding?

Very disappointed. I've been coming her for months now, at least 5 times. Always thought they were a little pricey, but I enjoyed it usually. Not this time. Everything was rushed, I got a full set and the tech practically burned me multiple times. Pedicure was rushed, hardly worth it. When I went to pay, I got told my full set was $55. I asked, "I don't mind spending the extra $10 I would just like to know why" the receptionist said "for the shape, it's an extra $5." I said okay, I get that but what about the other $5? She said "for the length" I said look at my nails they're not long. She said "did you get your cuticles trimmed?" I said no. "She said did you get precious nails removed?" I said no. She said "it was for length." Like, please look at my nails. Look, I know it's only $5 but it's the fact that I'm a repeat customer and can only afford to do this every 5 weeks... it's the principle for me. Have brought multiple guests in, none of us will be returning.

I had a wonderful experience here, I didn't grab nail artist's name but he did an excellent job on the ombré and shape, also very relaxing and the lady who did my eyebrows was phenomenal. The shape was awesome and she took her time.

This place has definitely gone downhill is the worst way. First off every time I try to make a appt they are never ready for you when you walk in even when I made an appt which is the whole reason for doing that is so you DONT have to wait. They made me and my mom wait FOREVER. The guy and girl who did my nails were rude and were acting like they didn't want to do their job, the lady who did my feet was squeezing my toes WAYYY TOO HARD LMAO. Horrible experience Every time I try to give them another try. NEVER AGAIN. I recommend Anthony Vince Nail spa at the mall instead.

Horrible service. I honestly wish I could give this place no stars. I booked an appointment a week in advance for my wedding mani pedi, and I requested a certain nail artist. When I arrived at my appointment, the receptionist sounded surprised that I had an appointment at all and asked me to wait. The receptionist had zero customer service skills and looked like she hated being there and that helping me was a bother. She gave me to a random nail artist and not to the one I requested. The woman starts man-handling my hands and nails and is rushing me through the service and was so rough. Buffing so hard and twisting my hands super quickly. Some time into the mani, I asked if she knew that I also booked a pedi (because she sat me down at a table not at the pedi chair). She said "oh, you want a pedicure??" I literally booked a mani/pedi A WEEK IN ADVANCE. They put me in the pedi chair and I swear the mani lady got even rougher. Her work was sloppy, fast, and just disappointing. I even told her these were my WEDDING NAILS. The pedicure lady starts doing my toes and everything is fine until she takes a sharp metal tool and starts jamming it into my left cuticle area on my big toe over and over again. I know. I can't make this up. This goes on for about 15 seconds and then she notices me in pain and flinching and proceeds to tell me that I have "extra skin there". Anyways, she ended up making me bleed enough to have to spray it with alcohol and dump a clotting powder on it. She then gave me the fastest/least amount of effort "massage"... actually I don't even think I can refer to it as a massage. She just kinda ran her hands up and down my feet super fast. I barely got to soak in the cute foot bath, and by the time she dunked me in it was room temp. I will never make the mistake of coming here again. This place has lost me as a client permanently. Please, don't spend your hard earned money here.

Very nice place and always happy to come back although a little bit pricey. I do acrylic designs here and Vince is always great and respectful. Compare to other places I usually go (midtown) this place is slightly on the higher price but is very convenient so it's okay with me once in a while to pay that extra ($150.00 last time with basic pedi eeek) Maybe a customer rewards program would be nice.

These women did amazing on my nails. It was my first time in this salon & I will definitely be coming back to them. I showed Joanna a picture and it came out just like I wanted. They both paid attention to detail which is very important to me when it comes to my nails. Pedi by Julia ($50) & acrylics by Joanna ($70). Those are average prices I pay at any other salon as well, I feel like they did WAY better than any other salon. I can't find a flaw in either my nails or toes. Thanks again ladies! Happy holidays!

My stars are for Emily who did do a very good job on my nails, which is fairly straight forward - shellac. The staff in the entry/check in were not welcoming and the facility was not doing any social distancing that I could tell. In general the facility did not appear clean and tidy and that's the main reason I will not return. Pros: Emily did a great job on my nails Cons: Not clean, towel laid down seemed dirty and dingy, chairs, trash cans, tables, everything in general just not a clean appearance at the time I visited. The color options were in a basket that was messy, disorganized, and unsanitized. It would be helpful to have the color options where you do not have to handled or at a minimum be wiped down between folks looking over all of the options. Shellac for nails $45.00

They did a wonderful job, I am so happy with how my nails turned out. Not only did they listen and correct anything I needed, they were so patient and detailed. My artist bella was so precise with her work and was very skilled with what she was doing. She took a lot time into my set. I won't be going anywhere else now, this is the best service for a salon I've been to yet. Thank you !

Well let me tell you I came in for a mani and full set I requested square toe nails as round ones usually result in a hang nail. She insisted I could not get them done that way although I have so many times in the past if I have broke a nail in the past they simply added a tip or filled it with acrylic. She continued to round them, and didn't even even my cuticle out, it is clearly lopsided. And then as I made my complaint she spoke in Vietnamese something extremely rude. Then the man walks up to do my nails and he asks me for a picture which is of stiletto nails. Again he says he won't make them so sharp so they come out almond! This place will pressure you to do whatever is easiest for them and has no respect for customers. The man doing my nails even took a call from sugar bae smh The lady's name was Tracy The man I'm unsure of

I've been coming here for a few years and my nails have never been better! in the past when I would get my nails done they would fall off before the 2 week period, but since coming here my nails have lasted longer than 3-4 weeks and they are healthy! everyone there is so sweet and welcoming and the vibe of the place gives BOUGIE which is needed when you are wanting to pamper yourself. I go to Elvis and he does an amazing job every time!! I highly suggest coming here if you're trying to find a new nail spa:) read more

They were really busy so the slow service was "acceptable" considering I didn't make an appointment. They offered me a drink for my 30 minutes wait. The nail tech was really kind and took her time to make sure i liked the nails. My only complaint would be she irritated my skin at my nail base when she was shaving them down... They were a clean place- all employees were masked up and the hand lotion to use after you wash your hands smelt sooo good! read more

Overpriced mediocre quality. The spa itself, however, is pretty on the inside. $50 dip set and I had to take my own (old) dip off with paper and acetone. That is the first I've ever heard of that. So essentially, I couldn't even enjoy my pedi because I was focused on taking my dip off. No thank you. I usually just pay extra for them to do that and I actually may have even still paid extra. The nail technician was so focused on getting to the next manicure that she didn't come back afterwards to wipe off all the dip powder and finish with cuticle oil. My $62 pedicure left something to be desired for sure. Felt like she was just gently dapping the stones on my feet and legs. My toe nail skin was also burning when she applied the polish due to her going to deep in my skin with the cuticle cutters. My experience was definitely not worth the price at all. Also, the guy at the front could be much friendlier. I would recommend maybe smiling or even saying "hello" to guests who walk in. There is something about a stale stare that does not encourage one's return. I notice that others have commented on how welcoming they may them feel so it seems their welcoming strategies are inconsistent. Looks like I'm still on the hunt for the best nail place is the Webster/League City area. read more

Every time that I've gone they've done an amazing job. I go to Bella and have only gone to her. From what I've seen other people do a great job too. It's on the pricier side but they do a really good job. The only issue I have with it is the cost of some of the services. They charge you for polish/ nail removal even with a service. And they charge you for the nail tips even if you don't get them put on. read more

Five star service. Friendly receptionist and friendly nail technician, Natasha. The inside is clean and nicely decorated. It reminds me of a hotel spa. It has a very classy vibe and amazing reclining pedi chairs with massage. There is a cute little candy bar in the center for anyone who wants some. Of course, they offer you complimentary drinks, but I had already brought my coffee. Natasha did a great job soaking my feet and giving me the shellac pedi. My nails turned out beautiful! She gave a great massage at the end too. They have my service anytime I'm in this area for sure. read more

Well usually i enjoy coming here with my friend but today i decided to come alone. This was by far the worst experience. The girl that did my pedicure was amazing but the guy that did my nails was VERY rude... i told him he was hurting me with the nail drill and he just told me to "relax my fingers" i asked him if he would be able to switch the nail tips i had on and he had a funky attitude about it... just in general the whole time he was doing my nails he was rude and i could really say more about my experience but it's not worth my time. I spend more than enough money on this place to be treated how i was treated today. read more

This salon has gone downhill. I was shown to a super dirty station, with either heel or acrylic shavings all over the floor around the chair, and the chair was dirty as well. The water had an oily film and I made the tech drain and clean the reservoir. I don't want to get a nail fungus! I had to wait forever for the techs to clean the area and it was very hit or miss. I doubt most of the girls that are straight from Vietnam are even licensed or formally trained! I am old enough to remember when nail and beauty shops were pristine! read more

Nice place, good service, reasonable prices. They have a beautiful shop with great equipment. They add many special touches to add to the experience. They offer you an adult beverage, which was delicious. They put orange slices in the foot tub. They give you a neck warmer, and of course they have that candy bar. I am very happy with my pedicure and if I'm up that way again, I will treat myself to another visit. read more

Been a customer at this salon for a few years now and this is the first time I've been disappointed. Absolutely adored the women doing my toes but when it comes to the nails I'm wildly disappointed. When I showed with the design to the artist he seemed confident, but in the end he just was careless. Would probably come back but ask for a different artist next time. read more

They get a star because the person answering the phone was great and the place is pretty. Manicures and Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing and pampering services. Hoping this girl is just having a very bad day. Jerked my leg around, squished my toes around, made me hold my leg up and move around like I was doing Pilates. She never even spoke to me much less asked if I wanted a beverage of any kind. I signed up for YELP just so I could leave a bad review. I won't be back here. I'll go back to the Citris Nails on Nasa Parkway. Just tried this one because a friend came here and it was close. read more

So I never leave a bad yelp review but this one I only gave three stars due to how my nails look. First with the pro's the customer service there was good everyone was nice and everything was clean. But my nails on the other hand is not so great I got a manicure with polish and it's only been one day and my cuticles look horrible peeling... the way the tech painted my nails looks like it a week grown out and already chipped the same night I had it done. I'm sad to say I will not be a returning customer and would not recommend. I will post photos of my nails read more

I look forward to getting my nails/toes done since I splurge only every other month. We (my daughter) and I had an appointment for over a week. I sat there with my feet in hot water which became colder as 45 minutes went by and watched my daughter get her pedicure.... I got mad and started drying off my feet (wrinkled now) and told her I was done...then the girl next to us got finished and I thought maybe it was my turn...but...no. She went to ANOTHER client saying "they had an appointment" SO DID I....45 min ago! Then another tech came over to do my pedicure and seriously rushed through it...clipped my toe with the trimmer tool and rushed the massage. It was getting close to the end of the day so naturally they rushed to get me done...it will be sometime before I return. They apologized over and over but I still feel overlooked. Normally the place/people are super attentive and nice...they said they were "short staffed"...if it gets busier after 5 when people get off work...bring in more techs. read more

First time trying this nail place on Friday, 3/17. It was a little bit of a wait even with the weather being so cold and rainy. No one was there to greet us until about 3-5mins later, very sweet lady. Very limited powder set colors so be aware. Did not mention any pricing to us until after we were done with the services. Went with my sister who received a acrylic tip full set, which charged her 70 bucks, I get the French Nail style, but charging for a round shape was pretty baffling, so please ask for pricing if you go here. The guy who did my nails was good, he tried to change my mind to get a different shape, my powder full set was $50 which is probably the most I paid and I got square shape! I usually get the square shape at any new salon, just to test them out. Overall, I give them 3 1/2, very clean, huge inside, but offered water but didn't have any, didn't ask if it was our first time, didn't mention any pricing, try to get me to pay more by trying to change my shape. Its in a nice plaza with food places and a hair salon! So you'll have plenty to do. read more

Waited for 30 minutes to have polish removed while watching the three people who walked in behind me get taken back before me. No update from staff or time estimate. With nail salons on every corner this one has nothing special about it to tolerate waiting that long and being passed up. Will not be going back. read more

I only come to Citris for my nails and toes! It's always such a great experience. The nail techs are all so talented and professional, Alex is my favorite for full sets but everyone is great! Hands down one of the best nail salons I've ever been to. The salon itself is beautiful, with a wide selection of drinks during your stay. The chairs aren't your basic massage chairs, they're very high quality. Will never go anywhere else in Houston to get my nails done!! read more

Very disappointed with the individual that fixed my chipped nail. I got acrylic, color power nails and one of my nails chipped after two days. I came in to get it fixed and this is what I got. I told the nail tech that the shape was not the same and he interrupted me by saying "I know I have to file it down". After this, he proceeded to file the same finger, on my other hand, to get it to be the same shape as the finger he was fixing!!! Will not be coming back. read more

After reading reviews, I went in knowing it was going to be a little bit more expensive than the usual place I go but I was in a bind and figured I would take the risk! I went in wanting the white ombre french tips. The person doing it tried her best but couldn't quite get it down so we settled on just regular dip french tips. They looked really good, and after finding out that I was being charged $60 was a little shocking but I like them. So I figured I just wouldn't go back because of the price, but no real complaints. Well two days later one nail broke off and I also started noticing that there were bumps one a few other nails. So I went in asking if they could fix it and after they looked at it and decided it wasn't a good job they asked me if I just wanted to redo them all! So I said yes of course, and I was thrilled that they ask that! So I chose a color instead because I was kind of having second thoughts about the french tips! I love the color and I love the shape, everything was great and of course they didn't charge me! Well 3 days later it's already cracked and I've also noticed on my thumb there is a rough patch, not sure if it smeared before it dried or something, but either way it's not that big of a deal since of course they didn't charge me but I would like to go back and get them to fix the cracked nail. For $60 I would assume that the nails would last a little bit longer than just a few days. I'm not rough on my nails and maybe it's just a coincidence, but two times in a row is a little much. Everyone was really nice and they have great customer service, but I'm just not sure that the product is worth $60. My regular nail salon charges $40 and those suckers lasted a month. Update: It's been 5 days and I have three cracked nails. No good. Bumped down the rating to 2 stars, and that's just for the costumer service. Bummer... read more

I had a fantastic experience here. People were super friendly and johnathan did a fantastic job with my nails. I would have given 5 stars but even though we had appointments my mom had to wait 45 mins to get her nails done. This was a mother daughter trip for my birthday so that kinda put a damper on things. They did give her a discount since he waited so long, this really redeemed them selves in my eyes. I will be going again soon. read more

This was my worst experience in a nail salon ever! My nail tech was incredibly rude. She spent the entire service taking personal calls and was unresponsive to everything I asked. I asked for an accent ring finger nail color,but she forgot and refused to correct it. She said I could get it next time. I got the new dip nail technique and was quoted $45 for my first set but was charged $50. She claimed I got a custom nail shape even though I just got standard square nails. My nails came out lumpy. Every time she messed up she got mad and told me to be careful even though I hadn't moved. I will never be returning. Beware of this location! read more

I had recently switched to this nail spa because it is very close to my work and they have a lot of color options. However, I went on a Friday evening around 6 PM on November 17, and the same night, the shellac on one of my nails peeled off. I went the next morning to ask them to repaint that single nail, and they sat me at a station for 15 minutes without anyone ever coming to fix the single nail, which would've only taken about three minutes of paint and curing time. Meanwhile, they repeatedly took new customers to other stations to begin their nail services (including small children). The place is nice; but remember every new place tend to look that way, I feel Like you pay for that and the supposed " free drink" i came for a filling, one nail repair eyebrows and left with an $85 bill this place is OVERPRICED for what you can get done somewhere else with the same quality. I gave it a try but won't be going again unless it's an emergency. read more

I have been to many nail salons and just can't find that one until I went here. I picked my polish and the nail tech brought me back to the chair. At that moment, I felt like a goddess!! The bowl had rose petals and oranges- it was so pretty! First, she asked which type of pedicure I would like then which scrub. They had a variety of scrubs (lavender, green tea, etc.) All I have to say is love, love this place! From the massage to the shape, the experience and atmosphere was tremendous! read more

Love this place!! My nails have looked incredible after leaving both times. I've been trying dip powder instead of acrylic and am completely converted. Christy did my Halloween nails and they are so good!! The atmosphere is also just so much nicer than any other nail salon I've been too. They they have several free drinks to choose from (try the poinsetta!), they bring you a neck warmer, and the water for your pedicure has orange slices and flowers. It's a very pampering and relaxing atmosphere. And their chairs are so comfy!! read more

I was looking for a new nail salon a couple years ago and have been highly pleased to find this one. The atmosphere and customer service are commendable from the reception to the skilled and friendly nail techs to the management. They all take the time and care for each client and also to get to know you as a regular. To be specific, Mia is very knowledgeable, gives great advice, works hard and to perfection. She takes her time and makes sure you are relaxed because we are all very busy, and she knows this time to yourselves is very important. Mia loves cosmetology, is always happy to see you, will make joyful conversation with you, and goes above and beyond in excellence. She is attentive to your needs with her top priority being your beauty and your experience. Natasha is the first tech I met and the quality, care, and comfort she provided for my first experience kept me coming back, as well as she is always a delight to meet. I could go on and on with wonderful compliments about this staff. Helen's management provides a clean and beautiful salon as well as a skilled and accommodating culture. Ishai is an excellent receptionist whether over the phone, when you walk through the door, while you're in the chair, or walking out, she always has time for you and should be recognized for it. I have been a fan of Citris Nail Spa for years. This newest location off of Bay Area Blvd. is by far the best though. It is tucked away between La Madeline and Massage Envy (can you say perfect girls day???) The aesthetics of this location make for a fun and relaxing experience. They offer a small selection of adult beverages and the cutest candy bar. The manicure tables are separated from the pedicure rooms with plenty of space, and the whole shop is somewhat quiet. While I typically make an appointment, they get you in quickly if you are a walk in as well as there are plenty of chairs. I'm beyond particular with how my nails look (mainly my refills) as I do hand modeling on the side. Not once have I ever received a complaint while on a job, and I have always walked out of here pleased with the job Citris has done. They are slightly higher than some of the other shops in this area, but worth the few extra dollars for ambiance and quality. read more

I decided to give it one more chance because before that I've always had a great experience and I'm glad I did because I found my forever nail tech.
