Called your customer service at bank. Spend 20 minutes during my lunch hour on phone with rep. Only to here can't reach billing will have to call back. Also miss how you would get a deposit in your account at end of year when using the Quincy Credit Union credit card. But that stopped once you moved them to visa. Used to love this bank . Always helpful . No longer with credit cards being moved .

Unfortunately, after that he showed nothing but rudeness and arrogance. When I pointed out a rather serious error that he had made on our mortgage application, he became argumentative. Furthermore, neither he, nor his processor sent any of the documents that we needed to complete for approval. When I reached out to him about that matter, he was once again rude and dismissive, telling me that I was wrong. While I cannot speak on other branches, I do not recommend contacting this location.

The staff is helpful and friendly and I have had no problems with just banking. The problem at North Easton is with the mortgage lending staff. I have made 3 appointments and been totally blown off twice, the final time being today to start the process . Today, Barbara neglected to even provide the courtesy of a phone call before I got there and was told she wasn't in the office but if I wanted to call... I went to another lender. I'd use this bank for anything but mortgage lending services as the staff cannot be bothered to even show up for a scheduled 1st appointment and won't give even the courtesy phone call leaving you in a lurch. 4 or so years ago I had the same experience w/ Tara who had an appointment to call and just never even bothered to do so. I don't think this bank wants loans from 1st time homebuyers .

They have plenty of Big Bank services such as international wire transfers, a notary. etc. . The staff are personable and friendly and customer service has always responded quickly the very few times issues arose. I have no big quarrels at all, but I am charging them a star for their savings interest. Last month's was less than a dollar on a six-figure balance. My mattress would pay that, and might be soon.
