You can't add your card to your apple wallet, you can scan a check into the app. It's all so outdated. My account went overdrawn while working to change things over to a new bank and they charge you for the fees...makes sense. One day I checked and they charged me 6 times at once. So I call and I tell the very rude lady on the phone that I'm taking care of it and I have already switched the bill to my new account. I'm not sure why they keep trying to take it out of this account but in the meantime could you help me stop these fees from coming out. She said no as quick and rude as possible. I've had other banks before so I know that usually there is something they can do. But I guess not Quincy credit union. They suck, their customer service sucks, the app sucks. Don't use this bank!!!

They were quick to help me set up what I needed, informative of my options, and understanding of my situation. While there I also saw compassion as another male employee filled up a dog bowl for a thirsty dog outside and compassion for parents who were worried that their child with special needs who couldn't control their volume was not in any way an issue. I would highly reccomend this bank to anyway based on principle, policy, and polite customer service. I will never bank anywhere else.

Steps away from the Quincy Ctr T station, it is very convenient for anyone using public transit to get here. There used to be a parking lot behind the bank building along with a drive through ATM. It is under renovation as part of the Quincy Ctr. expansion / renovation project - I think. But street parking behind the bank near the court house is not bad at all if finding a spot on Hancock St is a hassle. The staff at this branch is very kind and quite efficient. There are quite a few counters for the bank tellers for all the general transactions. There are also booths where personal bankers help you with more intensive needs and consultations. I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes for either the general banking tellers or any other consultations. I like this particular location because it's actually efficient and their customer service is never dull or crappy. I like that there's a staff member nearby the line to wait for a teller because he/she asks what you're there for and can help move things along whether you forgot your ATM pin, need to set up an account or have an existing appointment. Every time I've gone, the line has never been backed up excessively and that's a good sign.
