When I went to pick up the check they told me they needed 3 hours notice as they didn't do any of the paperwork yet. When I picked up the check I noticed that they only gave me 60 month loan. What a rip-off. My contractor was arriving in 3 days so I didn't want to start over with a new bank. I told my contractor NOT to recommend them anymore. They were shocked and never hear of a bank only giving 5 years when the program is for 7. Foxboro Federal said they tell people that up front but they did not. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. They also promised to get back to me on another issue / never heard back. No surprise- I have zero confidence in their staff. They seem incompetent. Go elsewhere.
