It was discouraging to hear how an elderly woman was refused assistance and told to make an appointment because they were busy. There was one other customer in the bank at the time. I would never do business with this bank . Having been in customer service myself for 30 plus years, I learned to value every customer. This wasn't the case at the Sharon branch of Bank of America. This location has a very convenient drive through ATM as well as the traditional drive through teller. Also, there is plenty of parking in the back lot. The interior is also quite charming. Service is always friendly and helpful. They have convenient Saturday morning hours, but it can get busy during this time. Overall, however, I am very satisfied customer.

If you use a Rockland Federal Credit Union ATM card to withdraw money from another financial institution, they refund the transaction fees. A couple of times I have been out and about without my wallet and needed cash ... and, because they know me by sight, they let me do a withdrawal without ID. They contacted us when suspicious activity occurred in my daughter's dormant account. It's a good thing! Someone was draining it with fake jewelry purchases. Branch Manager Marlene Girvan is awesome. She is the face of the branch and takes that role seriously. What a gem they have in her! This bank has my back and I will never bank elsewhere.
