So I ordered from cities which is 6 mins from my job that I'm working overnight at . I placed an online order everything seemed fine , it gave me an estimated 15 mins until it was ready . So I leave my job and go to pick it up , it ended up being a 45 min wait because they couldn't find my order at all . Once the mangers and I had a discussion it was ready in 10-15 mins . Great . Get back and for the prices they charge I was expecting something more . I ate the fries because I was hungry at this point but they didn't even fill the bottom layer of the box . The salad was supposed to have chicken , no chicken and hardly any salad . And the egg rolls are small as hell to say the least . 19.99 for fries and 12pc wings 9.99 for steak n cheese egg rolls 11.99 for Vegas salad w/chicken (no chicken added on ) Plus the gratuity they placed on it . Goes to show someplace should be ordered from in house . The pricing also doesn't match the amount provided . If you're looking for a party atmosphere or a slight turn-up with some mild entertainment this is a great place to try. Cities is a large venue that has a ton of space to maneuver. They have ample seating an open floor if you consider yourself a dancer. I usually go around happy hour because they have Cheap apps! Cheap drinks! Good Music! Hookah! The mixed drinks are on the sweeter side, but it's all about preference. The food is typical bar food: wings, nachos, egg rolls, fries, etc. nothing to rave about, but it's edible. I did not like the way I was checked by security at the entry. Also, in my opinion it's honestly not worth a $20 entry fee. The venue was honestly dead, although my team stay lit no matter what ( and dats fact)! The music is straight throwback, which has pros and cons. Ordered takeout from Cities. I've heard mixed reviews about their food, but I decided to give it a shot. My order was very good. I had boneless wings, fries and cheesesteak egg rolls. The boneless wings were white meat and cooked through. Well seasoned. Fries were ok I was expecting more. The egg rolls were very good. The salmon bites are popular but I didn't try those. I visited the establishment on 4/13/21 which was a Tuesday. Arrived around 845 pm. Restaurant wasn't busy probably had about 8 tables sitted in the entire establishment. I ordered my cocktail to start. It took them 35 minutes to make and bring to me. Very disappointed in their service Quality as food took about 45 minutes. Again this was a Tuesday and a very slow night. I did reach out privately to ask why the service was slow and lackluster. The manager did reach back and apologized and stated they were understaffed. So if they are still understaffed understand the service may not be up to par. I ordered fries and chicken wings for my meal. Now the food did taste great and my server was good and apologetic. I know it was not her fault. Now to the manager's credit, they did let me have a drink on.the house to make it right. This was my 1st visit so my 1st impression... I see potential but until they get staff up and training , they will leave a lot to be desired. My advice to everyone is go.during weekdays to see how you like it prior to weekend because I fear the weekend you will be waiting all day for food and drinks. But the drinks weren't the best I got a Jack and coke and just got some Jack with this little bottle filled with coke flavoring I guess. I'll give it another but wasn't to happy with a nasty drink. I ordered a chicken tender basket and my friend ordered barbecue sliders. The fries were hot and delicious. The tenders were good, nothing special. To order a 12 pc wing instead was extra charge even though the fries were untouched except for a single fry when we realized how bad it was. $50 for one wing order and two drinks. They have a huge TV and I went in for the Monday night game. Sparse crowd. I told hostess I came in to watch the game. She then asks if I want to sit at bar or a table. I see booths facing the bar I think is perfect but they were a bit small to fit our foursome. Just beyond the booths are 2 rows of High top tables. So I tell the hostess we will take a table. She then starts to lead us to the patio. They did have small 32 inch monitors out there but hardly sports bar quality. I point to the high tops and told her I'd prefer to sit here. She then leads us to the booths. At that point I just sit down. The big screen is probably like 100x100 so I'm still hopeful for this to be an enjoyable experience. I notice only MTV and a hospital drama are on the 2 screens which take up the entire bar. I ask our waitress if we could put on the game. I'm wearing a football jersey and she asks me which game. We got the margaritas which were perfect for a house margaritas and every round was consistently good. The bartender was 5 stars. The food was good but the wings could be a fried a little longer.
