The best spot to day drink on the island. The set up is perfect with various bars to grab drinks so lines never get long. They always have live music going and the food trucks are top notch. We love to get the oysters and shrimp every time because how can you not when on the island? A must stop every trip.

What a blast! We came for the afternoon and enjoyed various cocktails, beers and wine based drinks. We then went on the tour and had a great time hearing about the area, property, and history behind the drinks. They have local food trucks on site for the munches. Overall great experience and can't wait to come back!

This place is such a cute vibe in Nantucket. Live music and $5 pizzas on Friday. They have so many tap options as well as cocktails and seltzers options. They even have this great gift shop for tourists like myself with beer/wine/vodka to take home and so many great clothing as well.

Heard all the hype from locals so had to check it out. Came on a Saturday at 11 am and the place was already packed. We barely got a seat despite being one of the first people in. I wanted to do a flight to sample a lot of beers but unfortunately, they do not do flights on the weekend. I sampled three beers and they were all super average. I am happy I visited, but not sure if I'd be inclined to go again.

The lobster roll and fish and chips were amazing!!! The service was fast and the selection of beer, wine and distilled spirits was expansive. The ambiance of live music, open air and merch was just wonderful!!! Ohhhh and best part is they have a personal shuttle right from Main Street downtown!!

Cisco is the best! Best beers, best Frozen Rose/Painkiller and amazing cocktails. It's brewery, winery, distillery all in one so you are sure to find something you'll love! They also have food trucks there that make amazing food going rom Raw seafood to quesadillas and lobster rolls! Cisco is best place to go on a Saturday afternoon when visiting nantucket! Live music, games and it's also Dog friendly

This brewery is wonderful! Always a joyous vibe here and very island feel. the food trucks and live music are as wonderful as the brews. We sampled the infused vodkas and enjoyed the blueberry and vanilla made with vanilla bean the most. Whale Tail Pale Ale was one of my favs so tried! These selection of seafood, beverages, and cute clothing items felt quite endless. I loved all the entertainment too. zit felt like an adult playground and it was refreshing that kids are allowed as well. 167 seafood was wonderful. We befriended Jack who helped us pick out fresh seafood and learn about clams oysters and shrimp selections. Would definitely recommend this experience for those visiting its a must.

Make it a special point to come here when visiting Nantucket. You find yourself sipping one of their many varieties of beer, taking in the live music and sampling items from one of the visiting food trucks (dumplings are great!) -- and thinking -- this is what beach life should be (oddly not on the beach though). With a few beers in you, you might even squint and imagine Jimmy Buffet on stage. If you're so inclined, you can even bring home a large growler of the local beer to make your friends jealous. Protip: there is a helpful shuttle there from town center. Yes, people of my ilk sway there and not dance. Wish there were more dancers but head there and you'll get it. I would avoid the "cocktail" tour unless you are diehard Cisco. Tequila is surprisingly decent but Cisco, Notch or whatever you want to call them should probably stay in their lane. Let me know if you agree.

This place is overly crowded and needs to have more seating. We stopped in on a Tuesday at 1pm. I ordered a flight of beer and there was no where to sit and drink it. I can't imagine how busy it is on a weekend. The beer was good. I liked the fruity and sour flavors. $12 for 4 in the flight. Staff was friendly. Porta potties in the back.

Finally got to Cisco on an August Wednesday afternoon. CROWDED! Great vibe. Pocomo Pilsner was great. Pineapple vanilla vodka cocktail yucky. Stick with their nice beers. Fantastic food trucks. We ordered tuna poke and halibut taco from Millie's. Both amazing. We biked in. What an institution of Nantucket! Family and dog friendly. But too much merch! But hey, they are raking it in!

They have a free shuttle that picks up at the corner of chestnut and federal on weekends. The driver is a very nice older guy. Check their website for hours. (The panel van is on chestnut itself next to the Nantucket information bureau, which also has bathrooms on the backside of it.) When you get there, they card you and wristband you. The taproom is two lefts after getting through the entrance. Lots of lagers and ipas, which makes sense since they're probably most busy in the summer. The left 8 are their classics, and the right 8 are seasonal/experimental. I flighted all 16 over the course of 4 flightboards. It's about $4/taster, which is NYC taproom prices. Beer was just okay, but if you're here with a ton of friends and there for some live music, who cares I suppose. Their classic beers are easy to find around the island, so coming here to get some isn't a must IMHO. They have 3-4 food trucks that have various food. I tried some veggie dumplings, but was unfortunately underwhelmed and decided to save my stomach for dinner. Shaker-style Pint glasses are $12 and stickers are $3 from the gift shop. Kinda steep, but its Nantucket and they know their typical audience wont blink. Overall, the ambiance is fine, BYOFriends, and know that the beer doesn't hold a candle to the NYC scene.

We stopped here while biking around Nantucket. This place is a must for a stop for lunch or drinks. They have music and good vibes. The food is food truck style and I will add it's overpriced compared to other food we ate on the island, but it's definitely worth it! I got a Nantucket bay scallop and my friend got a hummus bowl. Both items were delicious! They have lots of bike racks and clean bathrooms.

This place is awesome. I love how drink wise there is something for everyone, beer mixed drinks frozen drinks they have it all! The food selection is awesome, they have the raw bar, pizza, Millie's and other places on rotation. It gets packed quickly and i don't love all the kids taking up space (not the breweries fault but it's not fair to the adults trying to enjoy themselves).

The samples of their own locally made wine - white and red, and wine themed cocktails are a bit pricey, but ok for what you get. I guess $32 a bottle is reasonable these days. Wine felt young, tough. We enjoyed them great deal, however. At least I applaud them for trying to make decent wine in a challenging New England climate. The staff are very knowledgeable about the products and very friendly. They do not have full service restaurant, but often have a food truck. This time, a pizza food truck was there. We will definitely come back here again. Added to our list of favorite local vineyard.

Wine in hand, we picked up just about every item in the gift shop and dreamt of a checked bag to stow it all away in. We meandered out to the tent and cozied around a fire pit to savor our glasses of wine. Back to my dreams of a checked bag: If I'd brought one, it'd be full of bottles of that exact cranberry wine and just enough bubble wrap to ensure safe transport. Our view was faintly lit by dainty string lights cheering up the out-of-season rows of grapes running up the hillside. My mom and I decided this would be a stunning wedding venue and got to pretend planning. I could've sat around that fire, sipping wine and chatting with mi familia, until I was old and gray. Truro Vineyards was the actualization of my every desire for a glass of cranberry vino, and I will remember it for time and eternity!

If you can't bring home any wine, the shop has great wine accessories and vineyard merchandise that I wish I got. Luckily, we each got to keep our Truro wine glass for more sipping in the future.

Ultimately we ended up having a tasting with Mike. We ordered a charcuterie to go along with it. It seems that they typically do tastings at the bar counter, but they also have a number of tables for people to sit at. While the dining room is small, we felt comfortable based on how many people were there. The windows look over the parking lot and down to Plymouth Harbor. Now for the wines: At this winery, fruit is king. Most of their wines are fruit wines, but they do have some grape wines as well. You will have to visit to taste between their wines. Some of our favorite bottles were the Strawberry Bay, Widows Walk White, Apricot Bay, and the Colonial Red. Definitely make an effort to try all of the wines, as there a few enough, but also because they can be compared to one another (but all are truly unique!). It is worth getting the charcuterie with the tasting as some of the items pair very well with the wines. Mike also did an amazing job of curating a tasting experience that left us wanting more! He juxtaposes the wines to various other products they sell, and embellishes with the best stories!! Do take time to visit this winery when you are in Plymouth, and enjoy some wines that you will not find anywhere else!

"Walk in as strangers, leave as friends."…read more If that's not a saying that makes you want to head there now, then I don't know what is LOL! Obviously, there is more to the new renovated location of La Cantina than this saying but I will say I was pretty impressed when I saw it and knew I had to add it to my review. Let's just say it is pretty accurate. We did leave as friends since we made a few at the bar and then some. Just saying! La Cantina winery in Franklin, MA used to be a small wine bar that offered wine tasting flights and minimal food. BUT, now it is in a stunning new location (not far from their old stomping grounds). Fun Fact: It used to be a Mechanic garage. Well, wait until you see how it has turned from fixing cars to wine making and tasting. YOU HAVE GOT TO COME HERE! Parking is easy with plenty of spots. They have a lot of room at their gorgeous bar, but they also have high tops and tables for families or a large group. And, they host events here too; birthday parties, bridal showers, and anything in between, this place is it. I actually want to hold one of my milestone birthday parties here but well keep the number a secret for now. Service: Alana was our bartender and she was wonderful. Always asking us what we needed and how were doing. You don't get this upscale service any where else. And, when I wanted another sample of something she gave it to me without a fuss. Always with a smile on her face, she was the best. Wine: They have an excellent wine menu to choose from and they offer flights for about $25 pp. Flights are the best way to try multiple wines. I personally loved most of the red wines with Petit Sirah being my favorite. My husband loved their Barbera! I did sample their Sauv Blanc too which was nice but it was too cold to have a full pour. Food: Their menu is great with a ton of options from charcuterie, to tapas and some entrees. I will say some of their items can get expensive but definitely worth it. We started with a few cheeses and prosciutto. Then we ordered one of their popular pizzas called La Cantina. Everything was fresh, made in house with their beautiful pizza oven right smack in the middle of the bar. You have got to see this thing, its huge! Overall: If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We had the best time and we can't wait to go back. Franklin is not far from where we live but still a good 30 minute drive and also not far from the Wrentham outlets. We didn't have to make a reservation for a Sunday afternoon but I bet Saturdays can get pretty busy. I just loved everything about this wine bar and I know you will too! Cheers~
