I was naturally very happy discovering Spirit store couple days ago. This location is open until November 2nd only. Bummer, but understandable since people only buy this stuff 1 or 2 months out of the year tops. The employees were friendly enough, nobody asked if I needed help but I prefer it sometimes, if I need help I can ask. This location has a very impressive collection of masks. You will find plenty different costumes, make up to finish off whatever look you're going for, eyelashes etc. I really enjoyed checking out their displays, they have some super cool and creepy ones. It's worth coming in just for the displays alone. They are located right across Stan's Donuts and only street parking is available. In this area that can be a bit of a challenge.

I thought after going through the paypal process I would be brought back to Costume Cauldron's site to finalize my purchase. At that point, I would review the shipping cost and decide whether or not to purchase the costume. To my shock, it processed immediately and I did not learn of the shipping cost until looking at the receipt. The prices of the costumes were competitive, but not when they charge almost $25 to ship! I called IMMEDIATELY but no one took the call so I left a voicemail with my number. It's been over 10 days and I have yet to get a call back, for the record. I also emailed immediately and asked that the order be canceled before being processed because it was a ridiculous charge. NO one responded for days and then their only response was to tell me it had already processed so I was out of luck. Hmmm, I'm seeing a pattern. I'm thinking they have slow customer service on purpose so you cannot cancel your orders! I refused the delivery when it arrived and the tracking shows it is back in their possession as of two days ago. I still do not have a refund. Suffice it to say I will NEVER order from this company again!!

And I really wanted to get a scary Jack-o'-lantern that's 15 feet tall which I would probably put outside. Is it expensive? Yes. I mean what do you expect going into a Halloween speciality store right before Halloween? But is it worth it? Absolutely! You can't find this stuff anywhere else.
