But turning the actual lights off a half-hour before close? While someone is in the dressing room? That's bananas. I was like "Oh my gosh, did I mess up? Are you closing now?" (knowing full well they had a half hour before close) and they were like, "Yeah, come in another day around 5 and you can get properly fitted." I must have looked confused, because I literally *did* come around five, and she says "actually 4:30 at the latest." Sorry, no. If you don't want customers arriving in your store after 4:30, and you want to close down at 5:30 ... don't say you close at six. Put that up on the door. Because no other store *on earth* has that policy. There are maybe four options in the whole city for those of us with a small band size/large cup size situation -- and anything we can find is going to be expensive as hell. This place, Busted, Rigby & Peller and Nordstrom. Loved that this place was close and regularly recommended it to others who had trouble finding non-standard sizes. Never again.
