My car is 2025 and had it for only 2 months and half. The first post was on Google. Today, December 3, I still have not received any response about my car. They had promised to have it ready by November 24. However, on November 25, I made a call that lasted almost an hour, during which I was put on hold and, in the end, they hung up on me and never returned my call. I am truly disappointed by the lack of attention and seriousness given to the situation, even though the issue was caused by them. Although they provided me with a rental car, it's not my own vehicle, and the communication has been poor. Additionally, my health is not good, and I cannot believe I am being treated this way. Megan was rude, condescending and didn't even bother to tell what was wrong with my car until I asked. She just text message me and told me my car was done. I told her my car tire needed air. And I asked three separate times to make sure it was done and she reassured me that it was. I get in my car and the indicator light was still on. I spoke to the manger Don and told him my dissatisfaction with my service. This is the second time I had to make a complaint. I am not sure if my car was truly looked at since I was reassured three times that air was placed in my tires and it was not. I will probably go to another place at this point.

Understood the new lining would retain the functionality of the jacket, ie inside pockets on each side. Cost was $250. Owners put the new lining in and covered the inside pockets. When I picked the jacket up I asked about the inside pockets as I was positive they were there when I dropped the jacket off. (Jacket belongs to my brother). When I delivered the jacket to my brother he asked about the inside pockets. To my surprise I realized that the inside pockets were no longer accessible and covered by the lining. I called the owner to ask about the situation and he said they could not install the new lining and retain the functionality of the pockets. I would have appreciated a phone call prior to completing the job, taken my money back and found another leather repair place that could handle the job correctly. She was very nice and asked the gentleman behind the scenes who handles the rings my questions. He then came out to the front desk and examined my ring and finger to ensure the proper fit and fix.
