Then I found my pistachios and checked out at the front register to another smiling cashier. After reading such awful reviews on this Walgreen's I felt I had to come on here to rub out the negativity. The staff here work hard for their paychecks and to keep the customers happy. Just prepare and call your prescriptions in the day before so you do not have to wait to pick up your prescriptions. Or drop off your prescription in the morning and pick it up with the notification on their website in the evening or the next day. No stress needed!

I have been a long term customer at this walgreens and had very few complaints, if any. There is one particularly amazing pharmacist whose name I don't know but has what sounds like an African accent. He is great as is Amanda, though I'm not sure if she is still at this location. However, I have experienced what I can only describe as retaliatory behavior from Wynter which I believe is a result of sending a formal complaint to walgreens corporate. She lied to me and to my partner about not being able to fill a medication. She has the right to refuse to fill any rx but instead of being honest she objectively lied about it. Subsequently, she now causes issues whenever I try to refill a medication and she's working. Unless it's an astronomical coincidence that whenever she is working when I try to fill it some new issue has arisen. I will be using a different walgreens very soon. Also, I hate to say it but the Walgreens on Torrence and Ridge is VERY BAD. Avoid it at all costs.

Pharmacist at other CVS told me that it was not too soon since she looked up prescription. This certain pharmacist is always confusing my prescriptions with my sister! This is not the first time nor second! One day something is going happen and it will be their fault. I have been using this pharmacy in Highland Ridge Road one for years. Now they have been gotten these losers who don't care. Especially when I told pharmacist that I have no needles to take my insulin. She said I can buy some and I said why should I buy when I have insurance to cover needles. Pharmacist then told me well then you will have to wait until Monday.
