I met my new doctor for the first time late yesterday, but he declined to recommend a specific DME provider - he gave me a list and asked me to pick one. I called all of the providers who were associated with my insurance plan, and most were less than helpful. However, when I made contact with Tammy at FairMeadows, she was great. She told me exactly what paperwork was needed, and the doctor faxed them right over. Tammy set me up for an immediate appointment at their location on Main Street in Griffith. When I got there, Joe was ready to help me with fitting a new mask, and he make sure that I had all the supplies that I needed. Less than two hours after my initial contact with FairMeadows, I left their office with all of the CPAP supplies that I needed. They saved my business trip. Thank you!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My grandfather is handicapped and struggled with walking so he was…read moreunable to walk up stairs due to his condition anyway. When we got to the place there is no sign besides a boutique sign that says "Medical services in back." When we parked there the door we were originally greeted with stated on the door, "Not a customer entrance. Please use Wentworth entrance." We didn't think anything of it since you would expect a store for handicap customers would have a handicap accesible entrance. We turned the corner to only see stairs. We came inside and my mom said we were there to pick up the order. In a snotty, judgemental tone she said, "Oh he's not with you?" The audacity of this woman. We mentioned how we had not and it's good we didn't because there was no wheelchair access which he needed. She claimed we could have used the entrance in the back which is again the exact same entrance that said it was not a customer entrance so how were we supposed to know if there wasn't q sign letting us know it could be used by handicap customers. She made a comment hoping the shoes fit him even though she was the one who measured them which made us feel uneasy since someone who apparently does this type of thing is unsure of the fit even though she measured everything. Luckily they did fit which is q relief and only good thing bc there was a no refund policy for any reason.

Very unpleasant staff. Rude. I had my prescription originally sent to this pharmacy and they call…read moreme to tell me it is gonna be ready the next day. I show up the next day and it's not ready. They then tell me it's gonna be maybe 4 days. I could not wait that long for the medication so I had it transferred to meijer. They then call me a week later repeatedly to tell me that it's ready for pickup. I work Monday thru Friday from 8 to 5p I don't have time during the week to pick it up and since they are closed on weekends that also makes it more inconvenient. I go in on my day off to try to get my medication but they tell me I can't get it since it is at meijer pharmacy and they blamed me since I didn't decide to fill it with them even though there was a delay. I would avoid this pharmacy all together.
