I've had an extremely frustrating experience with this Walgreens pharmacy. Over the past six…read moremonths, there has been only one time when my prescription was actually in stock when it was supposed to be. Every other month, I've had to constantly call to check on the status, ask where my medication is, and try to get a straight answer on when it will be available. On multiple occasions, I've been told it wasn't ready, only to call again later and suddenly be told that it is ready. I shouldn't have to chase down my prescription or repeatedly call just to get basic information. On top of that, the staff is often rude and dismissive, which makes an already stressful situation even worse. I also find it concerning that when my doctor recently attempted to prescribe multiple months at once, I was told by a Walgreens associate that they "can't do that" due to some kind of agreement with Zepbound and that they can only dispense one month at a time. That was never explained clearly and felt more like an excuse than a legitimate patient-focused policy. Overall, Walgreens does not make it easy to get prescriptions, communicate clearly, or feel supported as a customer. This has been the worst pharmacy experience I've had, and I will be looking elsewhere due to the lack of reliability and customer service.

They never reached out to the provider like they said they would so I had the provider call them which essentially means I did their job for them and then waited two hours only for Jamie to scream at me saying they "needed to take their lunch break and it would be another hour" before she could get around to filling the prescriptions that were much needed. It was obvious she really truly didn't care. It's obvious from all the Yelp reviews that this location operates poorly and could use a refresher in customer care. The pharmacy said it was too soon it was due on the 27th so they didn't do anything with it. When I spoke to the pharmacy about this they just simply said, The Dr sent it in too soon. They did not give a reason as to why it was not filled. They just said we'll fill it now. There is a complete lack of concern.
