I go back to the pharmacy - and the order all of a sudden exists and will take 30 mins. 3 months later my daughter goes to the dr at 9am they send another prescription to Walgreens. I run errands and at 2:30 I go to pick up and the order isn't ready. I'm new to the area but not walgreens pharmacy so being this unorganized is unusual for me. They then tell me it's gonna be maybe 4 days. I could not wait that long for the medication so I had it transferred to meijer. They then call me a week later repeatedly to tell me that it's ready for pickup. I work Monday thru Friday from 8 to 5p I don't have time during the week to pick it up and since they are closed on weekends that also makes it more inconvenient. I go in on my day off to try to get my medication but they tell me I can't get it since it is at meijer pharmacy and they blamed me since I didn't decide to fill it with them even though there was a delay. I would avoid this pharmacy all together.

I have been a long term customer at this walgreens and had very few complaints, if any. There is one particularly amazing pharmacist whose name I don't know but has what sounds like an African accent. He is great as is Amanda, though I'm not sure if she is still at this location. However, I have experienced what I can only describe as retaliatory behavior from Wynter which I believe is a result of sending a formal complaint to walgreens corporate. She lied to me and to my partner about not being able to fill a medication. She has the right to refuse to fill any rx but instead of being honest she objectively lied about it. Subsequently, she now causes issues whenever I try to refill a medication and she's working. Unless it's an astronomical coincidence that whenever she is working when I try to fill it some new issue has arisen. I will be using a different walgreens very soon. Also, I hate to say it but the Walgreens on Torrence and Ridge is VERY BAD. Avoid it at all costs.

I've…read morebeen going to walgreens my whole life to pickup my perscriptions and I never had a problem until this one. They always say "its too early" when it is 2 weeks delayed. Then they always have to transfer me to an actual pharmacist and then the pharmacist will look into it and clear the issue everytime so i can pickup my perscription but it takes like 5 extra hours which is rlly annoying.
