We hired Circus Olina for our daughter's BD party. Ronja was very communicative and helpful in arranging activities. The team came on time, set things up well, and was very good with kids. It was an outdoor event and it started raining. We moved into a pavilion, and they were improvisational and engaged with the guests, including the parents, with the activities they could try in a smaller space. We had a great time. I accidentally overpaid, and Ronja was pleasant and swiftly refunded the excess amount. We highly recommend Circus Olina!! read more

I had the pleasure to have Ronja for my daughter's 8th birthday party. It was a pirate theme but it didn't matter coz all her activities were enjoyed by the kids and adults as well. We were supposed to have her regular "workshop" for the kids but since i have over 40 kids, we decided to just have the kids come to her if they want to try spinning plates, hula-hoop, balance beam, etc. The Kids really enjoyed her activities. She was so easy to talk to and I've been in contact with her 8 months before the party! Lol! And she was very responsive,, very reasonably price,, on-time (even early) . I did not expect how top notch Circus Olina was. We booked them for my daughter's 9 year old birthday and were absolutely amazed at the things they offered. In the workshop, the kids learned many skills like juggling, spinning plates and they would have done even more if my daughter wasn't limited with movement due to a fractured ankle. The circus show was stunning. Very entertaining, professional and balancing/juggling skills that blew your mind. They performed exceptionally despite very rainy and windy weather and our ground being a bit uneven. But they made the impossible work. Very kind, caring and super fun Circus. I can highly recommend without any hesitation. My daughter also takes Miss Ronja's classes and loves them very much. Ronja Buck is wonderful and one of the most competent and refreshing teachers I know. She has a way about her to make kids feel comfortable and self-confident. Her way to create a program is very unique and a lot of fun, there is something to find for everyone. You can learn how to juggle, how to ride a one wheel bike or to walk o the magic ball, it is amazing to experience something different. If I had children I would feel very comfortable bringing them to this program, Ronja takes such good care and safety always comes first. My daughter has been doing CircusOlina for the past year. In addition to having great fun with many new friends it has also been a tremendous growth experience for her. She has learned from scratch how to juggle, spin plates, walk on balls and beds of nails as well as become an amazing unicycle rider ! This was pretty challenging for her but CircusOlina made it very comfortable for her to take this all on and succeed. A very positive and encouraging environment exists where all the kids learn how to do far more than they ever imagined - not to mention the life skills and mindset picked up on the way. Ronja and her Circus Olina staff are awesome!!! My son takes her Circus Movement class at summer school. He loves it so much and begged to take another session. They are learning spinning plates, balance beams, chinese yo yo, juggling scarves and other skills that require perseverance and focus. We run seasonal English immersion camps for kids who are visiting us from overseas, and we reached out to Ronja to help us organize a Circus Day for our students. The class we had with Circus Olina was great! Ronja lead two 90-minute sessions for a group of kids ages 6 through 12 and another one for students in their teens. Students and teachers loved they experience with Circus Olina. They had fun, tried something new and unique, and had an overall positive learning experience. My daughter has taken circus and (now) unicycle classes from Circus Olina for years. It is by far her favorite class of the myriad after school activities she has tried. Miss Ronja makes the classes fun, challenging and inspiring and my daughter can't wait for her weekly class - even after 3 years! We also had Circus Olina for my daughter's 8th birthday party. Circus Olina put on a show with magic and circus arts for the whole party (parents and kids) then spent the rest of the time in interactive play with the kids, who stayed totally engaged the entire time. I highly recommend them for a stress-free, fun-to-be-had-by-all kind of party. Finally, as a parent, I really appreciate Miss Ronja's background in child development. She understands the importance of developing fine and gross motor skills and works all these critical developmental skills into her curriculum in a fun and effective way. Ronja and her balloon-twisting assistant, Sage, were a fantastic addition to my son's 10th birthday party this month. We had 12 kids ranging from 9 to 13 years old, boys and girls, some athletic and others more shy and intellectual. What made Circus Olina so great was that it leveled the playing field: no one had ever tried juggling or spinning plates, balancing on a beam or walking on a ball, so the kids were all equal in terms of experience and challenge. And Sage's balloon skills were impressive! One kid asked for a compound bow with arrow, which she produced without much trouble. Highly recommend this activity for other parents who want to keep kids active and entertained, and/or want to expose them to new skills that emphasize concentration, balance, and teamwork. read more
