I called ahead to ask about any discounts for locals or birthdays, and they told me they do offer a local discount with valid ID -- nice little bonus! They also said they had availability that day, so I figured, why not? The whole experience was super satisfying. Ever feel like breaking something at work but don't want to get fired? Break n Anger is the place to let that urge out safely and legally. Here's how it works: You get to choose 2 items from the top shelf and 5 items each from shelves 2, 3, and 4 -- so about 17 items total to smash. After signing the waivers, you suit up in a jumpsuit, gloves, and a helmet. They offer earplugs too, but I skipped those -- the sound of breaking stuff is half the fun. Honestly, the time flew by -- I went all in for 10 minutes and it felt like seconds. I probably should've paced myself, but I really wanted to let the rage out. No regrets though -- it was super fun, and I can totally see this being a great team-building activity. I'm definitely planning to go back and try the premium items next time!

Our kids had an absolute blast, and seeing how much fun they had made the experience just as enjoyable for us as parents. She was very friendly, informative, and just a lovely person. I absolutely love love love the experience! We started with the bunnies first because they're so freakin' cute! We got to feed them as we brought some fruits and veggies from Safeway before we came. I picked one up and we got take some pics/videos with them. There were birds next to the bunnies and they were pretty. It was very sad hearing the story about one of the birds (I forgot the name of the bird.. sorry!) as he lived off his on poop for a couple years as his person passed away. It's the one that's always screeching/screaming. Then we visited the little bb cows (calves? Is that what they're called?), and I got to feed them the feed. Then we checked out the goats and sheeps. The goats were really aggressive with wanting to get the food, and they will bump into each other. Then we visited the ducks and piggies. There were also turkeys there as well. The fruits and veggies that we got from Safeway were strawberries, lettuce, and carrots. My ultimate favorite part was that they let us bottle feed the bb cows. There were like 4-6 big bottles of milk to feed the bb cows. I tried it first, and then I let my sis try, but she only lasted holding it for like 2 minutes until she said that it was too heavy. So I ended up doing that mostly which was really awesome! I absolutely loved it as it was such an amazing experience. Hehe.. This space used to be the old Bed Bath & Beyond, and for whatever reason, they boarded up the other ways to get upstairs, which feels like a major safety hazard if there were ever an emergency. To make matters worse, customer service was really lacking. The staff lacked energy and attentiveness, giving off the clear vibe that they were just going through the motions to collect a paycheck. For the price and how brand-new this facility is, the maintenance, accessibility, and staff enthusiasm need a major step up.

Twelve boxes of pizza were ordered and delivered. Assorted individual bags of chips, fresh veggies and dips and of course birthday cake. There was restroom facilities. The only thing I missed was no WiFi except for the employees to run the boxes, computers, sound system. Fast cleanup with helpful adult guests. A nice set up with couches, chairs and picnic table set up for the moms to sit on. Remember to get your parking ticket stamped for free parking. Have fun, you can even enjoy being a spectator.

We need more places like Sports Box!…read more I first noticed Sports Box when it was in Ala Moana, near Target, and seemed like an awesome place for family or friends gatherings with its sports simulators with multiple sports and games to choose from. Well, I wasn't able to get my friends over (they're lazy), but I was able to come for a work event, and it was super fun. Sports Box is located right outside Dole Theatre where Wild Tiki Fun Zone used to be, I believe. There's ample parking and they validate! Definitely an easy and convenient location. Inside is clean, cool, and well maintained. It's a bit dark, but that's not a big issue. There are several "boxes" (simulators). Consisting of baseball, soccer, bowling, frisbee golf, hockey, footgolf, regular golf, dodgeball, and a shooting game. They provide all the equipment for every game. Even the Point Blank gun for the shooting game (yes, I had to power up the PlayStation later). You can bring own golf clubs if you like too. There's also a putting mat with multiple fun games, and the putting surface is angled, which makes it more challenging and fun than if it was just flat. Each box is charged by the hour and not per person. It's $75 per hour, up to 6 people, which is not bad at all. Party Packs are also available (up to 70 people, ranging from $225 to $425 per hour) where you can use multiple boxes, tables and chairs are provided, Karaoke available, and equipment. The only thing is they don't provide are food and drinks. Overall, I had a fun time. I enjoyed the putting and golf games. Golf had many modes, and many real life full courses that includes putting too! How awesome! The staff was helpful and informative. It's a great venue for gatherings and events. If you're coming here by yourself I would travel light so you can fit everything you need in lockers. There are about 2 private areas, one is double the size of others. It looks like the smaller area can fit about 20 adults "comfortably," but I'm also going off the assumption there's not much decorations, some space for food, and kids are all playing. If the spaces are not for a private party you can still use them too, but it's at your own risk to leave your stuff in the open. The level my son is at is lots of crawling but the new environment may have been why he mostly sat and just looked around - that and the kids running around. There was only a small area where he could comfortably roam, which I didn't mind because it makes the free admission for him worth it and I only paid $5 since I was with a group. Overall, I can see why this is a lifesaver for parents to let kids get their energy out. It literally is just the 24s of childhood, so who knows, my son may join the membership crew one day. But we do live more central, so maybe not this location.

I tried looking for a hand sanitizing station, but it was out. I ended up going to the bathroom to wash it off with soap. Despite this incident, I still like taking my kid here. I just bring hand sanitizing wipes and wash our hands as often as we can.

You could spend HOURS in this place-- especially if your kids want to perform a few plays for you in the theater exhibit. All 3 of my kids loved this place and I wish we had arrived earlier because it was closing time before we knew it. I think this would make for an especially great visit on a bad weather day and/pr when your kids want a break from the beach or pool. If your hotel room isn't ready yet it would be a good way to let kiddos burn off some energy after a long flight too. If you have young kids I would say this is a MUST VISIT. For reference my children are 7, 5, and 2.5 years old (my 4th born is an infant and doesn't even sit or crawl yet so she was too young but I did see some older babies there who seemed to be enjoying themselves in the under 3 years old and under 5 years old zones).

Painting in Kaneohe, Hawaii…read more.. Paint nights have been happening for years and this is the first time that I got a chance to experience one. Thanks to Jessica and Jules for planning this group activity and organizing us! Before Jessica moves to the mainland, there were a few things that she wanted to do together and one of them was painting. She selected this picture of a waterfall with a flowering tree and butterflies because the other pictures looked "touristy"... haha! The venue (The Beach House) was a local bar in my neighborhood. It was convenient for me since I live and work in Kaneohe. I knew where it was (next to Windward Mall) and that there was free parking...and a restroom with curtains instead of walls to designate separate stalls! Tip: Just lock the door for privacy! Don't let anyone else in with you, ladies! Our instructor, Kate, was awesome! She was so bubbly, informative, and reassuring. I have never painted before and I have always wanted to try. I was afraid of the outcome...lol! This was a super great experience! All of the supplies were provided. Kate and her assistant, Lei, set up and cleaned up for us! We had a blast - and a finished product to remind us of a happy memory. Gosh, Jessica... I'm starting to really miss you already... waaahhh! (Crying a waterfall now...) =( P.S.
