Never thought I'd be into parkour, but now im hooked! Will definitely be going back asap

Two years ago, our daughter expressed her desire to participate in an activity that wasn't team oriented. After searching through several options, we were very impressed by Coach Roland and his honest and quick responses to our many questions. Since she's started private lessons, we have watched our daughter become more comfortable in her own skin as she grows up. The repoire Coach Roland nurtures is evident...he knows when to push her but at the same time maintain a level of fun. Even after a long day at school and band practice, she always looks forward to her lessons. I've been taking private lessons with Coach Roland for about 3 years now and learned a lot. For example, I learned different fundamental skills that are needed for parkour, such as balancing which I struggle with got better at over time. Furthermore, these private lessons help me build up my self-confidence and strengthen my body. Overall, I highly recommend taking private lessons because it will help build parkour fundamentals, build confidence in oneself, and make you stronger. Roland and his team helped make my daughter's birthday party a success. The kids had an amazing time and were still talking about the obstacle course the following day at school. One of my sons (almost 10) has been practicing parkour weekly with Set in Motion for about a year. Soon he will be doing flips and other tricks, which was one of his goals. My other son (8) started a few months ago and this is the only activity he has stayed in. (He quit soccer and track because of the coaches' "mean" styles.) He was anxious the first day, but one of the coaches took the time to come chat with him after, and he said he really wanted to return! All of the coaches with Set in Motion are positive, encouraging, enthusiastic and understanding. When needed for safety, they give firm reminders in calm tones. They demonstrate and explain techniques step by step, taking time to show each individual what might help. The games encourage teamwork, and the coaches help them cheer for each other. A large group gets split into two smaller groups that then rotate activities, so every person gets a lot of practice and immediate feedback. They get an all-around workout including cardio warm-ups, moving stretches, core strength, balance, and arm & leg strength exercises in addition to the parkour skills with sturdy equipment. It's a great way to have him make new friends and learn something new while engaging in some unique physical activity. My son has been going to weekly parkour classes with Coach Roland for almost a year, and also did a week-long parkour camp. He LOVES the classes, and his respect for Coach has done wonders for his behavior and self-image. We booked Set in Motion for a 1st grade class picnic. It was SO much fun for the kids! They were all still talking about it the next day at school. The parents loved it too, because it wore out the kids :). Coach Roland and team were super great with the kids, keeping them involved and setting up super fun obstacles for the kids. They even paid attention to the siblings and helped along the little ones for a turn through the course. You could tell that they geared the class to their age group, so that they were engaged and challenged. I would definitely recommend them for a kids party or the weekly classes. Coach Roland was great with my 11 year old twins. His program helped the twins begin to trust their bodies and feel confident in the motions that were taught. Coach Roland was patient as my daughter was trying to tumble for the first time. She kept asking questions about how to tumble and Coach Roland was patient and helped her figure out how to trust herself mentally to get to the end goal. My son is a catcher and hoping that this program will help him stay light on his feet, build his core and break down those mental barriers when it come to trusting his body. My son loves to Freerun and for his birthday we gave him a private lesson from Roland. He learned a lot of him.
