The Monument ranch is a simply amazing place to stay for starters and The Trappmann Saloon is a great part of what make this place come alive at night. Buck and Burt entertained us all the night we were at the Saloon and boy was it a hoot. Not only are they a great duo that played all evening, but they even took requests. Everyone was dancing and having a great time. The beer was really cold and everyone was extremely friendly. There was a nice crowd of people, but not packed by any means. Some people who lived in town came out to enjoy the festivities, but mostly folks that were staying at the ranch. I would highly recommend you make a trip out to this really neat ole Saloon, even if you aren't staying at the ranch; it really is that cool!

Their corn tortillas become hard within minutes of being served that they are hard to chew. And on multiple occasions have paid over $5 for "homemade" tortilla chips and were served chips from a bag at the grocery store. The quality started off strong but over this past year it has gone down substantially, I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.
