I normally go to the other one on Genessee because it was closer, sometimes I will come here if I travel nearby, a few times their scanner did not work so I couldn't redeem my stuffs on the Circle K app and things got expired because it was only given 4 minutes to claim the prize, anyway I visited again and they have changed, all my items are available to claim, barcode scanner worked, and employees were on top of their job read more

This place is the worst Circle K I have ever been to. Every day they lock the doors during peak hours, saying be back in 30, 15 ect.. one instsnce i saw that the sign said "State law breaks" I understand that completely but, 3 employees should not be laughing and messing around in the store during that time. Maybe try and alternate lunch and breaks. Final thing when i do actually make it into the store and there is no one in line it takes about 5 minutes for someone to make it to the register cause they are always sitting in the back office. read more

This review is specifically for their Wash N' Run automated car wash. This location use to be a Mobil Gas Station; hence, the name Wash N' Run which is affiliated with Mobile On the Run. I took my car through the economy $7 car wash. I came in this morning to get my car wash. I paid almost $20 for it to be just water. When I asked the cashier if I could get either money back or some sore of discount for next time he just looked at me like I was annoying him and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. If you don't want to deal with people you shouldn't be working with customers. And why have a car wash that clearly is not washing cars only rinsing them with water. Beware. This gas station is not a safe one and is not taking the pandemic seriously. The old lady is very rude and didn't enforce any kind of mask wearing despite a sign saying so. She let a guy come in without a mask without telling him to wear one and didn't seem to care. If Circle K had any deceny, they would fire her. Watch out. I always come here for gas (so higher stars), and decided to do a mini wash, expecting it to be at least $3 less than that nice one down the street. It doesn't tell u price on the selection until after u fill your tank. Standard wash is $11. CAREFUL that's not a basic wash. If u go to the next page it's $9 for budget wash. If I could give a negative star, I would. Air and Water is supposedly free in California. Their machine says to insert credit card with pricing and instructions. There's no indication that it's not free and the woman who works there said "the machine preys on fools." So I guess to I am a fool because I didn't know that it is free in California. Laws change constantly here so if the machine shows pricing, it takes your card and charges you...why would I question it?! Looks like a soon to be class action lawsuit in my opinion!! Nice and clean Circle K location. Separate men and women bathrooms. Full convenience store. Car wash. Vacuum, air and water availabke also. Great place to pump gas and diesel also. 12 gas pumps, 8 of which have diesel also. So you won't have to worry about waiting to pump gas. read more

I purchased one of the car chargers for a call phone, I asked that day what the return policy was and they said 30 days. I tried to return it after 2 weeks with Reciept because it did not work. It really only worked for 3 days, but I was not near the store. The cashier said they do not have a return policy for them, it is buy as is, I asked to speak to the manager and he denied me. I just went back to the store with another cashier and now they say the return policy is 7 days. The piece is only 7 dollars but I think this is a shady way to do business. Worst customer service and gas station in Southern California. The cashier who can barely speak English or even hear kept interrupting me even after I told him to stop talking over me several times. I tried getting a car wash and paid $13 for the premium. You can only pay at the pump or inside. I paid inside and kept the receipt. Then I went and entered the code and the code only allowed me to get the standard which normally costs $11. So I went with it and it gave me the option to print out a receipt. After the wash, I went back inside and tried explaining to him that the code on the receipt printed out only allowed the standard wash and he didn't believe me even after I showed him both the new and old receipt. He kept telling me that I gave him a bogus receipt and after trying to blues clues style it for him, he kept interrupting me and kept trying to take my receipt and said that the machine near the car wash doesn't allow you to print out a receipt and I said bullshit. He then told me to write my name on the receipt and tried to put my receipt in his register and I told him not to do that and after a very heated argument, he gave me my $2 difference back. Totally not worth the hassle of this shady gas station. I even paid cash $50 to fill my tank and it stopped at $49.77 and it didn't even fill my tank all the way. I was not about to ask him to give me the difference of the $0.23 because he obviously would have told me that I was wrong. Very rude and other customers were rude too because I was holding up the line. My apologies to the people waiting behind me but not coming back here ever again. Wow!! When I happened to be in the area there and put in gas, every time I cannot get a receipt at the pump! So I asked the clerk why they do that, and she said that the owners like it that way because when people come in to get a receipt, they hope they buy stuff in the service/store area!! So they inconvenience the customer in order to make an extra buck? I will never come here again. read more

This place is a serious joke not even kidding. So I don't come here for several reasons. 1: 8 times out of 10 when you come here they are closed for the most annoying reasons. They are either on their 45 minute lunch breaks or on one of their several 20 minute breaks. I have never ever been to a gas station or a on the go where they close their doors so that the employees can take their several breaks throughout their shift. Most places have two or three people on shift for this exact reason. But I guess it makes sense, you can't afford to hire employees if your doors are always closed. 2: the gass station part of it. Closed down for several months then out of service every other day! Like seriously?! No money to be made there either I guess. 3: the backed up sewer and septic system. Seriously reeks!!!! Like are they even following health code? I wouldn't even consider buying anything from here that I would put in my mouth. Decided to come here today, the first time in months because I was running late and needed gas ASAP! Sure enough the doors were closed and locked because the old man was on his 20 minute break. The gas prices are fairly on the cheaper side. However their car wash is inadequate. For the past 3 weeks they have posted a sign stating that they only accept cash at the car wash monitor. I've been coming here for a long time. The staff has always been friendly with me and it's nearby. The only thing that's holding me back from giving it 4 stars is the occasional stench of the sewage, which must be directly under the building. Went in to get gum. Didn't have the kind I like. The cashier,Laurel was super helpful trying to find it and recommended a new product caffeine gum, and stated people really liked it. I came in with 5bucks, I bought a powerball ticket and gum. Decided to try new gum had $1.41 left. It was 2 bucks. The girl,Laurel, said keep the change.41cents and she would put in a dollar. Don't come here if you have a gift card. Find another location that takes them because most of the employees don't know how to take gift cards including the manager! Came in a couple weeks ago and got gas and the girl took my gift card no problem (she swiped it on her register). Came in last week and was just getting soda and chips and the guy (who barely speaks English) would not take my gift card. He said he was not allowed to swipe it that I had to on the PIN machine but that just said it was an invalid card. I explained to him that he had to swipe it on his machine but he said he was not allowed to. So he asked if I had any other form of payment. Why would I pay cash for something when I have a perfectly good gift card?! So I walked out. Came back in today to fill my gas tank up. Once again same guy was working. And once again he said he could not swipe my card and he was not allowed to call his manager to ask her. So I went and sat in my car for about 10 minutes (they're the only location near me that takes gift cards otherwise I would have left) till another employee got there. Luckily she knew how to do the gift cards. I will not be going back here after my gift card runs out. Very bad service with employees who don't know how to do very simple jobs. read more
