This store might be deceiving.. it looks a little crummy from the outside butt when you walk in youre welcomed with that homey 7-11 feel! the employee was so chill. we talked about the new banana slurpee flavor which she hasn't tried yet. is that weird to anyone else? anyway it's good. 4 stars. They didn't have high noons. The slushie I got was a blue raspberry and coke. I really enjoyed it, the fluorescent lighting added to the ambience which made me feel like I was in a movie. This a pretty cool 7-Eleven. I would certainly say they are a very busy store, but they keep it well staffed for the busy rush. I stopped by here to pick us some Lotto for the big drawing. I also picked up a small bag of Lay's BBQ chips. The service was very good. The girl who took my money was actually really funny. The store was well sticked and clean. This is the closest 711 to where I live, So I go here when needed even though it is filthy dirty. Today I was getting a Powerball where I fill my own blocks out and they Didn't have anything to write with and when I asked them they said no they don't have anything, when one of the attendants behind the glass has a pen on his ear, what a joke.. So I looked at him and said really what's that, oh it doesn't work he said, So I asked for everything back and took my business elsewhere. To the manager of the store or the owner are you kidding me you can't have a Box of those little pencils, you're making hand over fist in cash and you're being cheap. Well you just lost a customer. The 7-11 on Jamacha in Spring Valley 91978 is not open 24 hours as advertised. The clerk locks the doors at 2:00 am and hangs a sign on the door that says "lunch" and takes a nap in the back. read more

This 7 eleven needs to get their sh*t together... stopped to get gas and two of the pumps were not working ... when I finally got to a free pump it notified me to see attendant.... Line was wrapped all the way to the back with one clerk working. Also they have portable ac units in the way throughout the store.. I was in this store not long ago and This rude lady named Rosie or Rosa was cussing and talking about her personal life. She took scratcher tickets and was scratching them behind the counter. She did like 4 in a row. Then when a customer came up she scanned his ticket and it was a winner, she told him it didn't win and she cashed out the money after he left. She gave her *I'm guessing* boyfriend a sandwich and soda for free. I don't know. She just seems like a terrible employee. She has zero customer service skills. I come in here daily. She's never very nice, though she's normally here later in the evening. But I for sure won't be coming back and will tell everyone n my housing area to go the market up the street. No need to be treated so poorly, or have to watch someone steal so blatantly. If I were the employer, I'd definitely want to know. read more

The 7-Eleven is great. They are always busy busy busy, however they always have sufficient service at the registers to get you gone quickly.

The married couple who runs the place is absolutely awesome! She (Victoria? I know it starts with a V....) is just a big ball of sunshine, she's absolutely charming, and knows almost every one of her "regulars". I worked down the street and used to go there all the time to get Slurpees. One time when I went there I had forgotten my wallet in another purse (doh!) and she was so sweet and told me to just pay her the next day (and I did.) One night driving home there was a dog running around in traffic so I said a prayer and stopped (all the traffic was stop-and-go cuz of the dog), called the dog, grabbed it and put it in my car. Since I don't have a cell phone I stopped by 7-Eleven and they were nice enough to let me borrow their phone to call the phone number on the dog tag. (FYI: the owner lived minutes away and had been searching for the dog. He was there to claim the dog within minutes. Yay!) Best. 7-Eleven. Ever. read more

Hi I called the corporate office Sunday, August 20, 2017 I file a complaint at the 7-Eleven store in Spring Valley ZIP Code 91978 what happened was I walk in the store one of the arm customers and one of the coworkers was the English fellow who had a English accent and he works at the 7-Eleven he got really into it retell Acacian was a customer they're fighting screaming at each other the coworker was saying the F word to the customer and the customer said the F word back over something they were fighting I was waiting to pay for my items there's witnesses I had me so many complaints at the 7-Eleven store near my house I have called corporate office so many times I had some incidents where the employees were very rude to me and they were checking me out with my money the manager never called me back she never returns my phone calls I'm been total ignored The managers at the 7-Eleven store should be fired I think some of the people need to work on their people skills that's why The 7-Eleven store in Spring Valley 91978 that the ZIP Code they need to work on your people skills are very rude and a rake on my phone complaint I never get a phone call back post to receive my money back I was supposed to receive a gift card by mail and that was bunch of bull crap read more

Store is clean and always stocked but it's the second time in a week this employee who work morning shift doesn't make any coffee and when I confronted him he said he doesn't care because he is looking for another job. I have been coming to this location for years usually at 5:30 am before work but I'm considering just going to the coffee shop a few blocks away. read more

This place gets super busy in the early am with people stopping in before work and school. The workers are all very friendly. However, the filipino lady will not scan each cup for the rewards program. Somehow she is under the impression that it is one scan per visit, although the rules clearly state "buy any 6 CUPS, get the 7th free". So although I stop in to get myself and a co-worker a latte, and all the kids a hot chocolate for a total of 5 cups, she would only scan 1 cup. Having 12 people in line behind me and no time to argue I just go with it. Now when I go if she is working I'll just buy one cup of coffee. read more

Yesterday I went to this 7-11 location to try my luck getting myself two lottery tickets, what happened next was the encounter of what I believe to be the worst customer service I've ever received and a wake up call the world we live in had no respect for people. I waited in line at what I believed to be an opened register, after noticing several people being served I asked the cashier kindly am I in the wrong line, he responded rudely" yeah" and continue servicing others as if I didn't matter. I walked out,sat in my car to make sure if I said something to make this person speak to me in a disrespectful manner. Keep in my I've been going to this same location in my neighborhood for over 20years, my deceased father went here, my children who attended elementary through high school go here. I say this because this is my community and I was shocked! I went back in waited in line 1) buy my lottery ticket, didn't want to miss an opportunity to get rich... Lol 2) truly ask why this young person felt the need to treat me so rudely oppose to redirecting to the correct line. Well it got worse the cashier accused me of trying to cut the line, again I was spoken in very degrading a manner, asked to speak to management I was told if I know them I should call myself, I asked if they were having a bad day I was told no not until you came in! I was appalled and even asked would this person mother approve of him speaking to someone old enough to be his mother I was told call her and ask and rattled the address off!
