That day was T-Mobile Tuesday's, when members can get an additional 10 cents discount on each gallon of gas. I could've sworn I added the discount to my Rewards card but I hadn't. Joel patiently talked me through the process but UGH! The network connection wasn't cooperating. He was SO polite as he gave me different options to try to connect. I actually stepped outside to see if that would help and Joel was kind enough to keep me company and made pleasant conversation with me. When do you get that kind of customer service at a gas station?
