For a little while we would drive the few extra miles because they still had baked chicken while the other store's kitchen was having issues. Things are laid out a bit differently, but they have all of the same products we know and love. They also have sushi which is an added bonus. The employees are super nice, friendly, and helpful. My wife loves to buy from their bulk area. She's always using the ingredients to make us something awesome in the kitchen. Cash or debit and bag it yourself - keeps you out of debt and you can't blame anyone else for squishing your loaf of bread so, bag carefully.

This Trader Joe's is spacious. There's room for everybody to roam around without bumping into each other for the most part. There's also plenty of parking spots. I like this Trader Joe's. While this location is not one of my regular Safeway stops, I have passed it on the way to work-related functions at a nearby hotel. I went there yesterday when picking up out-of-town guests from the airport for a work meeting. We stopped by to pick up some water or other beverages, along with snacks, for three days of work meetings. I haven't needed to use the customer service team yet, though there are plenty of staff members available should I need anything. There is also plenty of parking nearby to make it easy to park, head inside to pick up items, and then take off by using a self-checkout counter or an aisle with a staff member working as a cashier. I recall visiting Safeway, and Albertsons had their annual Monopoly game way back when, and then the Flavor Adventure through the app a few years ago, too. While I haven't used the curbside pickup at this location, I know it is offered here. I do have a membership for FreshPass (which I got this past year at the 50% off promotion). There are great sales from the weekly doorbuster sales to daily promotions to Friday or weekend promotions to general sales prices. For approximately $99 per year (or the occasional $49 promotional price), you can sign up for FreshPass, which includes unlimited free delivery on orders over $30, $5 monthly credit for annual subscribers, earn 2X points on our exclusive brands, save 5% on O Organics, Open Nature, or Signature Pet Care, points don't expire, a VIP phone line, and monthly exclusive Starbucks perks. I really appreciate the $5 monthly credit and the Starbucks perks (to buy a grande-sized drink for only $2 every month). Between those two alone, you more than make back what you spend on the program. Even if you don't join the program, you can earn points for every purchase to redeem for free items, store discounts, or gas discounts, plus extra points during your birthday month. While there are certainly things that this store can do better in the future to meet customers' needs, they have already done so much to get there. For instance, when there are great promotions for a weekly doorbuster, they often still have the items in stock while other nearby stores no longer do (like $0.97 per pound chicken breast). I plan to continue visiting this store in the future when driving this direction!

I sent this email about my experience on 7/2 and the Corporate/Global Team's responses (weeks later) and treatment toward me is disappointing for such a large well known brand, especially for something they knew was an issue with their e gift cards and told none of the e gift card recipients about. This has cost me hours of my life at this point and undue stress trying to use the remaining balance for daily grocery needs. I have all of the emails as proof of the timeline and resolution from Corporate. Note: I wasn't getting any replies for weeks (the gift card phone number goes to a non functioning phone numbers well) so I filed a BBB Complaint. WFM didn't reply to that either. While they ended up "fixing the issue", there was no apologies, remorse for the unnecessary experience, treatment, or literally ignoring me for weeks using the sole method of communication (email for gift card support- went wholly unanswered). The fact they still guided me to the non functioning phone number was appalling On Jul 2, 2026, at 12:41PM Hello I just spent literally 25 minutes in a Whole Foods trying to have somebody figure out why my Whole Foods gift card in the email below, was not working and kept saying invalid pin. The gentleman on the phone literally just got off the phone with your company and they told him to have me email you all. I am extremely frustrated at the horrible and disappointing customer service where they should have just issued me a new gift card in store. I left all of my groceries there and spent way too much time in that store that was completely unnecessary. That was after three people tried to help and told me that the guy I just talked to who talked to your phone reps said he could help me. So who can fix this urgently and make it right since my experience has been absolutely atrocious and resulted in unnecessary time additional work on my end and stress that was not needed today.

I would like to make a formal complaint regarding a cashier I encountered today…read more The incident happened on October 5, 2026, at approximately 6:08 PM. The cashier was an Asian woman working at Register/Checkout Lane #3, as confirmed by the supervisor. This was actually the second time I have encountered the same cashier, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. The first time, we purchased a large number of items. After scanning our purchases, she placed the items to the side and left us to bag everything ourselves. Even after the transaction was completed, there were still many items left to bag. She had already finished the checkout and had time to stand there waiting for us, but she did not offer to help. Today, we encountered her again. We actually tried to avoid having her check us out, but she ended up being our cashier again. Once again, she did not help us bag our purchases. We stood there waiting, and she simply stood there as well. Eventually, she told us, "You can just put them in there," making it clear that she expected us to do the bagging ourselves. I would like to ask: How are your cashiers trained in customer service? Is assisting customers with bagging not part of the expected customer service at your store? What concerns me even more is her overall attitude. There was no smile, no attempt to communicate with us, and no effort to provide basic customer service. I understand that different stores may have different policies regarding bagging, but basic courtesy and customer service should still be expected from someone working directly with customers. I have now encountered this employee twice, and both times I have had the same experience. If this continues to happen every time I come to your store, I will continue to report it. In my opinion, someone who consistently shows no warmth, makes no effort to communicate with customers, and does not provide basic customer service may simply not be suited for a customer-facing position. I hope management will take this complaint seriously, review the situation, and look into how this employee is being trained and whether she is meeting your store's customer service standards.

The staff here treat people of color and queer customers differently -- plain and simple. If you're either and don't read the rest of this review -- to sum it up, give your business elsewhere. Most of the employees are rude, short, or act like customers are inconveniencing them. There are a couple decent people who actually seem to care -- Hannah is the only name I remember right now. She's always friendly, smiling, and professional, and among the handful of staff who actually make the store tolerable at times. She's the one bright spot in this entire store and a role model for how the rest of the staff (especially Linda) should behave. Linda has been the source of multiple problems, but what happened today was beyond unacceptable. My boyfriend and I went in to grab a bottle of wine -- both showed our IDs (as we've done countless times before, even with Linda), and we paid with our joint card. After the transaction went through and the receipt printed, Linda suddenly tried to snatch the wine away and started yelling at us in front of other customers because he had tapped to pay instead of me. The card is joint, both our names are on it, and we both showed valid IDs -- there was absolutely no issue except the one she decided to make up on the spot. She made a total scene, trying to stop us from leaving like we'd done something wrong. It was humiliating, and everyone around was staring. I've never experienced anything so unnecessary and blatantly discriminatory in a grocery store. If Linda wants to take her job so seriously, maybe she should move to produce and deal with the moldy fruit and rotten vegetables that sit on the shelves here instead of harassing paying customers. It's gross. I've seen moldy strawberries, carrots, and brown lettuce more than once, and judging by other reviews, I'm not the only one. This store is a joke -- rude employees, disgusting produce, and management that clearly doesn't care about basic professionalism. Safeway corporate should be embarrassed to have their name on this location. If you want a normal shopping experience where you're treated like a human being, go to Aldi down the street instead. I've shopped here for 30 years and tolerated most things purely out of convenience. Today was my breaking point. You would never guess unemployment is approaching 5% with the quality of staff this store hires to care for its customer base. Christina S., the outdoor cart attendant, is rude and argumentative. DeShawn, the manager on duty, stated she is special needs and that somehow excused her unacceptable behavior. She presented herself as very capable and also possessed a snarky vocabulary. DeShawn didn't possess the aptitude to address the complaint properly and needs basic management training. Overall, the service just keeps getting worse. The store is very dirty and outdated. The checkout lanes are rarely properly staffed. In a culture that is profit over people, I do not expect this change. So after 30 years we are breaking up, Alberston's.
