If you want to have your money stolen by this guy, he is your thief. We have worked through this company & with Arthur for a few years. Friends have used him to find and purchase leases, we have used him. (For about 3 leases each.) It was always pleasant in the past but this time around something happened. My husband set up a bmw build with Arthur, spent the time making sure it was what he was getting, gave him a 5,000.00 deposit, waited the 9 months it took to get the car in, and when the car finally came in, all the drama began. First Arthur tells him the payment is going to be more then they spoke of. About 3-400 MORE a month. That was just insane and not feasible for us. When my husband finally had to cancel this lease because he could no longer afford this payment, Arthur said he would get his deposit back to him, or try and sell the car and then he would help them both to make some money back on it. Well, we waited, and waited and weeks went by nothing. Finally my husband said let's just settle this and give me back my 5k & move on. And what do you know, Arthur gives him the run around. And then ghosts him. And now has disappeared with his money. It has been about 6 months. We haven't seen our deposit back, the business is apparently closed. And we are just shocked that this man could do such a thing. Lawyers are now involved and this is just a very sad predicament. How can someone sleep at night stealing like this. Do not work with Arthur. It's sad to say that this man has went down hill and he has stolen from us, and many others we found out as well. read more

DON'T USE ARTHUR OR CIRCLE AUTO LEASING. I gave Arthur a $5,000 deposit for a car lease, (but I never got the car due to the monthly payment increasing by 30% which was never communicated during the 10 months I was waiting for the car). Arthur insured me that he would give me my deposit back, but when I asked for it 5 weeks ago, he stopped answering my phone calls, and has been giving me the run around through text messaging and isn't giving me my money back. I was looking torn between the nissan rogue and the mazda cx5. I went to 3 different dealers- Sansone, Nissan World of Springfield and Mazda in Union. After spending several hours negociating at each place, all three places gave me relatively the same price for each car. We really wanted the CX5 but Nissan had better loyalty offers. After reading the yelp review from Ana A. I thought I would give Arthur a call. I told him what I wanted and let him know that I had to turn in my old Nissan lease. He took care of everything! I was even able to text back and forth with him when I wasn't able to answer my phone. Not only did he get us the Mazda CX5 that we wanted, but he got us the touring at a LOWER price than what we were quoted for the CX5 Sport at the dealer. It was no brainer. After Arthur found us the car and price we wanted, we went to sign the papers. The whole process took maybe 30 minutes. I don't think I will ever buy a car from a dealer again! We do not recommend this company, and particularly their representative Arthur Kharko. After a personal recommendation, we went online to research this company and found glowing reviews. Unfortunately, we had an awful experience. We found the service provided by Arthur Kharko to be unsatisfactory, unprofessional and incompetent. Aside from delivering our new leased car, he failed to provide anything else that was promised. He did not provide us with a receipt for picking up our old leased car (something we only realized after he left, more on the repercussions of this below), he failed to receive a receipt for delivering our old leased car to a Honda dealership (supposedly he did this the next day but according to their records it was not until two months later), he failed to turn in our license plates from our old leased car (as a result we received a notice of suspension of my driver's license) and he failed to deliver our new license plates (I eventually called the new car dealer and learned that they had my plates there and were waiting for instructions from Arthur). Worst of all, we continued to receive monthly statements and, later, delinquent payment notices for our old leased car that he picked up and supposedly returned to a Honda dealership. He directed us not to pay the monthly charges, that he would straighten this out and assured us these charges would all be reversed. When, months later, that was not the case (at this point more than $1000 in late payments and fees had accrued), he offered several times both in phone conversations and in text messages to pay this amount himself, apologizing for the mix-up. However, he later reneged on this offer. My excellent credit rating was damaged and we were forced to pay the more than $1000 in "delinquent" monthly payments and late charges for a car we no longer had possession. My coworker recommended using a lease broker, which I was not familiar with. I did not know there was an alternative to sitting in a dealership for way to long negotiating a "good" price. I googled and came across great reviews for Circle Auto Leasing/Arthur. I priced out the Jaguar F-Pace at a dealership, just to make sure I could get it for a similar price. Arthur was great, he beat the dealerships price and got me a 2018 vs the 2017 demo car they were offering at their "best rate". The whole process was so easy, I will never go through a dealership again. I didn't have to take time out of my day to go get a car. Arthur dropped my new car off and returned my other lease to BWM. He also programmed my garage and synced my phone to the new car, extra perk. The car drop off/signing paperwork took about 20 minutes one evening after work. I decided to lease a car after totaling my car in an accident. I went hopping from dealership to dealership and left unsatisfied each time. Not only that, but Arthur went out of his way and stayed late at the office to find me the exact car, (make, model, color, features) i wanted. I had to turn my rental in 1-2 days after contacting Arthur and i did not want to be without a car for the weekend. He had my car shipped to NJ for me from Maryland. I thought it was too good to be true. He is always available by phone call or text message for any questions i may have. Questions about the car, questions about other cars, questions about ending lease early, etc. Circle auto leasing is a VERY professional, reliable and ELITE company. Its rare to find this now a days, especially when it comes to car shopping. Arthur has become a friend and i am grateful i found him. I refer everyone i know to them. There is no shady business going on here, no need to be worried about getting ripped off. Even if you are not going to buy or lease through them, call Arthur for any advice on cars or deals, he has been in the business for many years and knows his shit.
