True story - I spoke to Mike on a Monday morning. Told him what we were looking for, he made some recommendations, we did some research and emailed him what car we decided on Tues morning. We called some car insurance companies for quotes, and Mike got us the paperwork for that car on the same day. A little back and forth with the paperwork, and our car was delivered to our door Wed afternoon. Like that was it - spoke to Mike on Monday morning, sent him a thank you email by Wed afternoon. He was professional, helpful, responsive, and just made the whole thing a breeze! It really was unbelievable. Everyone should do their job like this!

Decided to purchase the car and Dave said he would have it sent to the shop the day before we are to pick it up so that they can order parts. Went back the next day to purchase car and was told that the parts were ordered and jhe would get a loaner car while it is being fixed. It has been two weeks and Dave will not respond to inquiries about when the car can be dropped off after repeated texts asking if the issues were going to be taken care of. He answered once saying yes. Have not heard from him since. They had no intentions of fixing anything on the car. The business was not even open when we went to make the deal on the car. They do after hour shady business. Stay away from this place. They took the car in to repair because they did not like my review. Now they have had it for 3 days and Dave once again will not answer a text about when it will be done. Texting all day 3 phone calls and Dave finally got on the phone and said sorry your not special. And the plot thickens. It's been over a month and still no plates or registration. After several texts no one will answer. So sorry we found this place.

We were then told that the evo was under warranty still...that was untrue, which we found at 2 weeks after purchasing the car when we had to take it to Mitsubishi because weird fumes were coming from it. $1000 worth of repairs later, there was still a transmission issue. Cadillac would only consider replacing and re-programming the entire unit for nearly $2,500, and every other place that I called wanted no part of even looking at it.. I called him yesterday, explained the problem, and he not only fixed it today in less than 3 hours, but he used the replacement screen that I had purchased myself on Amazon, and charged me only a modest amount for labor.. I don't drive a foreign car so the fact that I had to pay for some special type of oil I didn't want and wasn't aware was highly unusual to me. There wasn't anyone else there and maybe their prices are keeping business away. They advertise auto & truck sales so maybe that's where the pricing comes in? I mentioned my hearing impairment and they seemed very courteous on how they spoke to me, which I definitely appreciated. When West Lake called me they found that the dealer was lying about the the car and the price. I went back to the dealer to resolve the issue and they wanted me to lie to the bank as well to cover up their unethical behavior. They also tried to charge me an additional fee, which they claimed was a bank fee. I found out through the bank that they were lying about that too just so they can make more money off of me. Later on I was informed by the bank that their license was suspended from doing business with them again. TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN!
