I was told the car would be ready the next day. After 5 days I was told the car was ready for pickup. When I saw it I was horrified. Not only was the dent not repaired properly (the damage, although better was still visible), but the entire car including the glass was covered in over sprayed paint. As stated the dent was on the back of the trunk. The car was never covered. Wouldn't let them go near another car. Two other patrons complained while I was there. Cost 2x the price to get the car fixed. He agreed to pay for the fix (in writing) but after two weeks he is welshing on that agreement.

They are also honest enough that when they find a problem, they let you know whether it can wait for you to procure the funds, or if it needs immediate attention. Always a class act.

Or so I thought They told me they'd have to see the inside of the car to see what they had to do I showed them the inside They said it would be $150 to do it Was expensive but I said ok do it Next day I go to drop my car off they tell me it's $200 Not only did they mark up the price out of thin air But they left pieces of old stripped wires all around my trunk where they installed the subwoofer and left my door panels all out of place even breaking clips. If I could rate 0 stars I would. $200 down the drain for a job that for someone with experience takes less than an hour He even left a plastic wrapped car battery static protector I had in my car INSIDE the ported subwoofer box. Unbelievable. I genuinely was gonna go back just to catch the worker that did the shitty job off work N give him a lil one two mayweather but i stopped myself He ain't worth it Jus ain't goin back there Ever. They also left the screws for my sub out of it leading to the sub jus falling out when I was driving Fixed that myself cuz i ain't goin back there ima go ta jail if i do. Fucking Scammers.

Today I called to see how things were going and they told me they had not even touched the car yet. I get that hiring reliable people is difficult due to Biden's handouts, but what happened to common courtesy. One phone call to me is all that would have been required to explain the situation. I can't just leave them my car and hope it's done in the next week or two! I have responsibilities to my family and work. I will never deal with people who are so epically disrespectful. On a previous visit, he sent me to the dealer because my issue was likely under warranty--turning down business to save me money. Both times, he charged me next to nothing, and honestly, I felt guilty. I first met Joe because he did amazing work for my son, and now I won't go anywhere else. Made an appointment for a couple days out. Took about an hour for them to do it. When I went to pay it turns out they're charging an extra $9.50 because my car needed 6 qts instead of 5. I specifically asked for a quote on MY make and model car and they quoted 5 qts... Wait it gets better... They also charged me an extra $14.95 for an oil filter!! $3 for oil disposal and $1.99 for shop supplies. Never in my 20 yrs of driving and getting oil changes have I ever had to pay extra for a filter, shop supplies or to dispose of oil! THEY ONLY REVEALED ADDITIONAL CHARGES AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE WHICH WAS DONE ON PURPOSE TO DECEIVE ME CONSIDERING THE OIL AND FILTER COSTS $38 BUCKS. So the original $74.95 turned into over $100 QUOTE YOUR CUSTOMERS ACCURATELY BEFORE YOU TOUCH THEIR CARS. Would have gotten 5 stars if I paid what was quoted. It's not about the money, it's about integrity and transparency.
