I must tell everyone that will read this review a few things before I start. First I did not sign a deal to lease a car from infinite auto leasing. This is a review on my experience with a broker that currently works here. The auto brokers name was George. I won't share exact numbers, so you will read the letter "X" in place of exact numbers. If you are interested in what I had to say you can privately message me. I have proof of my experience with this gentleman. Also take from this what you want but, George was not rude at all. We had a regular conversation on the phone and we also texted each other. Now the texting part (from what I felt about it) he came off a little sarcastic. I did what all consumers should do. I called around to other leasing companies and, even visited the dealer in person. The car I was shopping around for was the 2019 BMW X5 xdrive40i (msrp 64k-65k).The deal I wanted was 36months 12k mileage with $0 down. Now me as a person I like to do my homework. This means I go on forums to check what other people in my area are paying. With the internet at your disposal you can find out a lot if you just take a little time out. Anything ranging from invoice price to current monthly incentives. I also do realize that auto brokers have to make a living also. My take on leasing a car is find a number that you are happy with. An auto broker and customer should strike a deal where both parties can walk away and, not feel taken advantage of. Going into the process of leasing a car i can sort of expect certain things. BMW I get it everyone knows it's a luxury car and, can get pricey. I had a number in my head that I was willing to pay and, a maximum price. With that "maximum price" if the car went over it would have been a deal breaker. We spoke on the phone one time and, had a conversation about the price that he can give me. He gives me "X". I then said listen I'm going to be transparent with you another broker gave me "X". Your within the range but, can you beat the price? He tells me that that broker lied to me and that number was impossible. This was a legit number given to me, I was just trying to see if it can get a little lower that's all. At this point I knew I should've told him okay I'm going to go in a different direction. He then tells me the only way I can get you a cheaper price is if you pay taxes up front. Back story to all of this, this is not my first lease. I've always preferred to do the $0 down and have the taxes put into the payment. I'd rather save that down payment money in my bank account. Your going to be paying it either way the only difference is you pay it upfront in bulk or, broken up into 36months+ a lil bit of interest. Down payment upfront does lower the monthly price. So I told him I am willing to pay the down payment upfront. I told him to contact me back with the number because I was at work and what not. In the timeline within a month or so I get contacted back through text message. So let's back track I have one deal on the phone 36m/12k/$0 down for "X". Text conversation starts the deal is 36m/12k/$X,xxx down for "X". The price did lower by a lot but, with simple math the second deal ended up with a higher monthly than my first deal ($31 to be exact). I would have in a sense "lost" my $X,xxx down payment. Safe to say moving on past Infinite Auto Leasing. Hope this helped, again guys do your homework read forums, shop around. They even have leasing app calculators with current money factors and residual for most models. - take it easy... read more

Ask for Boris Mitsel! Ah, leasing a car. Always such a fun thing to do. By "fun" I of course mean "awful." Not many people look forward to dealing with salespeople and all the bullshit that comes along with it. I'm one of those sick people who actually does enjoy the haggling and the attempted manipulation. Mostly it's because I'm a real estate broker for the past 10 years and I love when people try to use manipulation techniques on me. Unfortunately, you get none of that haggling or frustration with Boris Mitsel. Here's the background folks. I was referred to Boris by a friend when my mother needed a lease. I've never worked with a leasing broker so I didn't fully understand how useful they are. I called boris, chatted for a few minutes and he quoted me a price for the lease with no hidden numbers. Naturally, I go to a dealership with my mother to test drive the car and then they start talking prices. They quoted us a price that was much higher than Boris' and then they tell us that we cannot find the color combo that my mom wants anywhere. I told them I have a much better price and they of course came down but it still was not as good as what Boris quoted me. I called him up and asked him about the color combo and he said "I'm looking at the combo right now in my computer." I ended up getting my mom's car through boris and it was exactly what she wanted. We even left her old car with him and they took care of returning it for us. Perfect transaction. On to the next! My aunt decided that she did want to own her car anymore and wanted a lease. I told her to call me before she agrees to anything with a dealership. She called me and quoted the prices. I then texted Boris and his price was $100 less per month than the dealership. Yes, you read that right. He also arranged to have someone purchase her old car while we were there which was the same price the dealer offered. She drove in from upstate and in about 30 minutes, had the keys for her new car and a check for her old car. Done. Next! My lease was up. Boris said and I quote "see if you can extend your lease because prices are still high for your car and check in with me each month." (Sidenote) Do you understand how ridiculous that is for a salesperson to say? That's the kind of honesty that my clients would hear from me and now in hearing it from a car leasing broker. Wow. (End side note) I followed his advice. Each month I checked in and he told me that the price had not gone down. Finally in my last month that I was allowed to renew the price went down by more than $50! He locked that car down for me and now I'm driving my new car glad that I did not overpay. I listened to the advice which was against his own interest and it saved me $600 a year. Some might be concerned with this place because it's in sheepshead bay and the culture there is not known for its honesty. Being an American I would have been leary as well if I had not been referred here. To wrap up this long ass review - I've facilitated 3 transactions with Boris now and each time my people walked away feeling good. He offered me a few vehicles and when I decides on one of them, he said he'll get it done ASAP. Now, have to admit, my credit is less than prefect, but Igor assured me that it would not be a problem.
