We all know that there is currently a car shortage due to the microchip explosion in japan so it's been super hard to get a car without forking out an arm and a leg. Many brokers gave me a run around about helping me before I went to Alex. After going back and forth on whether or not I wanted the car or not Alex was very patient. After making the decision and making the deposit my car arrived and was ready for delivery in about a month. It did take some time because of the car shortage/inventory shortage, which I did not mind at all. Otherwise if they had the car it's usually delivered in about a few days. It's been an amazing experience. Skip the middle man and go to a broker! Cannot recommend alex enough.

There's a reason why I stopped dealing with "stealerships". I called Lenny Komsky and asked for advice. Not only did he take the time to try and get the car but when he was met with pushback(from the dealerships) he gave me the info needed to try and get the car I wanted from an out of state dealer. After calling a few dealers and giving them the numbers that Lenny told me the car should be selling at(much lower than what the dealers wanted), I finally got a dealer to call me back and agree to what Lenny told me the car should be at. The dealer than proceeded to send me the paperwork which Lenny asked for me to send to him to double check everything. Even though they made nothing on the deal, the Grand Prix team made sure I got the best possible deal and made sure everything was in order. I was even able to get the car delivered to my front door from a dealer close to 800 miles away for no extra charge. Again all tanks to Lenny and his team. I really don't know how to thank them for this. On top of all that, Lenny was able to get me out of my current Lease 8 months earlier so I can get the car I've been looking into. Mind you some dealers quoted me 800 dollars a month more than what I ended up paying for the same car.

    Hello; I had a great experience with Best car n care last…read moreweek. Spoke with Sebastian on Thursday Oct 8th concerning a BMW that they had on the lot. Sebastian took the time to have an actual conversation with me and tell me about the car. Most car dealerships cannot be bothered, but Sebastian took the time to ask ME questions as to what I was looking for. I made an appointment with him for 10:30am on Saturday Oct 10th. I had 2 cars I was looking at earlier in the day, but tod Sebastian that I would be there by 10:30am. He followed up with a text message after our phone conversation. I've never experienced a salesman that actually wanted to make a sale doing this. Most cannot be bothered, but Sebastian took the time to follow up on our phone conversation. Great job. I arrived at the Brooklyn lot at 10;35am and met Sebastian. He brought me to the BMW I came to see and it was gorgeous. I was about to make him an offer on the car when I noticed a beautiful MB SL500 sitting next to the BMW. I walked over to the car and inquired with Sebastian if this car was available and he replied yes. I then took a very hard look at the MB SL500. He told me many things about this car and offered to go for a test drive. Well, 2 minutes into the test drive I came to the conclusion that this was the car I wanted. Now, to make a deal to buy it was the next hurdle. I knew what the car was worth, and what they might have paid for it so I offered a straight cash deal. Sebastian then took me to meet Alex. Alex is the owner of this dealership. He was a fine upstanding person who seems to be genuine and wanted to sell the car. (PS, How may places do you go and talk to sales people that really do not want to sell cars.) After about 3 minutes of talking to Alex, we settled on a price for the car. The price was fair for both of us and I was very happy. (Still am). I made the deal with Alex, but since I live on eastern Long Island, he offered to have one of his employees drive the car to me and then come home on the train. I declined this offer because I wanted to drive the car home. (I was excited to have such a beautiful SL500). So, I drove my car home, hopped on the LIRR, and went back to Brooklyn to pick up the car. Alex sent one of his employees to pick me up from the train station and bring me back to the dealership. I picked up the car, drove it home, and have had the biggest smile on my face ever since. I highly recommend this dealership 100%. I would send my family and friends here because of the professional way I was treated during this process. Many time, this is not an enjoyable process. Sebastian and Alex made this the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car, and I have purchased many in my lifetime. Please do not believe the previous reviews. I read all the Google and Yelp reviews for this dealership and still went there. I'm soooooo glad I did because I walked away with a beautiful SL500 for a fair price and they took care of all the details. Please visit this dealership if you ever need a high end luxury car. They are the best one's out there and made4 my buying experience thoroughly enjoyable. They are #1 in my book.     Plaza Acura of Brooklyn was a complete waste of time…read more We had a 5:00 PM test drive scheduled and showed up early at 4:50, expecting at least a basic level of professionalism. Instead of meeting the person we were told to ask for ("Mike"), we were immediately handed off to someone else who launched into the typical dealership script--sit down, write things down, pretend to "build a deal"--all before even acknowledging why we were there. The attitude changed instantly once my friend was upfront about his timeline and said he was comparing other brands (BMW, Genesis, etc.). The moment they realized we weren't an immediate, easy sale, their interest dropped to zero. You could literally feel it--like a switch flipped. From that point on, we were just being tolerated, not helped. They still let us test drive the car, but let's be honest--that's the bare minimum. When it came time to talk numbers, they completely shut down. No pricing, no breakdown, no effort. Then a manager named Santiago stepped in and threw out a vague payment range of "$600-$800." When we asked a simple, reasonable question--can you narrow that down, show MSRP, or give any real numbers?--his answer was basically: "No, programs change in two weeks, so I'm not quoting anything." That's not how you sell cars. That's how you avoid doing your job. The entire experience felt dismissive and borderline disrespectful. It was obvious they had already decided we weren't worth their time, so they didn't bother trying. And honestly, after this experience, it makes you question the flood of recent 5-star reviews on google. They don't line up with what we experienced at all. They certainly don't match what is on here! We all know what they are doing with the google reviews. If this is how they treat potential customers, management should seriously rethink who they have representing their dealership.
